Room was clean. No drapes, only blinds so the sun woke everyone up early. The new vanity was too high for my kids to use alone. They couldn't reach the sink to brush their teeth without assistance. They are 7 and 4 so they typically can handle this task alone. Keurig machine in the room was nice, but we prefer to not create so much garbage. Breakfast was nice with something for everyone. All in all, not a terrible stay, but I felt I was constantly met with battles rather than being able to relax.

The room was recently renovated but not up to par. There was no blackout curtains, only cheap Venetian blinds. We had booked a package including tickets for the Children's Museum but the girl at the front desk had no clue what we were talking about when I asked. She said she would speak to her manager and contact us but she never did and I had to go down to speak to the manager myself in the morning. There was no exhaust fan in the restroom and the sink was so high my children couldn't use it on their own. The Continental breakfast was the best part of the stay though with a decent selection of better-than-average hotel fare.

Hotel is under construction. Hotel would not honour my reservation. Moved me to anouther hotel that was full. No notice was given. No phone call or email… Horrible attitude. Manager is not available for calls. Don't reserve here, why bother if they don't honour them. They had the balls to tell me they were not going to chsnrge me a cancelation fee for not staying.

I made reservation at this location because the pictures showed a nice hot tub in the pool area. After a hard day of driving, my wife and I were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. I asked about the hours and was told they no longer have one. (Talk about false advertising! ) I was upset but not angry. We had a room with two queen beds and requested one with a king bed. We were charged extra. When we got to the room, it was a room with two queens! When we checked out my wife told them out was a queen room. The extra charge was taken off and the explaination was that they are converting to a Best Western and the front desk can't keep up with the room changes. From now on I will call the location to be sure the pictures and descriptions are accurate.

Extremely friendly. Room was remodled, 419 Had to get pet few taken off. Told on check in it was a service dog. T. V. Wasn't working properly and phone in room didn't work. Desk person said within 1 hour someone would come to check it out. Did not hapoen.

So it was under construction while we stayed. What was finished looked great. I'd come back in six months once it was done and likely give it five stars.

This hotel was in the middle of renovations when I stayed here. The room was clean. The staff during the morning check out was friendly. I think they did well to accommodate in the middle of renovations. I'm sure it will be well worth it when it is done.

The hotel is currently under renovations and they should update their website, with that information. The hotel had no hot tub, even though the website states they do. The pool was not kid friendly at all and the water was cold. The double rooms are very small and housekeeping sucks. Two days in and housekeeping has not even attempted to clean our room. Our garbage is overflowing into grocery bags and we had to walk to the front desk for clean towels. When we called about the housekeeping the front desk clerk said, "well they're gone for the day, so if you need towels or anything else, you have to come get it" and then rudely hung up. I am here for work and hotel was booked for me or I would be leaving and going else where. Would not reccomend at all.

Hotel was under construction and had half the floors closed. The first floor is covered in tarps and looks like a jobsite instead of a hotel. They are changing from a Holiday Inn to a Best Western. Maybe it will be better after the renovations?

Not as nice as you would expect for the price. Nice lobby but outdated everything else. The owners are cheap. Convenient location and an over chlorinated indoor pool. There are better places close by.

This one was in Indianapolis The room was nice. Great breakfast. Comfy beds and pillows. The bad was cobwebs in corners of room. Tub had a clog in it. Whenever u showered it didnt go down. Told the front desk. They said they would take care of it. 3 nights later still a problem. Had privacy card on door and male maid would still knock. We picked this hotel for many reasons. We travel alot and usually stay in A Holiday Express for the rooms, breakfast and especially pool and. Spa. No one told us they were renovating the pool and spa and it was closed. When I went to front desk to complain she basically blew me off. Definitely should not. Have paid full price for the room when even their website said there was a pool.

The hotel is great. They have a great selection for breakfast and very comfortable rooms. I was just dissapointed that the pool was closed the whole time due to reconstruction.

At the time I went, the top floor was being renovated. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I used the gym in the morning which was small but had everything I needed. The rooms were really clean and tidy. Free breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a great selection. No issues whatsoever with the Wi-Fi. I would rate my stay 5 out of 5. Highly recommend.

The room was hot! AC was very noisy and not efficient. There were so many allergens in this room that we could not get a good night's sleep (taking allergy medicine did not help). We were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub. Upon arrival, we were notified that they were being renovated. This was not advertised on the website. If we had known, we would have stayed at a different Holiday Inn. There is a small wardrobe for our coats (no closet), no fridge, no microwave. Holiday Inn has bought this hotel from another company. It looks and feels old. On our second day, both key cards did not work. My spouse had to go to the main desk twice. The third time, the manager came to unlock it. It took the manager 40 minutes to fix the lock, saying that the battery was dead. Pros: The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Compared to the other nearby Holiday Inn hotels, this was the cheapest. I didn't expect that there would be this many problems.

No microwaves, no fridges, restrooms are small. This hotel needs some serious updating. It's seems so neglected, it has this eerie murder/suicide haunted hotel vibe once your in the dark muggy rooms. Can't feel comfortable and relaxed in the dungeons they call rooms. Won't be staying here anymore until they bring some life into these rooms. Plus side, the staff is friendly and free breakfast. That's about it.

Beds were comfortable. Room was cramped and had ants. They didn't have pancake mix for the pancake machine. Pool looked nice but was closed for the evening.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Found a used razor head in my room once, but other than that it's been a nice stay! The hot tub and pool are really clean as well.

Great budget hotel, decent rooms, close access to downtown Indy. 24/7 coffee service was cold, but they made a fresh pot for me. Beds are amazing with fluffy pillows.

Did not have a room available, however the clerk was absolutely outstanding in helping find another place. This is not seen often and definitely deserves another visit soon. Service, outstanding without a doubt. Exit woodland Dr. Indy. 21:30 hrs, 7-22-17

Everyone was so friendly. The hotel is a bit dated but I know a remodel is incoming this year. Regardless, it was completely clean and well taken care of. The pool area is really great! I loved how open the pool area was. Pool was warm and clean. Great job to the staff there!

Great place to stay only draw back was we did not have a microwave or mini fridge in our room and when your at a baseball tournament for 4 days you need those to try survive the weekend.

The front desk was great. Sidney and Lexi were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the lobby, including us, were happy. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Indianapolis.

Nice and clean. Room was nicely done. Common areas were clean. Good breakfast. Good internet. Nice fitness room but a little on the hot side in there if I am honest. Other than that I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great hotel, very nice everything you expect from a holiday inn express.

The service was the best part of the stay. The room I stayed in seemed dated. The tub drain was broken and the cover for it was not secure, just set inside the tub. The door did not shut correctly and the locks did not function properly. The heater and air unit was also broken with the cover of the unit just set back on the unit and the on/off switch sticking and bail working. The room was clean but overall the hotel had many things that were poorly fixed and barely functioning.

We stay here when in Indianapolis on business. Last time I stayed there was a gas leak on our floor and I notified hotel management. Last time another person on the project team stayed (early March 2016), he found bedbugs and notified hotel management.

Nice facilities but understaffed. Full hotel meant no towels at the pool even when asked. Rooms are nice, breakfast ok.

Beds uncomfortable pillows way to soft.

While the hotel overall was fine, the rooms were lacking in some comfort (chair far to short for the desk, older style TVs, no plugs near bed). Also the staff monkeyed with my alarm clock after I turned all alarms fully to off.

Location was near a few different food places and easily accessible from 465. The staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel is a little out dates, but clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly from what little interaction I had with them. The rooms were clean just a bit dated. Overall I had a pretty decent experience.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed. The TV in exercise room can only be operated by remote control, and the problem was, there was no remote in exercise room. The TV in my room didn't work. I called the front desk and room service several times, no one answered the phone. My coworker wanted to set up wake up call, no one answered the phone. Then I found bed bug in my room. Luckily they helped me to change to a different room (the only thing they were helpful so far). The problem is, they messed up the system and three of my coworkers had their bills showing my name and address. It took them 15 min each to fix the problem the next morning. I will definitely not stay here again.

Internet is abysmal. TV did not work in room at all. Avoid for business travel.

Inside is nice, employees great, Wi-Fi is a joke, outside is hero and once the lights go out cops in both parking lots and buildung on lock down.

Room was clean. Dining area well organized and clean. Staff was very helpful. Would stay again.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and it is by far the nicest Holiday Inn I have stayed in. They are located directly in Park 100, which is where the compay I was visiting is located. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is extremely clean, and the wireless internet was fast. I will be staying here again on my business trips to Indianapolis.

Completely renovated hotel, used to be a Hampton Inn but converted to Holiday Inn Express after the renovations were completed in October 2008. Everything is brand new and looks great! There is complimentary breakfast, wireless internet access in the rooms and in all public areas, a laundry facility, business center, and fitness room (all cardio, no weights). Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Typically there are sports teams on the weekends, but through the week it is a perfect spot for business travelers.

The hotel itself OK, I'd say 3.5. But if you need an internet connection for your work don't even think about it. It was very low to no signal in my room and 2 rooms of my colleagues, only place with the signal is a lobby. Management could do nothing about it. Just pathetic.
