Very very comfortable place to get rest.

Not bad but not good either. The room was the best part of the experience. Don't expect a fancy hot breakfast. While there was some kind of eggs and sausage they were lukewarm. When I ate at 7 am only two sausage links we're left. Didn't see anyone refill them. Other than the lights automatically turning off every hour or so the room was fine.

Nice suite. Good breakfast. Shower water pressure weak. Good service.

We paid a very reasonable rate for 2 suites. The rooms are clean. The hot breakfast was standard, but good. The people behind the front desk have been very nice, helpful, and friendly. We have only stayed 2 of our 4 nights, but everything has been fine.

A great place to stop as we traveled across the country. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. There was a warm breakfast awaiting us in the morning. A great place to stay.

I ended up stranded in the area for 4 days and stayed here. The staff was amazing and the rooms were great. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

The General Manager of this hotel really impressed me and my wife. There was an issue with the room initially and he bent over backwards to correct it and apologized many times for a problem caused by one of the housekeepers. He really cares about pleasing the guests and we appreciated the willing attitude to make things right! The breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay. Will stay here again!

Got a room on the second floor. Around 10pm at night while I was trying to sleep, I heard men fighting outside of my window. Random/violent/scary noises from passerby persisted for hours. Looking out my window it appears the hotel is next to a high traffic area for shady individuals. I moved myself away from the window to sleep on the couch to get away from the noise. There, I could hear that my neighbor was a sex worker, and strange men were in and out making noise approx every 30 mins to an hour throughout the night. Woke up at 5am eager to leave… there was no hot water.

This is a simple, clean, newly updated hotel that was quiet and close to lots of convenient food, shopping, and other things to make travel easy. They accept pets which was great and the staff was great. We slept well on our road trip! Pet approved.

If all Best Westerns are like this one, its my new hotel of choice. Clean, nice suite like rooms, mini kitchen with a sink. Great value.

The Hotel Is a true diamond in the rough, My AAU basketball team was in town for a tournament and it was exactly what we needed. Front desk was great very nice we checked in early and we needed a late check out because our Sunday game wasn't until late and that wasn't an issue. The rooms was a great size for high school boys beds were nice, bathrooms clean, price was great I needed 5 rooms and everybody was happy. Only thing they need to do is to improve on the breakfast. Overall great Ohio Players AAU PROGRAM WILL BE BACK. :)

It is not a 5 star hotel, but for the money you pay it is just right. The staff was very friendly. My flight arrived very early and they were able to accomodate my room. You have all your necessities, basic breakfast, workout room, public computer/printer. The people with the negative reviews need to stay at a 5 star hotel and regardless, you will still find faults. I give this hotel 3 stars.

Great hotel in the Indianapolis area. Large rooms, fair price, easy on and off the highway. Nicer Best Western. I would recommend it.

We had two rooms with nasty looking stains on the sofas. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Have to make some improvements before I stay again. The front desk said they’re working on it.

Chirping smoke alarm, cut phone cables, in correct phone cable, water in the milk dispenser, waffle maker does not beep not count down, no hot sauce, TV remotes no power, threw out my refrigerated food, key cards not working, coffee cup lids not a tight seal (big mess), bed bug bites, thundering herd upstairs, toaster only toasts on one side. The room amenities are actually nice. They are weak on the details… dont stay here no matter how cheap it is.

From first impression it looks great, and the staff are friendly. However, our floors and sofa had dog hairs that got all over my sons new clothes. The pull out bed sofa had food under the mattresses, and mouse poo in the sleeping mattress. The bathroom door had what looked like blood in both sides. The bed mattress was very comfortable. Our neighbors said they saw a rodent in their room across the hall from us which explained our sofa. This hotel has lots of potential but it just needs cleaned. We didn't eat the free continental breakfast because we were scared of the cleanliness of where it was prepared. However, don't go to Bob Evans in front of the hotel. We should have checked their reviews first.

The room was roomy and pleasant. Appliances are laid out conveniently and functionably. The sitting room was relaxing and the desk was practical. A warmer attitude and professionalism from the staffs would definitely make this a tough contender.

Hotel sets next to some apartment complex on the back side of the hotel which is very noisy. Loud Music blaring could hear traffic coming and going from the apartments all night from the previous stay. Didn’t get much sleep. Asked for a room on the front side of the building and in response I got, they are all dirty, very hard to believe when the hotel is 3 stories. And the parking lot only has a total of 8 — 10 cars in it every morning.

Easy to get to, good breakfast. The rooms could use a maintenance man to thoroughly look it over.

Nice clean hotel. Close to downtown, airport and areas we needed to access. No frills hotel but safe and comfortable for my family. Breakfast was just what we needed;hot items. Quick and easy.

The room was right off the lobby even though I requested a higher floor. I mean you walk into the hotel and there’s our room directly across the entrance. So that noise and disturbance was all night and started early in the morning. The bed was ABYSMAL. There was one thin layer of padding that was ripped and stained between the sheets and the mattress. We woke up with aching backs and necks and the man didn’t sleep well at all. The view from our room was of someone’s backyard with a broken swing set. Then comes breakfast. It was running from 7-10 and by the time we got there at 9 there was no meat or eggs or hardly any milk left. Just some crumbled muffins and some biscuits that were lukewarm and hard. The attendant came out twice, once to refill the coffee carafe and once to refill the eggs… as in he put 4 egg patties into the warmer and left. Overall a pretty shoddy experience.

This hotel is located close to the freeway so it's easy to get around from. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are nice but not overly fancy. The bed is comfortable and it has a separate little seating area with a couch and a television. The breakfast is okay but you have to remember you get what you pay for.

The hotel manager is belligerent and aggressive. I feel very sorry for his employees. After the AC not working we had the clerk contact the manager. He began started arguing with me that we had too many people in the room instead of trying to fix the AC. After he cursed at me for contacting customer service at Best Western. He then called the police on me. The officers were very courtesy and informed me that he has done this on a regular basis. There are way better places to stay.

Guy at front desk was a prick and was acting like an emotional child. Called for extra towels and received nothing. The carpet was disgusting also with old, flattened cheerios. Worst hotel ever visited.

Nice clean rooms. The guy at the reception was very friendly. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and a nice setup. The second latch on the door was almost broken off, which didn't encourage feelings of safety. The breakfast was okay, adequate with hot coffee but nothing special. The TV had only low-definition channels and the remote was not working well. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. If you just need to sleep and don't need a fancy bed, the room is clean. If you want a more comfortable stay, it probably isn't the best spot.

Horrible business model and even more horrible manager.

On 7/15/17 the check in went very smoothly. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and smiled a lot. I was very surprised at the room. It was very spacious and very clean. We always take disinfecting sprays and wipes to go over the bathroom but I was surprised there was no dirt back on my wipes at all. The bathroom was spotless. I love a super clean bathroom. The bed linens were very white without any stains that we could find. They had free breakfast also but I wanted waffle house. Anyway it was a great price and I would stay there for all my future visits to Indy.

Room was spacious and clean but lacking in the details. Neither TV remote had working batteries. Was informed rudely that we don't have any. Had to go back down and ask for shampoo & conditioner because house keeping left 2 body lotions instead. Could have called the front desk if the phone worked. If you like the room cool forget it. The AC unit is locked behind a door and is set at almost comfortable. I know most places don't offer soft water' but this place offers sand blasting. Tons of amenities that need to be fixed. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Not great but good.

It's super cute. Clean. And super varato… recommended that yesterday I was not let asleep by a couple who are fighting next door. But from there super good and beautiful.

The room that my friend had had bugs in the comforter, one on top of the comforter and 3 more on the underside. She didn't know what wekind they were. She called the office and they put her in another room. No bugs in that room but she did not sleep well at all! We will not be back. If you spend the night here, be sure to check the bedding! The night that this happened was 7-6-16, Wed.

I reserved a room through orbitz the day I was supposed to check in but it wasn't until AFTER the room was reserved that it told me the price was 750 dollars. Which was MUCH more than advertised. I went in to cancel my reservation within 30 minutes of the reservation being processed. The guy at the front desk was rude and disrespectful and told me that he wouldn't cancel it. They proceeded to overdraft my account by 150 dollars. The money still hasn't been refunded a week later and 3 calls. The policy is 30 days cancellation notice (HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO CANCEL 30 DAYS BEFORE YOU RESERVE THE ROOM?! ) Now they're saying they won't refund money for a service I NEVER WANTED OR COULD AFFORD FOR A SINGLE NIGHT?! I am a single mom with 2 kids who was desperate for a way to put a roof over their heads and that 150 is 2 weeks worth of food! I don't recommend this place for anyone with a concience!

Hotel was very clean. My room was well kept and up to date. Two flat screen TVs. The Wi-Fi was super fast. I used the business center and printed some paperwork. Was very impressed with the hotel staff.

Rooms where ok. Bathroom sink waa clogged.

Room was pretty clean, although the hallway smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The Wi-Fi WAS terribly slow and the TV quickly lost connection. Also, the room wasn't really cleaned for the second night. That being said, the staff was great, the room was wonderful considering the price, and breakfast was delicious. The front desk man even offered us some concert tickets someone had left to give out.

This hotel was located in a good place, right off the express way and in very good distance from restaurants and shopping even movies. Our room was kept clean and the hotel personal was polite.

You could do a lot better … I'd advise you shop around some more. List of complaints: Kitchenette sink drain was disconnected and water didn't work. Bathroom sink dirty. Sticky pop (I hope) on nightstand. Fridge full of condensed ice. Place stinks. Worst 'hot breakfast' ever. What a dump!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL OR HOTEL CHAIN! I reserved 3 rooms at this location today (12/3/2015). Within 5 minutes of making my reservation, I realized the check in date was wrong. It showed 12/6/2015 instead of 12/05/2015. I immediately called the 1-800 on the reservation to make the correction. They informed me there were no rooms available on the 5th. I said I need to cancel my reservation then. After several attempts and the agent contacting the hotel directly, they agreed to cancel the reservation but they were still going to charge me a $75 cancellation fee. Are you kidding, the check in date is 3 days away! I hung up with the agent and called the hotel directly. The “front desk manager” Nicole was extremely rude and refused to cancel the reservation without charging the $75 fee. I then asked for her supervisor to which she said she was in charge. I asked for a district or regional manager to speak with or their contact information in which she refused and told me to call the 1-800 number. I then called the 1-800 number, again! They explained that all the hotels are independently owned and I would have to obtain that information from the hotel itself. That is impossible considering she already denied me that information. This isn't someone I would want to run my business!

I stayed at this hotel recently, and it was OK. The walls are paper thin at this place, and I could hear way too much noise. The check in process was not great, and the hotel is very dated in the hallways with the carpet, etc. The room itself was relatively clean, but it certainly was not given the white glove treatment. There were holes in the sheets, and one of the bed pillows did not match at all with the others, and in fact looked like it came off of an old couch somewhere. The hotel is not in the best neighborhood, but if you go east across 465, there is a really nice Holiday Inn Express on Rockville Road. Pay the extra money and really get a much better place.

I come to Indianapolis every summer and I always stay here! It's great with a wonderful staff.

I arrived on the hottest day of July. The attendant promptly checked me in. Probably the shortest check-in ever. I was directed to 113, the room was hot and humid. I lowered the thermostat, took a shower, and when I was done, there was no change in temperature. I thought, here we go … I told the attendant and he didn't bat an eye. He put me in the room right next door in 111. The room was very cool and the attendant couldn't have apologized enough. BTW, the room was amazing! I could've cooked and served dinner. It was almost an efficiency. One last thing, as I entered the front door, there was an odor of Indian cooking. I thought the worst… but the odor stopped there. From that point on, it was one of the best hotel experiences ever, and I've traveled two to three days a week for 9 years. I will definitely, make the Indianapolis airport Best Western my first choice when in this area.

The hotel is reasonably well appointed and I found the bed comfortable. They're getting one star because of a dangerous situation they created and they're poor handling. I stayed one night on an Expedia reservation. In the morning I fell in the shower because the tub was old, had almost no traction, and once soap hit it my feet went out and I fell on my back in the tub. I was able to use my arm to keep my head from hitting the tub edge on the way down. I complained that they didn't have a non-slip mat in the tub, bathroom, or in the room at all and it's so slippery you don't know you need one until it's too late. The manager's response: Because it's an expedia booking we can't do anything for you but apologize. I called Expedia and they worked on it: They got a WHOLE $24 refund with the excuse that it was a non-refundable room (because of Expedia) and I'd completed my stay (one night so of course I completed my stay). I argue that they failed to provide proper and safe service and endangering a guest is worth more than $24.

Our stay was GREAT! A lady checked us in on 3-25-14 and was VERY helpful and SO nice! The day before, 03-24-14. We had stayed at a higher priced and newer built hotel and had an experience that could of be a lot better… If you are in Indy and are looking for a room make sure to check this one out!

Very nice and comfortable. BUT I was charged to my VISA unauthorized for an extra night and staff is making me jump thru hoops to get my money returned. I am sure it is FRAUD but I was told Owner authorized Nicole to charge my card 2 days after we checked out!? hmmmmm.

Dirty. Run down. Staff has horrible attitude. All you have to do is call and you will see what I mean. Over the phone you can tell they hate their jobs and their customers.

Very nice and I would definitely stay again. Very comfortable.

Rooms are nice large comfy and welcoming. Staff helpful and friendly. Will stay here every time im in town on business.
