Homewood Suites has great rooms, great food, and great people. I am having a good time here. As for some things they can fix, I recommend that they add elevators to all buildings and install vending machines to supply items not available in the snack shop, like other hotels in the Hilton brand do. But great job!

The room was clean, staff was friendly but there is room for improvement. The free breakfast did not impress me, eggs were runny and sausage was way over cooked. The parking lot was a poor design and not enough of it. The good news is everything seemed clean (parking lot, room, lobby all clean). The room was very large with a full sized refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Overall it's pretty good.

Both of the rooms had stains on the floor from previous guest, microwave had rust, bathroom door had rust, shower curtain was dirty, doors had stains but other than that it was pretty clean, quiet and relaxing. We didn't want to leave. They provided everything from the basics to dishes and cookware. Breakfast was delicious and the bathroom mirror is great for taking selfies. Definitely coming back but hopefully the room will be much cleaner this time.

The best customer service experience. Brianna, Angelo, and Daniel have made me feel like this is my home away from home. Good breakfast, better happy hour. Thanks for all you do!

Great hotel, in fact one of my favorite Hilton brand hotels I've stayed at. Room was clean, modern, and everything I would expect. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating was because the fitness room didn't have any working treadmills. They did offer to shuttle me to a nearby fitness club but with my schedule I didn't have time to go off property for my workouts. Otherwise, great hotel and great property in a great area of Indy. I'd stay here again when visiting Indy!

Laundry room, gym and community with great fireplace and televisions are available. Great decorations during seasons. Loved to stay there!

I'm a big fan of Homewood Suites in general, but this one feels like they haven't wanted to put any upkeep money into it for a while. My room had torn wallpaper, a fraying shower curtain, a broken towel bar, a broken sink, and a crooked lamp. Even upon arriving the host made it seem like he was doing me a favor by giving me a bottle of water. I may only be a silver tier Hilton honors member, but this is the only Hilton hotel that has ever pointed that out as in "since you are only silver, I can't… " I'll find a different Hilton hotel in Indy next time.

I absolutely adore this hotel and stay here anytime I need to come to Indianapolis. The staff is friendly, the community feels homier than most hotels, and the happy hour setup is wonderful. Conveniently located to some of the best shopping and restaurants in the area!

Hotel is great. Breakfast is always a great selection and hot. Service from the hotel is second to none. Staff is friendly and always seems to go out of there way to make the experience wonderful. Room is spacious and clean. Little stove to cook on and sink with a full size fridge. Can't recommend this place enough.

Always stay here when in town. Close to shopping, restaurants yet quiet. Great staff, customer service. Rooms are cozy with full kitchen, complimentary breakfast most days.

Room was nice. Staff friendly. We were only there for a few hours overnight while passing through, but plan to stay longer next time we're in Indianapolis. The amenities in the room were far above what we would normally expect from a hotel, even an extended stay hotel.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. I was working in the area for several days and my company booked me at this hotel. It's all smoke and mirrors. I came back to the hotel several nights after a long day of work to a room that hadn't been cleaned, a shower curtain laying in the middle of the bathroom floor, trash not emptied and water all over the kitchen floor from a leaking ice maker. I would call the front desk to report and the most I got was an "I'm sorry". I will never stay here again. Many other nice places to stay in the area. Try them before you book at this location. They also took a large amount of money from my card that I put on file for " incidentals". Within two days of check-in they had stripped my account of $800.00 and I hadn't charged anything.

Close to shopping and many inconveniences. Clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff.

This hotel was very nice. Large, clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and provided a map to be able to navigate between the buildings. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Parking lot floods, and I had to walk in a foot of water to get to my car. Also, my AC went out in the room, and they said they'd send someone up to check. After an hour, no one came. I called back down and they said they would just move my room. I just ignored that since I'd have to pack everything up, get a dolly, and relocate. Plus, the buildings are all spread out which makes it annoying to get laundry done all the way to the main building. Just a terrible layout and older hotel that needs updating and to make it more user friendly, especially for long stays over a week.

Friendly staff, convenient location, room layout and cleanliness was impeccable but I was really disappointed by the pool. I was hoping to be able to swim and come to find out the deepest part of the pool is 3ft. That's if filled all the way. It was over 6 inches under filled. Besides that I highly recommend!

There were a lot of bad things about this "hotel". First when We booked this room about a month in advanced and we're told that we could not pay for it until we arrived "because they had to have a credit card on file while here". Even though paying for it over the phone would put a credit card on file. Next, we paid for a 2 bedroom suite. The second room has a door to the outside also which brought in a lot of noise from the shared apartment like stairway. The second room has its own ac but that rooms ac did not work. We called and complained and a guy came to "fix" it. When we got back to our room after our concert, the room was at 72 degrees on the lowest setting. And it was cold outside. Next, there is only 1 bathroom and it is in the master bedroom. That means if the second bedroom needs to use the bathroom while the master bedroom is sleeping, you get woken up. Next the latches to shut master bedroom doors were broken. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We were given 2 towels for a room that can sleep 6 people. The TV freezes when you try to watch it. Parking was absolutely horrible. This place has been, by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed. With the Hilton name I excepted a lot more. I do not recommend staying here.

When we stayed the hotel was under renovation so there were saws and hammers at 8am until the evening. Other then that the breakfast was good. The rooms were very spacious. Bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly helpful and accommodating, hotel was neat orderly and clean as well, my time here was peaceful and enjoyable in the least.

The room was nice. It was more like an apartment complex with doors opening to the outside vs a traditional hotel, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I brought my dog, and he had plenty of places to walk, and I liked the availability of doggy bags everywhere. We were right by the pool, and some people were out late having a nice time. And they did not disturb us in our room at all. Very nice place.

My visit to the Homewood suites was quite remarkable. To be honest I have never been to a hotel with a basketball court until I went there. It also had a pool that was open for reasonable hours, an internet cafe, and an exercise room, all of which I utilized at one point in my visit. I ate breakfast there twice and the food is average, good enough for you to finish the first plate but not go back for a second. Lastly the hotel room was quite appealing and came fully equipped with everything m family needed. Oh and of could I forgot, the other great thing about this hotel was is hospitality. I had to go up to the front desk to ask for things such as more towels or a basketball for the basketball court and they were always happy to help. All in all my stay at this hotel was A1 (really good).

Arrived on a Monday. Walked past mounds of linen and bags full of trash on the concrete ground in the breezeway between buildings. All rooms are accessed from the outside and doors are not sturdy. Doesn't feel very safe. Anyway, there was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and scratchmarks on the bathroom doorframe, which I suspect were from someone's pet. There was a small, wadded up piece of paper on the back of the sofa. Poor reception on TV and limited channel selection. Wednesday, I did not have towels, a bathmat, or facecloths replaced in my room. A dirty facecloth was left in the tub. I discovered all of this after working 16 hours and was unhappy about it. I reported it to the front desk clerk. Thursday, I returned from a 16 hour workday to find there was 1 towel and a bathmat. Still no facecloths There were dirty dishes in the sink. That crumpled piece of paper was still on the sofa from Monday. I also saw in the mirror that under the sink ledge in the bathroom was someone else's toothpaste! Mine was a different color. AND, my phone charger and cid were missing! I retorted this to the front desk. The clerk came immediately with linen and was incredibly apologetic and nice. Friday, I returned to a clean room and they left an apologetic note along with a gift card. That was a nice gesture, but I decided to move to a different hotel chain since my stay will be for 60-180 days. I need to feel safe and know my environment is clean.

My husband and my stay was from Sept 27 — Oct 6, 2015. Our suite was lovely and very clean. All the staff were amazing, especially Bre'anna, Cathy, Carmen and Danny. We were disappointed that we were unaware of the remodeling being done to the lobby, however, after the initial surprise, it all worked out fine. We had plenty of food for breakfast and the happy hour turned out to be enough to constitute a dinner. Our shuttles back and forth to the Price Vision Group clinic were perfect. It was certainly a deal for the price. Highly recommend the hotel and would absolutely stay again.

Confusion with the hotel and the the shuttle In pricing and time of arrival. I being told 3rd be the hotel and 30 minutes at the both. Camping out waiting.

We checked on and everything seemed wonderful. When Saturday night came we go have dinner and came back a little after 11pm. We went to park near our room like anyone else would but there wasn't any parking. When I say no parking I mean absolutely no parking! There was a party going on with a stretched limousine just sitting and waiting. We go into the office to let them know and we are told that we will have to park across the street or on the other side of the wall that surrounds the whole place. We weren't going to do that so they told us to park in a handicap spot. The spot was on the other side of the establishment. My husband is active duty and they didn't honor his tax exempt status and gave him hell. They down right refused. He had all of the paperwork that they would need for the bill to be corrected but still not honored. I'm writing this for those military personnel that is thinking about staying here. The place is good other than what I have already stated.

The one star is due to how badly the hotel is designed for anyone (such as myself) who has a mobility disability. There are steps to get to each room, only one building has an elevator, there is handicapped parking only by the lobby and while the interior area has some ramps they force you to travel 3 to 5 times further than what you have with the steps (just what a disabled person needs). My room was on the first floor and still had 9 steps to climb. I would suggest the architects be fitted with non-weight-bearing casts on their ankles so they can see what a terrible job they did. I have stayed in many hotels while disabled (including other Homewood Suites) and never saw anything close to this. To their credit, the staff seems aware of the challenges presented by the hotel and are very helpful (the young man who helped me get my luggage up the stairs to my first floor room, when I checked in left before I could give him the gratuity that was due him). If you are not disabled, the hotel is attractive, the staff is terrific, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the complementary breakfast is better than most (avoid the bagels though — they are vile). Just avoid this hotel at all costs if you are disabled.

Was there 2 weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would have liked to stay longer.

The Homewood Suites was clean for the most part. Its exterior looks very nice. The hot breakfast was good. Staff members seemed friendly. Our guest suite was old and dark. The kitchen seemed very outdated. The pool was of decent size and the excercise facility was only average. One of the reasons I did not rate this hotel highter is it felt very old.
