Do not stay here! catalytic converters were stolen from 7 vehicles during our stay alone. Management knows this is an issue and they do not care! Apparently this has been happening for well over a year and they've done nothing to stop it.

What a ROTTEN experience. Never again. We had to park at Sam's Club, basically three blocks away because they share the parking lot with another hotel. Nothing like getting in from a long drive and then having to hike in the bitter cold to your hotel. Then they closed the pool and spa without even telling the guests. The spa was the whole reason I chose this hotel over a different one, (and paid almost $100 more than a different one) as I am older and it would help with my arthritis. The manager said it was dirty, but refused to have someone clean. He was very rude and unprofessional. The breakfast area is far too small for the guests, and I finally gave up trying to get in. I paid almost $250 when I would have had a much better experience at the Motel 6.

Made to park in unsafe area in order to use airport shuttle. Catalytic converter stolen and when I reported to police they said there have been 20 plus police reports of theft from there YTD! Manager not cooperative at all.

I wouldn’t bring a dog there! The owner is rude disrespectful out of order! I got three rooms for my daughter Lil family moment Saturday 10/24/20 at 3:45 and had to get my money back because the owner said I had to many kids with me so I had to move my baby family moment to another hotel that has classic respectful and very much bigger room and pool! Some times it pays to have good customer service in order for ppl to come back to ur business! I don’t think so it’s even more sad is when the owner of that hotel tell u that his been smoking the good stuff like that’s business like really” Try again Nope.

I was expecting way better! I booked the presidential suite for 1 night due to power failure at home! At first glance we were impressed, but soon realized it wasn't worth the money! First the pull out couch bed was gross, the mattress was covered in stains! The pocket door to the restroom was off track and just shoved in the wall! The toilet and one of the sinks were clogged! And to top it all off my wife takes and bath and turns on the jets and the water turned brown from dirt! Will never stay here again!

Efficient, friendly check in. Unsolicited complementary room upgrade. Shuttle driver to airport timely and courteous. Hot tub did not work. Very clean, nice hotel. Highly recommend!

The hotel looks nice but the staff gives this hotel it's 1 star rating and don't let the picture of the pool confuse you, there is no hot tub. Almost ever person who came in the pool area thought it was but when they stepped in and realized it was just part of the main pool they were disappointed. The beds and pillows are terrible, lumpy pillows and rock solid bed. There were never any pool towels and when asked they said they may be in the dryer. The pool lights never came on so we had to swim in the dark. Asked the staff to turn them on, they said they r on a timer and will come on in 30 minutes, they never came on. Good luck getting your room cleaned or at least at a reasonable time as they wanted to clean mine at 7pm. Pancake machine for breakfast was always out and the staff would say we'll have another bag in shortly, never happened. If your afraid of elevators don't step foot in this one, it's questionable at best. If you forget something after checkout don't expect it to be found. Holiday inn lost my business after this one.

This hotel is horrible and the people at the desk are not trained or smart enough to handle simple day to day transactions. There was no parking. I had my personal credit card charged twice even though my company paid for my room. They told me that my funds would be back on my card in 24 hours, obviously that was a lie because when I called them out on it they then said 3-5 business days. Kevin the manager or whatever is horrible with customer service. No one including the General Manager, George takes responsibility for their actions. I was nearly stranded at the airport because of them and their mistake and they did not care at all. Horrible service and people. Not that clean either!

Great experience @ this hotel. Everyone was professional & friendly at check-in, during the stay, & at check out. Kevin, was especially helpful & friendly as well as the employees during breakfast, & Abel was great also. It was very clean & neat. Rooms extremely tidy & comfortable beds. Only suggestion would be for this hotel to clarify they do not have a hot tub & only a pool. I’m a hot tub person & use them frequently when traveling. The photos look like there is one, but instead it’s only a pool. It will prevent future confusion if it’s clarified in an appropriate manner to guests.

I work at another holiday inn express, so my expectations were high. Breakfast was ihg standards, however the breakfast lady who was there did not associate with any of the guests. And make sure you have everything you want to drink or eat by no later than 5 till 9:30 because everything food wise will be locked up and gone even if you are still sitting there. Rooms were okay. Microwave sounded like it was going to blow up every time we used it during our stay. The shower curtain had many tears in the top shear part that were very obvious. Housekeeping was great our entire stay. Beds were so uncomfortable. Our backs were hurting so bad. We were there for softball tournament's and everybody from the team had the same issue with the beds. Hard as a rock. Comforter had no fluff to it to possibly sleep on that to make it softer. Never got around to checking out the pool, it did look beautiful. Didn't get to try out the fitness center either. Only one ice machine could be found which is all the way down stairs by the pool. We were in room 426, the only other problem we had were the noisy guest across from us. Continuously slamming doors and someone was smoking weed which the smell was coming into our room. Had to call front desk twice and the second time threaten that I was going to take care of it myself if they didn't come up to deal with the other guests. They finally came up and said something, which I appreciate.

Enjoyed last minute stay after 2018 Indy race at a great location and very quite and comfortable rest to get back home to Dallas! Keep up the great hospitality, services were excellant!

Very accommodating! After leaving another hotel for issues they hurry up and got us 1 of the 2 rooms left. Very nice pool and clean rooms!

This was my first time visiting this state. We stayed at the Holiday Inn express on Rockville rd. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. The staff really nice. Also the bed was by far the most enjoyable part. Very comfortable. I give 2 stars because upon waking up and getting ready we found there to me an ant problem in the bathroom and later flowing into the room and beds. And also when we went to use the towels there were a couple of pubic hairs in the folded towels.

Love this place. We had to book a reservation last minute due to a family emergency and were accommodated with no issues. The rooms are clean, bathroom clean, good choice of TV Channels, smell good, breakfast has great options. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express's when we can and I'm glad even though we were there for one night we picked this place. We'll for sure be returning. The staff was great too. I won't reduce the stars on it because it's so minor but if I had one complaint it would be that in the double queen room there are only outlets in the middle of the bed. There were no king rooms available when we stayed and since it was last minute we picked the double queen. Since my husband and I were the only ones staying in the room we only slept on one bed. We had to have both of our phones charging on one side because the outlet on the other side was too far away from the bed. Since we were there for a family emergency we both were hoping to keep our phones close to us in case one didn't hear the phone while sleeping if someone called. Though minor, just a suggestion of some kind to put outlet closer to both sides so even if laying on the floor the phone could charge.

We stayed one night and everything was on point.

Looks very trendy and polished in lobby, but rooms are average. Executive suites have couch and extra TV for $100 more. Whirlpool tubs do not work. Have had this experience several times at Holiday Inns. Total scam. Expensive place being so far from downtown. The Motel 6 next door was just as clean without facny look, but less than half the price. Don't waste your money.

Very nice hotel. This was my first time staying and I was impressed with the service. The room I got had a king bed and a pull out and was very clean. They were in separate rooms. The halls were quiet and they had a nice pool area as well. Kind of limited parking if the hotel is busy!

Clean rooms and helpful service. We had two bookings in our group, and one hadn't actually come from the online service to the hotel, even though the credit card had been charged by the website. It took a bit to figure it all out, but they were very helpful and were even able to give us adjoining rooms. The booking issue was not their fault, but they were very accommodative.

It was a really nice stay. The staff were very friendly and our room was clean. The housekeeping staff were overly persistent about cleaning our room before we checked out. The whirlpool tub in our room didn't actually work. The tub was still a nice addition but would have been more enjoyable if the jets worked. We would gladly stay here again.

The room was great but the people who worked the front desk we're horrible to my wife and mother in law. The was a disagreement over the room charge and our group were talked down to. Won't be staying there again.

Out dated rooms. Things were broken in the room such as the mini fridge is so unlevel that when you open the door, the whole refrigerator wants to tip over. Then the toilet had a poo streak that neither I or my wife created. Pop corn ceiling and the elevator was super loud like something was grinding so that was skeptical. Not worth 110 dollars. Low water pressure and lime scaled shower head. The lobby was really nice though. Maybe the hotel is in mid remodel of the building. Good parking areas and a nice pool and work out area. Nice staff other than the lady behind the counter was giving me the vibe that she thought I was going to smoke in the room. She was persistent about not smoking in the room and repeatedly said the fine is 250 dollars. I don't smoke so idk what her deal was…

Very nice room, included a refrigerator and microwave that we were not expecting. The beds were very comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was on time and the driver was very friendly. Our flights left too early to enjoy the free breakfast. Pool area was VERY NICE with a waterfall from the hot tub overflowing into the warm pool. Only drawback I noticed was the lobby was very small. Which made it difficult to move luggage through while people were standing @ the counter to check in. We will definitely stay again. Booked through Park Sleep Fly @ a nice discount.

This place thought of everything! Hotel rooms and entire place was the cleanest I've EVER been to. The staff was professional yet very occomadating. The water fall decor and atmosphere was so wonderful! Towels are folded like on a cruise ship, toiletries are top of the line, stayed leaving the state, and returning and just thrilled with our beautiful, spotless bed and room! I didn't even get to the free breakfast or beautiful pool! I wish the owners would build one in my area, I would be proud to work there and represent them.

Its obvious to me this was not originally a holiday inn. That's totally fine. I thought it was odd at first that the HIE shared a parking lot with a motel 6 but honestly it didn't make a difference. The inside of the hotel was nice. I stayed in an executive suite so I had ample space and even enjoyed having two microfridges in the room. The pool and hot tub area was also unique and enjoyable. The gym to me had subpar equipment and were difficult to use. The cycle kept rebooting every couple of minutes. Overall a great place to stay… just don't let the elevator surprise you. It works and is safe… just a little different. I'll let you figure out why!

Making reservation on the telephone was very difficult with many dates. Wrong prices quoted, wrong dates booked, wrong number of adults and no confirmation via email could be provided. Reservation details could only be obtain over the IHG reward program website after nearly one of hour telephone support to get access to the site. I sure hope the room and the breakfast is better than the reservation process!

Great location near the airport and the business I was conducting as well as being within 15 minutes of downtown. That said, the Hotel has been spruced up somewhat but the bones are dated. Depending on which room you get traffic noise can be an issue.

They did not disappoint again… this company is consistent throughout the States. Always clean, friendly and the best breakfast cinnamon rolls in the business.

Was upgraded to the Presidential Suites and enjoyed the spacious room jacuzzi tub in the room. Ask for a room facing away from the freeway however, or be prepared for continuous noise, which was difficult, being a light sleeper.

Great staff. Breakfast is pretty good. They change it up once in awhile so it's not always the same thing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I stay here every week and I still don't mind coming back.

Love this location right off highway and close to everything. Love the hot breakfasts in the morning. The hotel always smells clean and fresh. The staff welcomes u with a smile and hello. Housekeeping freshen the room with clean towels and makes ur bed! I need to take them home with me. We will always stay here when in Indianapolis.

This hotel was ok. Kind of hard and confusing to get into as it's part of a business park and set back behind everything, plus right off a large road with a divider in the middle. Shares a parking lot with a Motel 6 so for a second thought I had the wrong place. Rooms were clean and we'll stocked. Bathroom is a little strange because the lightswitch is outside the room as is the sink, which I guess would work well for groups. Right next to the highest so you can hear it but it's not awful. Lobby seems very new and pleasant and breakfast was well stocked.

Nice room and location. Front desk personnel ALL GREAT! Very pleasant anytime you even passed them let alone over the top responding to any question or request. Nice to feel like they truly appreciate you choosing "their" hotel. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Stayed here Saturday/Sunday, along with my wife and aunt. The lobby is small, yet, cozy. Check-in on Saturday was very easy. The two gentlemen working the front desk were friendly, professional, and started our stay with relaxing and fun conversation. Very welcome after a 3 hour drive. Our rooms were upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. Once in our rooms we found them to be very clean and spacious. The beds are super comfortable. We left the hotel to visit family, and upon our return the elevator wasn't operating. Since this elevator was located right by the front desk I spun around to notify the lady working the front desk and she immediately contacted maintenance. It was a very quick response, and the maintenance man apologized for the inconvenience, as well did the front desk person. Upon check-out on Sunday the same two gentlemen, from Saturday, were working the front desk. Our conversation continued, as if we were old friends. Personnel make a business and the people we came into contact with definitely made our stay a pleasurable one. I will for sure be staying here again and recommending it to others needing to stay in the area.

The customer service has been top notch since we have arrived! From the moment we stepped through the door, the staff has been super friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfy. The pool was nice and warm. The breakfast each morning was hot and fresh and they didn't let things run for very long. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel itself is a bit hard to get to as it is tucked back in the corner behind Sam's Club. Staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are typical Holiday Inn Express. The bathroom is showing it's age but acceptable. Being right next to the highway, there is a lot of noise coming in at night but they actually provide a set of ear plugs which is a nice touch. Would be better if they replace the windows with something that provides a bit more sound protection but at least they tried to minimize the situation as much as they could.

My key card didn't work the first time. I had to walk all the way down with my bags to get it fixed. My room didn't have coffee cups and the heat would not work the first night. The air/heating unit would only blow out cold air.

Overnight stay for long term airport parking. Easy checking in and oyt. On time shuttke.

I hate the owner, we did the pool Remodel, he was always nice, but when he have to pay, he just turn in evil, yelling me and complain about everything after 4 hours to be waiting he just give me a empty envelope with no check inside, I told him he got crazy talking loud and saying it's going to call police in front desk with all people looking us,, Moth! @## r. Then when I call my office to tell what happen because they was dealing with him the same just lies,, a electrician guy stop me and told me that happen every time every company try collect final check So I hate that place and the owner,,,

Excellent location to Indianapolis airport with a complimentary shuttle service. They also offer park and fly rates to leave your car for up to 2 weeks. Quality of the hotel was very good. Pretty standard Holiday Inn hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with a very helpful and friendly staff.

I stayed at this hotel a little over a year ago. Best experience I've had at a hotel, the owner even offered my girlfriend a job if she needed one. We had stayed in the Superior room and it was nothing more than excellent. The staff was VERY professional with us and asked if we slept well every morning as if they genuinely cared. Now I live here in Indianapolis and would still consider going back to this hotel just for a day or two of relaxation. Thank you to the owner and staff for making us feel comfortable and important for a few days.
