Rooms are very clean and tidy, it's hard to find a budget room that is also clean. The staff are very helpful and want to make your experience a good one. Pool on site is a great addition to the stay!

The hotel itself was fine, the room was spare but for the price I wasn't expecting a whole lot. Internet was fast enough to stream TV and movies but I wish there was a free mini shampoo in the shower. Also if they had non smoking rooms that have never been smoking rooms it would be nicer.

Don’t waste your money, you get what you pay for! We stayed in this Motel 6 6/22-6/24 we came in for a youth baseball tournament. There were two different teams that had booked rooms at this location there were multiple complaints about rooms such as smelling like cigarette smoke, bath tubs not draining due to so much hair built up in the drain, toilets rocking and barely secured to the floor. There is no refrigerator, blow dryer, or microwave and they clearly have a towel shortage as they would only leave one towel per room. The complaints are endless. Dealing with cosmetic/ poorly functioning appliances became the least of our concerns as one of the parents opened her motel door to see a man urinating carelessly in the parking lot. There were homeless people looting on the stairs as we tried to walk to our motel rooms. The house keepers would stand in the open yelling and screaming at each other as if this is acceptable at all let alone in the open for all to hear about their disagreement. The cops was there almost the entire time we were there and even kicked the baseball team out of the pool the last night they were there. Yes, granted they were in the pool thirty minutes past the “closing time” but no staff members came to lock it up nor tell them they were past the time. They just called the police on a group of 9 year old boys. There was a high traffic volume of random cars at particular motel rooms all hours of the day and night.

Not happy about having to pay for the use of internet. And then there was a choice of two types… slow or a bit faster (for more money). Also, the water pressure was so restricted, a shower was slow work. Very happy about the bathroom other wise. It was well suited for a handicapped person.

I showed up around 6:30 a. M. And I didn’t catch the receptionist’s name, but she was FANTASTIC. I didn’t have a reservation because I had planned to drive through (I had been driving since around 10 a. M. The morning before and just couldn’t do it anymore). She had me a room in less than 5 minutes, and made me feel so welcome. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This was my first time staying with this brand, and I will be back! The only thing I would have changed was the shower head— there was low pressure and not much water coming out. A minor inconvenience in an overall wonderful stay!

My stay was excellent. I really loved how big the room and bed. Also how quiet it was there. I was able to relax without worrying about noise or anyone around.

The room was extremely clean. Very surprised! I loved the modernized look. Service was awesome. Location was okay. Only complaint I have is the security of the back side of the motel needs to be increased. I had a man beating on my door trying to come in. With my two year old me me, that's terrifying. Once he was gone, my stay was great.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I wrote clean me with my finger nail in the dried soap scum on the bathtub. The toliet had pee on the bowl rim and on the base. The pillow had a stain on the pillow case that went clear threw to the pillow, which meant that the pillow case was not change before I got there. The door was filthy all around where the door pull was. There was bits of debris in the bed sheets, never did figure what that was. Obviously the house keeping staff get paid for just straightening up a room and not to clean it. The bathtub soap scum was so thick. Room was booked for 3 people and they only supplied 2 bath towels, no wash clothes. No extras, don't expect shampoo or conditioner, do not disturb sign. I will NEVER stay there again. The staff was very nice.

Location is conveniently off 465, but there's surprisingly no noise from the interstate. Check in was quick and painless and the room was a better quality than I expected. Good TV, comfortable bed, and best of all, free Wi-Fi. Definitely got my money's worth.

It's a nice inexpensive clean room that I prefer to stay sometimes once a month just to get away from mt house and mt husband lil. But room r clean all doors lock air/heat works. I stayed lady night and it's within a 3 minute walking distance to 2 different had stations. They serve coffee staying at 6 am. They have washers and dryers. They also have vending machines with snacks, drinks and laundry soap etc. Will be going back.

I like the motel 6 on bash road better. This one they ran out of towels so I had to wait for them to get washed before I could get some. They caulked a SCARY looking bath mat into the tub. I refused to set my bare feet on it. It was otherwise clean as could be expected. The staff was courteous enough. Not the best motel 6 I've ever seen but definitely it the worst. It is cheap and convenient.

So let’s start with the positive… no bed bugs! And now for the negative! So the rooms are actually not that bad but they just reek of smoke and death! Very sketchy area and according to a lovely Waffle House waiter there was apparently a MAJOR drug bust two days before my visit there and lots of prostitution there if you’re into that! Unfortunately I had to stay here for a business trip because my company is cheap but thankfully I only stayed for two hours just to get some sleep then continue my trip!

We had a good stay, it would have been great but the shower had no hot water either night that we stayed. I am not a person to complain, I usually just don't stay at the same place again if we have a bad experience. The staff that was working the front desk were both very polite and courtesy, and get an A+. I would give our overall stay a C because we travel all over the country being in the Outdoor Industry and the thing we most look forward to in a great stay is a good hot shower. Thank you for asking for my opinion we appreciate the opportunity to stay at your facility.

Nothing but good things to say about this location. Staff has been friendly, my room clean, and quiet. I'd definitely recommend to stay here. It's been a great experience.

Bathroom was dirty. Long black hairs in the toilet so I don't think it had been cleaned. Bathtub had debris in it that I had to run the shower for a few minutes to wash out. Bathroom door handle was barley on and it would latch shut. Room was very cold looking. White walls with nothing on them. Price was ok and we only needed the room to sleep in. Staff was nice. Had to pay for Wi-Fi when all other places it would have been free. The bed felt very old and uncomfortable. We will look into other hotels when we stay in Indianapolis again even if we pay a few more dollars.

My non smoking room absolutely reeked of cigarettes, there were loud noises and partying going on all night on both sides of us and the staff didn't do anything about it. And the sheets on the bed were dirty and stained with burn holes in the blankets. This is a disgrace of a motel 6, I highly recommend the motel 6 on Southport road instead which is completely opposite in every way from this location.

This is the ONLY motel that I will stay in! I have always been treated great. I have stayed so much that they all know my name when I walk in. The rooms are always very clean and smell wonderful. By far the best service I’ve ever had. If the rooms are all booked I travel all the way back home. Thank you to everyone that works at the motel 6 in Beech Grove, Indianapolis! Keep up the amazing work.

It was nice and quiet. Always a nice spot for me to get away and have some "me" time. The ladies st the front desk are so sweet and courteous. I always recommend this location.

Not that bad of rooms. Service ain't the worst. Police are around sometimes if you like those mfers but if your quiet and low key they tend not to mess with you.

Can’t complain for the price paid! Cheap hotel, decent room, and a good location. Only downfall was the room smelled like smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room.

Worst stay ever. Flea infested room! Possibly bed bugs as well. Bites all over entire family. Nothing in room but bed and cheap TV. Smelled horrible. Drywall mud falling off the walls. No shampoo. Only 1 small bar of hand soap. Towels were stiff enough to sand a cars paint off. Desk people are rude and corporate was same. Room was rented at noon and by one o'clock was refused a refund. My family was extremely inconvenienced by staying here! Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Unless your on drugs. They accommodate junkies very well. If you smoke a cigarette in the parking lot you will be approached several times in regards of that business.

My room was so clean. The price was good for one night at this city, but wanted to take shower there are no body lotion and shampoo. I found one piece of soap on the sink. Also if you want to grap some coffee, you have to go to the loopy. No coffee maker and mini fridge in my room.

One of the worst places I have stayed at in my life. The quilts had multiple cigarette burns in it. The quilts had black stains on them. The sheets were never changed over our 4 night stay despite several stains on them. The floors looked dirty and clearly were not vacuumed either for the entirety of our trip. The shower was repaired and off colored. The toilet seat was half broken and slid around. Housekeeping never gave us 3 bath towels even though we made it clear that we had 3 people staying in the room all 3 nights. The water pressure was poor. (It took like 5 seconds to fill up a little cup of water) The price was right though. For that price I would expect a no frills establishment that was clean and provided a clean bed, shower and toilet. We did not get any of these things. I would never go here again, and I would advise anyone looking to choose anywhere else to stay.

The people at the front desk were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The facilities themselves, however, leave much to be desired. When we walked in there was an overwhelming smell of stale smoke. The toilet was a little rickety, which is not a great way to describe a toilet. It is a great place to stay if you're only going there and crashing for a bit. If you're going to spend any time in your room, I would suggest spending a little extra money and finding somewhere else.

The location was good for the conference we are attending. The room was good for what we needed though the toilet had paper in it and the drain in the shower had not been cleaned. The anti-slip strip had worn a bit and there was nowhere to plug in our toothbrush near the sink.

The staff was super nice. The beds were clean and queen size. If you are needing a place just to rest it's perfect for the price. A waffle house is across the street.

Great staff, they were all so friendly. The bed however was hard and lumpy. This is a very loud motel. Other than that we were very happy with our stay. You might want to add a do not disturb sign that can be put on the door.

Check in was a breeze — Lady at front desk was VERY friendly. Complimentary phone call 15 min after check-in to make sure everything was okay in the room. (I've never had that — Pretty awesome). Free coffee on check-out and another very nice lady. GREAT value for a small price. First time in Indianapolis — Fell in love with the City. This Motel 6 made the trip even better. Would HIGHLY recommend this location!

I found the room to be spacious and clean. Price was reasonable. Has swimming pool. Miss not having coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator in room. No continental breakfast. Had to pay for Wi-Fi. Staying for four days. Clerk was nice enough to give me one day free service. I am use to receiving all the above items for the price I paid. Staff was excellent.

I was in a handicapped room, although I didn't need it. I am sure it was due to occupancy. The climate control was moved from the a/c — heater to an electronic thermostat near the door. It had a three position switch from cool to off to heat that did not work properly. The off position did not work, it was either in heat or cool at all times. I set it to lowest setting in heat, it still kept heating. I set it to highest temp in cool, it still kept cooling, the room was always either to hot or too cold! On their behalf, I will say I was there two nights and did not report it until I checked out…

A good place to stay on a budget. Room was recently given a fresh coat of paint, new beds, and updated sink. Though, it is an older budget hotel, so it is still a little rough. Room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke.

Mostly renovated and clean rooms, easy access to interstate. Only problems were a staircase that needed some maintenance and we had to slam our room door to get it all the way closed.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it was clean and the front desk was very pleasant and congenial. When I made my reservation over the phone, the lady who helped me was nice. When I checked in at the front desk, the clerk was very pleasant. When I checked out, I met the hotel manager and she was inspiring and a joy to converse with. I made future reservations to return again with my family.

Very basic motel. Overpriced… Just like all motels in indiana due to crazy taxes due to the state.

If trapping is the game well this is your place, come one come all, if you a person that has nothing or no one and have to hustle to get yourself up well this cheaper by most standard of places is the place for you. Its a safe heaven for these bs streets of indy, not many understand what im talkin bout, but if you do then listen to PIMP CALLOWAY and bring your ass.

Well I had 2 different rooms and both were terrible. In the first room, the carpets were soaked by the restroom. Then I went to go pee and it turns out that the toilet was broken because crap overflowed out of the toilet. That same night we also spotted cockroaches in our room so we asked to be moved. They moved us to a room with full size beds (other room had queen). When we finally get to the other room, there were cockroaches in the microwave. What I am saying is don't waste your money on this establishment… If your looking for a good place to stay try Super 8. They serve free breakfast and you don't have to waste your money on Wi-Fi.

The staff was accommodating but house keeping was absolutely horrible. To start the room reeked of smoke, beds are only made every 3 days if your lucky, towels are only provided every few days. The maid left a review on the towels but was too lazy to even place them on the rack, just threw them on the dresser. Also didn't bother letting the guests know you wouldn't have hot water for over 12 hrs because of a maintenance issues. Police patrol the parking lot and seen security patrolling the property. Would not recommend unless your looking for a cheap place to stay.

Had a great stay during Gen Con. Booked the king room this time for a little more and my room was great! Bed was comfortable, room was clean. I love having the fridge and microwave too. Will be back next year.

Got exactly what I paid for. Clean enough for a place to lay your head for 6-8 hours a night. Did not expect anything else. Had a fine uneventful 2 day stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The room, office and grounds were well kept. I would stay again.

My wife and I reserved a hot tub suite here a month ahead of time. The lady at the front desk told my wife and I when we arrived the night of the reservation that they had given our suite away and that we would have to settle for a basic room. My wife was beside herself. We asked to see the associate's manager, after which she said she couldn't call him at that hour of the night. She then proceeded to argue with us for about 5 minutes before she would agree to refund us for a room we didn't want. (WTH woman. The only reason we came to your crappy motel to begin with was because we were promised a Suite with a HOT TUB! ) She made the excuse that, "They can't reserve rooms online like that. " Then why in the world do you have the reservation service available on-line, Motel 6? Thank God there was a "La Quinta" close-by that had a hot tub suite still open. We went there and paid about twice the price for a hot tub suite as we would have at Motel 6. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel, motel, or inn. Seriously, what kind of a two-bit place gives away your reserved room? I wouldn't let my dog stay the night in a place like this.

I have stayed here 3 times and have always had good experiences. It is a cheap hotel so your not going to have the 5 star amenities but I highly recomend the suite with the jet tub, it's cheap and spacious. The hotel has always been clean, outdated but clean, and it's a great location. I will be going back in a few weeks.
