Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. There are rennovations going on and the tile grout in the room and paint spatters haven't been cleaned up very well. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay there again.

Got a Priceline deal because they're renovating. My newly renovated room was really nice. The breakfast included eggs and bacon, which is great. I needed to chill out after visiting relatives and it was perfect… Clean, quiet, nicely decorated.

Staff and accommodations were very nice, except for our door was nearly impossible to open. The key card worked but we had to bang and pound on it. We were in room 1 1 0 and now I see another person had issues of that same room earlier so it makes me wonder if management takes these reviews seriously. A little loud with construction going on, but we were already on our way of checking out.

Nice and clean! Very good! I will come back if I need to.

This hotel gets zero stars! My co-workers and I stayed at this hotel and we would not recommend this hotel or any others owned and operated by this company to anyone! We encountered several issues with the hotel and staff. Unfortunately, when we put the hotel into our GPS it took us to the wrong one. The staff at the first hotel was extremely rude. She said “you don’t have a reservation at this hotel. Don’t know what to tell you”. When we figured out that we had the wrong hotel the lady said “Ya that one is farther down the interstate. ” After we arrived at the correct hotel the staff there was just as rude. We had also specified that we were paying cash for the room. We understood that there had to be a card on file in case of damages but it was not to be charged for the room. We were paying with cash. We also specified this over the phone while booking the room. When we checked out the next morning we paid with cash and asked the lady if the card had been charged. She said that it had not been charged. Once arriving home my husband informed me that our card had in fact been charged for the room. So, they charged my card and we paid them in cash. I have tried calling the hotel to get this resolved and I am being told that I didn’t pay in cash that is why my card was charged. The hotel room itself wasn’t great but it did the job. We did inspect it for bed bugs and didn’t see any. The bathroom really needed to be deep cleaned.

Decent rooms, passable Wi-Fi and okay breakfast. Clean and functional. There's construction going on right now which makes it a little more inconvenient.

One night might be better than staying 3. I'm here meeting biological family first time ever. My son and mom like the pool and exercise area. However to get room restocked or ask for things service has not been particularly friendly or inviting. After 4 times calling in a 4.5 he time frame a nice housekeer brought us roll of garbage bags more coffee and towels but no wash clothes she was coming back to bring wash clothes but I'm sure was just too busy so I waited till 11 am today to call front desk said housekeeping is here but no sign yet. Loved the housekeeper and guy cleaning windows and floors they at least talked with me and smiled though clearly they were worked very hard. Room is mess since we have been here a bit already. The place doesn't seem super busy except for cleaning staff. Anyway everything like the breakfast is great, Wi-Fi, ice machine on our floor is broken so you go downstairs one floor and its right there so that is good. Special thanks to the cleaning lady a little lady that was kind and friendly and to the guy cleaning floors and windows THANK you as well. Happy Easter. Sorry you all do have to work for us on this day including front staff. Thank you all for giving up your Holiday it does mean slot. Thank you. And overall I would say this is a good family place to come to. I wrote honestly but by no means is it a total bad review by any means.

To begin with the door to room 110 is broke. You have to really bang on it to get it to open. When we pulled in at 10:30 PM and with a sleeping child in my arms this proved difficult. There was hair belonging to someone else all over the floor and in the shower. The rest of the room was nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I think if the door hadn't been broke, or they would have given me a different room I would have been happier.

For the price, this is a great hotel! Some parts are currently under construction but we didn't hear any noise! Some remodeling needs to be done but nothing important! We would definitely stay again!

The TV had lines in it. The heater controls were missing, and the phone was completely disconnected from the wall. Miserable. Not up to par at all!

Made a reservation through Expedia for 2 nights about 3 days in advance — no problems. When we get to the hotel at around midnight the absolutely incredibly rude clerk says she can give us one night be they are booked for the second night. I show her the reservation and show we have had it for days and she insists it's an Expedia problem. We had to take the night because we have two young kids and it was late. No sympathy, no explanation. Don"t trust that when you have reservations you will actually get a room.

The staff was friendly. The hot tub did not work. It was hot but couldn't get it to bubble. My room was ok. Looks like the rooms could use and update.

Checking in was very quick. Service was very nice and the rooms were decent. Not the best place I've stayed, but it was perfect for an overnight business trip. I would stay here again.

This hotel is dirty. There are cobwebs. The remote control for the TV didn't work. The heater in the room was very loud and I had to turn it off completely. The coffee maker was dirty and had food particles in it. I asked for a wake up call at 7 a. M. And was awakened at 5 a. M. I will never stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was accommodating and the room was clean.

TV didn't work when I first got in the room fire extinguisher look dirty up on top of the ceiling Cracks around the light plugs in the wall plugs in in the bathroom on the sink had cracks in their den look like a good hotel nor did like the other Wyndham Gardens I stayed in in Warsaw in when we was in Las Vegas might have been the worst Wyndham Hotel I stayed in didn't like it at all.

I stayed in a Wyndham 2 nights before this in cross Lanes WV and it was night and day compared to this rat nest. This hotel is disgusting. Lobby was dark, no exterior lights when I arrived around midnight I thought it was closed, also the hall light fixtures are full of dead bugs. Desk clerk was watching TV with I'd guess her kid and boyfriend. She seemed annoyed I was there. No info on Wi-Fi. I got info on the fitness center and elevators are over there. The hotel is dirty, downright disgusting. I have pictures. Wallpaper falling off the wall, return vent full of dust, carpet not vacuumed, everything covered in dust, mold all over the shower, lampshades were all crooked for some reason, free water bottles look like they'd been there for years they had condensation inside. The hvac system looks original to the building as well. This hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 90s Hunter green and gold everywhere. Staff was rude as well. My receipt was left with personal info outside my door! Pillows were like doll pillows they were about the size on my hand. Mattress felt like it was 20 years old. Everything was dirty and nasty. I will never stay here again. I will be informing my company to no longer allow this hotel as an option.

Wingate Property as a whole is always going to be a good property to stay at but this location is an exception as it is a extremely nice property. The staff was very friendly and helpful with some issues I had. The location is centralized for both downtown Indiana the airport and local restaurants. I am in Indiana once a week and will be staying at this property from this day forth. Thanks.

The staff was really nice and the room was huge! There were some minor cosmetic iasuws, but overall the place was great for the price. The continental breakfast was pretty good too.

Location of the hotel is not bad. Rooms/building are outdated and in serious need of some TLC. Our room had chipped/peeling paint, fraying rugs, antiquated seating, and stained bedding. It also had a literal ant hill (with ants) when we checked in. The staff was great though. Very nice and helpful. Breakfast was pretty decent! Included breakfast basics — eggs, toast, muffins, waffles, etc.

I'm staying here for GenCon. So far the room as been clean when we have come back. The breakfast was good. The location is far from downtown but it's not an issue at all. Overall good experience.

Room was as expected and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was below average. Pool was extremely high in chlorine. Overall stay was good, however.

Hotel needs some work, pool area was bad. Exhaust vent coming off wall, lounge area outside of pool was dirty with garbage all over the place. Pool it self was a nice size, but it was dirty, depth marker in pool were normal on bottom of water level, but black above water level. Ceiling looked like I had a lot of water damage. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. No one at counter, always have to ring a bell to get someone up front. Had 4 people in our room only 3 towels, asked for more, never got them.

The room is clean. Pool is warm and clean. Breakfast is great. There are plenty of options and it is very well taken care of.

My room was clean and orderly and this was probably one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Easy access to Indy and had a very accessible parking lot. Outside also looked great. Breakfast bar was fantastic. Overall very pleased with my stay.

The hotel was very clean and the room was quite comfortable. The hot breakfast provided was outstanding and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the weight machine being partly disabled due to the pulley system needing to be fixed. Will stay here again the next time I travel up.

Booking gentleman on the phone was awesome and very helpful or so I thought. When we arrived at the hotel and checked in we were expecting a King Suite with a seperate bedroom. When we got to our room it was nice but not a Suite with a seperate bedroom. We were told to call Windham Rewards to get it straightened out. We accepted the room as is and continued with our day. The room was nice. At bedtime we pulled out the sofa sleeper to only to find holes in the underside so when you sit on it your bottom falls right through. Our daughter slept on the sofa as a couvh but she was supposed to have a friend with us and that never would have worked. In the morning we alerted the desk and were told they would have the couch swapped out by maintenance for tonight. We returned to our room to find the bed out and nicely made. When she sat on it she fell right through. The bed was not fixed. When the night girl was alerted of the situatiin she did not have much to say. Problem not fixed. Our second issue was use of the pool and hot tub. When we booked our room we called the hotel direct to see if the pool would be left open late for adults. We were told yes there usually was not a problem with this at all. So we booked our room. At check in we verified this too. When we walked into the lobby at 1130 pm we found families in the dining area with small children 6 or more of them running around yelling, kicking and throwing balls everywhere.

Nice place with decent Wi-Fi. The air in the room. Was barely functional and had to sleep with the windows open in December!

Had a room for a few days, night one whirlpool in pool area did not work. Set timer and NO pump. Came back after long day wanted to shower, could NOT because towels were NOT replaced. Asked front desk for wash rags and a hand towel. "I'll bring them right up sir" half hour later room phone rings and the "busy" signal was ringing in the back ground. I could Not make out what front desk was saying. Called front desk back another half hour later, same noise in background can't hear what front desk is saying. So I head back down again to front desk. "I can't get in the room to get towels, maintenance can't get in there either"… really? I just want to shower and relax! Can't even relax in the whirlpool…

Used a meeting room for 8 hours. Room had thermostat controls, I was cool and pleased.

Nasty rooms, filthy floors switched rooms and the second was just as bad as the first. Air not working in the summer, overpriced room service. Not worth the 3star rating.

Spent a night here with my wife for a birthday getaway from home and was exactly what we were looking for. The King Bed Hot Tub Suite we stayed in had all the amenities one could ever ask for and was isolated enough to where only one wall had a neighbor. It was a relaxing stay, with easy access to internet, the highway, and a pleasant breakfast. Although the views from the windows weren't all that great (we faced the neighboring hotel which took up much of the view space) we would most certainly go there again in the future.

Just spent the weekend there. Great experience. Well maintained and clean rooms. Good bedding. Easy access to interstate. Only downside is it is in a commercial dead zone. 2 restaurants next door are closed. It takes a short drive to get to food.

This hotel has gone down hill. Silverfish in the bed and mildew on the caulk in the tub. Towels are worn out and stained. Sorry but this hotel is not what it used to be.

This hotel contracted our company to provide services for them, at their request, and never paid for the services provided. They ignore our attempts for payment. stay away.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and well kept. However, breakfast was lacking in substance (only yogurt, toast, oatmeal, and bagels) and Wi-Fi was awful in rooms and even slow in the lobby.

Very nice hotel with great beds and bedding. Perfect for the business traveler with micro and frig. In the room, along with Internet service. Liked the room setup with sofa and large TV. Good exercise room with several pieces of equipment, pool and whirlpool. Clean, well-kept.
