We enjoyed our stay this past weekend and we didn't have any issues. The room was clean, large and roomy and a nice bed. I would stay here again!

Stayed here over the weekend 7/20-7/22 with my sisters. The staff was great and the room was clean and beds are very comfortable. Our initial concern was our room being by the elevator and we were assured we would not hear any disturbance which was correct. Shawn, was very helpful in giving directions to where we wanted to go. This will now be the go to place when we visit Indy. My sisters and I agree this is a five star. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Very confortable, at the heart of Indianapolis.

Great location. Convenient walk to Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Nice amenities. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. One negative is only valet parking available. Otherwise, you're on your own to find parking.

Employee was helpful in getting us to the hotel with all the roads surrounding it blocked off with construction. The valet guys are awesome and helpful. Nice clean and spacious room. Great place to stay.

Everyone is very professional and courteous! Kudos to the valet guys. I didn't drive a car but when I need to know how to get somewhere they were willing to assist with directions! Rooms were very clean! Keep up the GREAT work! I had two reservations the morning shift young lady made sure I kept the same room! Thanks I think her name was Brooke!

Walls are really thin — could hear the conversation and TV next door like it was in the same room. I extended my stay bc I got stuck in town for an extra night so I had to change rooms and requested to be away from the elevator bc I was traveling with an infant and I’ve had bad experiences being right next to the elevator. They said, oh it’s not loud by the elevator — you’ll be fine. I heard the elevator all night long. Thanks for the less than upfront customer service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Sean at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and the room was fantastic. This truly is a hidden gem of a hotel in Indianapolis that provides a great stay at an affordable rate.

I highly recommend this place. The location is great. The service is excellent. The staff are so kind. The room is so big and spacious with a nice bath. The room has a new kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher…

It'll feel like home away from home! Great location (a 5-10 minute walk from the mall, shops, monument circle), the room is huge, comes with a full size fridge, dishwasher, plates and cups, plenty of towels so you don't have to keep asking for them. The only complaint is because its downtown you'll have to pay to park in a parking garage, and the breakfast was pretty mediocre (the breakfast item were microwave sandwiches) and crowded so get there early, and coffee is available in the lobby all day! Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable bed. Nice hotel. Full sized kitchen. Big TV. Internet speeds are okay, but not stellar. Nice breakfast.

Great hotel. Outstanding looks and the rooms are amazing. Very large workout facilities and over looks the pool. Only down fall no hot tub. Staff is great and the valet is worth it.

Our stay here was ok. However, I would change a few things. Firstly, the breakfast selection was mediocre. My husband and oldest daughter don't eat meat and therefore it wasn't a lot to choose from. The oatmeal was too mushy, the boiled eggs were creepy looking and frozen, the fruit was surrounded by fruit flies… can I get just plain scrambled eggs (nope not on the menu) Secondly, the room's bathroom door was very hard to open and close due to not having a handle (I personally would not have constructed it that way but what can I say). The room was freezing at night and we turned the heater all the way up to 75. When we complained to the manager, she manually override the thermostat and we were able to turn it up to 85 if needed. The room was a nice size and The bed was really comfy. However, the sheets for the pullout bed were very hard and not comfortable at all. The pool was beautifully designed but it's only 4 feet deep all around. The exercise room was a nice size. However, you have to enter the exercise room to access the laundry room. The exercise room does have complimentary water but no disinfectant wipes to wipe down the machines, weights and bench after usage. The staff was friendly.

We were unable to stay due to an event location change, however, Terrence at the hotel called me personally to refund our money on a non-refunable room since we were requiring lodging at a sister hotel. This is the kind of personal service that it sorely missed these days.

Stayed one night but wish we stayed longer. Room was large and modern with high ceilings. Kitchenette was well stocked with glassware and front desk even offered an electric skillet. Good walking access to downtown but room was very quiet.

Great hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Only issue I had with the stay was the noise of the fan constantly going in my room. Other than that I felt at home and enjoyed my stay.

Decent beers. The staff is knowledge on their beer but less so on the history on the brewery. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Rooms were nice and clean and pretty big. Had a sink, fridge, huge microwave, and a dishwasher. The shower stalls were very roomy and had lots of areas to set my hair products and stuff.

Hilton changes have validated that loyalty means nothing. As a 5+ year Diamond level and 2-4 nights/week in a Hilton property, over the past 6 months reservations lost, flight cancellations and still having to pay r) for rooms. Icing on the cake was the absolute worst service and utter lack of empathy from the front desk and management at this property today. My loyalty and my $ with my “home away from home” will find a new home I’m non-Hilton properties moving forward. This is a brand that has forgot how to create extraordinary moments for their customers and only memorable ones through the poor service and lack of appreciation for its most loyal customers, a true disappointment.

The hotel has just been redone. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean, and had that "new" and "just redesigned" air about them. The beds, pillows, and linens were absolutely AMAZING, as far as comfort, and one's ability for "rest and relaxation" were concerned. The technologies in the rooms were new and "up to par", allowing for easy capabilities such as connecting one's laptop, smartphone, and other devices to the TV and wireless internet. All this while while being right downtown and for an amazing price. Just to give an example of the awesome price (s), we were there for a friend's wedding on the SAME WEEKEND as the INDY 500, and I still paid less at this newly completed Hilton, directly downtown, than what was wanted for a MUCH SMALLER room at the Holiday Inn 30 minutes away, outside of Indianapolis proper! Staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet, and the environment was well controlled, with even private security available (with no extra fee) should you so desire or require them.

Hotel is pretty. 29 dollars for valet parking which seems a little steep. Obnoxiously loud HVAC in the room so I turned mine off.

This was my first time staying at a Home2Suites. Friendly staff, nice rooms, convenient location. Would be great for a longer stay (with 1/2 size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the amenities you'd need to prepare food in your room)

Overall a great hotel. Very clean and has a nice workout area. The elevator was pretty slow though. Breakfast options were a little lacking.

Good location. Nice new clean rooms. The breakfast was limited though. Cereal and microwave egg dishes is really all that was available.

Super convenient location for meetings and trainings with Indiana Bar and ICLEF as well as Mass Ave. Great room design — roomy and functional. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great breakfast to enjoy leisurely or grab and go. Parking Tip: use the valet overnight and if you need to to stay beyond 1pm, let them know and you can stay for the rest of the day for $15. This is cheaper (and less time consuming) than moving, trying to find another space, and start the clock in a new location, which usually costs more. Text 10-15 mins before you need it and it is waiting for you to hit the road.

Overall it was a very good stay. We had some issues with our A/C unit but they got us into another room. So that isn't a problem. The staff was curtious and helpful. The only thing I found not great about our stay was that the bathroom door didn't shut properly or lock. This wouldn't have been an issue either but we had friends staying there that night and all the other rooms seemed to have similar issues with the bathroom doors. Which is just awkward.

This hotel is a very nice. Part of the Hilton family. I used points to purchase the room and found a spacious and clean room. I stayed during the week and the halls as well as my room was quiet. The location is central to everything downtown.

Classy modern style rooms, pool was very nice. Breakfast is not full but had a lot of variety and quality for a continental breakfast. Valet parking is a reasonable price compared to other downtown parking options. Hotel supports digital key (via phone app) which was convenient to use.

Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. I really like that they have a bulk supply of soap and shampoo in the shower so I didn't have to make a little bottle of shampoo last between 5 people. Also the people at the front desk were very nice. The kitchenette was also very nice. It included silverware, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and probably more. It's also equipped with a dishwasher. The only weird thing was our "window" looked out into an empty interior part of the building. But it's Indy. You don't go to Indy for the view. Overall it was a great experience.

Stayed two nights for a wedding. Needed access to a kitchenette because of our baby. Provided everything we needed. From dishwasher, cups, pots, pans, etc. It has a nice little couch receiving area to unwind. It's very centrally located in downtown Indianapolis, within walking distance of so many different things. Only draw backs, $27 valet seemed high. Our room had no natural light of any kind. They had an interesting fake column, but you could see the LED strip that changed depending on what time of day it was. The complimentary breakfast was also lack luster. Lots of options, but 90% of them were microwave able things that told you how long to microwave them. And they had 4 microwaves for you to use right there. And of course the number is wrong, so the outside is hot, but the inside is still nearly frozen. I would recommend the hotel. Just use the kitchenette to make your own breakfast.

Good valet service. Good check-in. Room was new construction and not quite finished (missing paint, uneven carpet). Great shower. Beds are extremely hard and pillows are far too soft and unsupportive. Morning breakfast staff performed well, but we're vocal about how much they did not like their job. Would not stay again.

The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to most everything — — Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Mall, Soldiers and Sailors Memorial, … That's the good. The bad — — we checked into our room. Hair in the beds and on pillow cases. Requested new sheets. It took three sets of new sheets to finally get a set of sheets without hair in them. Bathroom had old toothpaste in the sink… I think the housekeeping staff needs some training. Management was friendly, offered another room (we'd already unpacked everything for a multi-day stay). They took $100 off our stay. The cost of the place is outstanding for a downtown hotel. Most of their guests are repeat customers who are in town for business — — so it makes me suspect our stay was an aberration and not the rule. Undecided whether I'd stay here again to test my thesis…

Stayed here with co-workers. It is a fast hotel, nice and clean round, full kitchen, good bathroom amenities. Breakfast available was great. Very convenient location to downtown Indianapolis and Mass Ave area. Highly recommend it!

Lovely hotel. Looks new. Very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Typical breakfast with a few extras like fresh blueberries. Friendly and helpful staff.
