This hotel has cleanliness as a real issue. It's age is seen through aged stained furniture, loose trim on the carpet, dirty towels and linen; the staff needs training in hospitality if they are hoping to increase it's rating for the business traveler. If accommodating the industrious guest, they would be ideal for overnight stay. However, my concern would be it's cleanliness.

Had great service checking in, got our room quickly, room was as pictured and perfect for what we needed. Pool was fantastic and upkept! Only negative we had was our king size bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel, and the pull out couch for the kids was pretty broke down and uncomfortable as well. Other than the beds our stay was great, just wish we could of gotten a better night sleep as we both woke up with back aches.

As truck drivers, we look at hotels a bit differently then most normal people. This La Quinta has everything we want. (Cleanliness, no pet fees, easy parking for truck+trailer, friendly & competent staff. ) It's under renovation/construction currently so 1 elevator is down & some noise during day but it doesn't really matter since the rooms are sound insulated pretty well. 24hr steak & shake across street, 24hr Walmart a block away, food delivery options aplenty, right off i465.

The room seemed very large for being a standard room. The parking lot is large, large enough for several tractor trailers to park in. There are several Tesla chargers in the parking lot as well. The hotel is right off the interstate, so it can be noisey. I was there when there was some renovation going on, so the hotel wasn't the cleanest. There was some carpet or tile missing from the end of the hall. The room was clean. The front desk was helpful and friendly.

Great suite with 2 bathrooms and a king size bed. The continental breakfast is very good with many options. The only issue was one of the air conditioners didn't work but they were very apologetic about it and offered to fix In the am. We only were there for one night but will definitely stay there again.

We stay exclusively at LQ hotels when travelling across the country. This one, though not as spectacular as the super new hotels, is very nice! The rooms are very spacious, which was perfect for our two dogs, which by the way, stay for free! Nice parking lot, friendly staff, affordable price, and clean rooms. I will say that it's really noisy. Doors bang all the time, thin walls, and constant traffic.

The hotel is located right off the highway which was easy to spot and get to. The room was clean when we arrived and the staff was friendly and efficient for out stay.

Great place to attend events. I catered several events there. The staff is gracious and very helpful. Banquet rooms are accommodating. Would recommend Laquinta Inn Beech Grove to anyone who is visiting Indianapolis.

Friendly staff quiet Hotel hot showers. Little dirty breakfast was nothing special price was okay. I would stay there again but I would prefer to stay somewhere else if given the option.

They are Remodeling and doing a really good job rooms were clean the beds were knew everything was new in room. I was happy that they've clean the place up nice.

We got the king bed suite with the extra bed and jet bath. It was great. Nice selection of TV channels and a comfortable bed. Jet tub was awesome.

I was very happy with my stay. My room was clean, breakfast was wonderful. Your coffee didn't suck. Very accommodating to my pet also.

Hotel rooms, lobby, bathrooms, hallways all clean, wonderful workout room, huge kitchen-dining room area, check in staff pleasant smiles and very nice. Only down side the construction going on not good only 1 elevator working in entire hotel. During blizzard the parking lots are extremely dangerous. Location of the hotel wonderful spot.

This hotel is exactly as it looks. It is very neat and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you are expecting a glamorous Chicago $300 per night experience don"t stay here and don't leave crappy comments. This place is great!

The hotel was being remodeled so several key features were unusable. This was not made clear to us prior to our stay. The front desk staff was polite, but the breakfast staff was rude, telling me that she "didn't have time to make oatmeal, so you can deal with instant. " The water for said oatmeal was lukewarm, as were the eggs and gravy. The rest of the dining area was unclean as well. Our room was comfortable and seemed clean, for the most part. All in all, we will still stay in LaQuinta properties, but probably not this one.

The wife and I stay here when ever in town. And once again an excellent stay. Clean hallways clean building and very clean room they are remodeling making it look even better.

Not all La Quinta hotels are created equal. This one is excellent. We were on the first floor, and it was clean, quiet, and beautiful. A newer renovation, with clean bathroom, tiled entry way for our shoes and comfortable queen beds. We also enjoyed free breakfast (good variety) and DIRECTV! Thanks for letting us and our pup stay the night!

Hotel and halls needed some TLC but the room was nice enough. Staff were friendly and courteous if a bit too lax in professionalism for my tastes. Bedding was stained but not enough to make me leave and rooms needed a good vacuum but bathroom was clean. Walls were thin and I was right by the elevator so it was loud at times but nothing some background music couldn't handle. All in all an ok hotel for a short trip but not for anyone super picky.

This hotel doesn't look like a whole lot from the outside, or for that matter, anything past the front desk and terms of the hallways, But the rooms have got it where it counts. This hotel looks like they're trying to refurbish everything, but they're doing it step-by-step starting with the rooms. The room itself was roomy, I had a two bed room, with a decent bathroom shower combo, it was freshly painted and freshly appointed with new furniture and linens throughout.

Love this hotel have stayed her 3 separate times but hate either getting woke up/ or being in the shower and having a housekeeper (and the same one every time) bang on the door saying she is the front desk just to ask if I was leaving. She always came from 9:00am-10:00am. We have till noon to check out. I don’t need to be rushed out. When I said something to the front desk when I checked out he had no idea what I was talking about and looked at me like I was stupid. This really needs to be taken care of!

Convenient location by the highway, room was clean and decent, has a gym and pool and decent breakfast. Pet friendly too. Reasonable price. Luggage carts and plenty of parking. Downside is the beds to me are too bouncy/soft/squeaky. I prefer a firmer bed but it was ok.

Really nice, affordable and comfortable accommodations. The front staff is very helpful and courteous. Free hot breakfast is a great perk, plus totally pet friendly! Definitely will stay again if in the area. Two paws up.

OK place. Nice free breakfast, though it starts too late to be really useful when you need to be somewhere early. Bathroom sink was too small for shaving gear, and the soap kept slipping into the sink bowl. Dog-friendly, which is great! Gym was under renovation, so unavailable for this stay. Housekeeper took all the washcloths, but forgot to re-stock; front desk quickly got me missing towels. I'd stay here again, but there's roon for improvement.

Nice suite room but one TV didn't work and maintenance didn't show up to fix it during our 2 days. Loved the option of laundry… but they need repairs as well. Room was great otherwise and breakfast was decent. Laquinta is a great hotel in that they are pet friendly.

Best one in the chain. Good breakfast. Comfy beds. Enjoy staying here.

Beautiful room, great atmosphere, awesome pool. The whole night was a blast!

We was traveling from Savanah Georgia, needed to get a room in Indy got on my husband phone he had a app for hotels booking. Com checked out what was available booked us a room at LA Quinta &suites Indy south after 10 hrs of driving got a nice room.

The hotel was old and run down. Checking in took a very long time and the host would not accommodate our request for a low floor or back room (for easy access to pet area for our dogs). She assured us that our assigned room in the middle of the 6th floor would be "fine". The room was run down and musty. Our room keys took a very long time and a lot of finagling to open the door. We were hassled in the parking lot by individuals who appeared intoxicated. Based on our experience, the price should have been in the $50 range, not over $100.

Always a pleasure staying here at the La Quinta indianapolis South. Beautiful lobby, clean rooms, huge breakfast area downstairs with a great meal each morning. Best hotel staff I've seen in a long time and it's always the best nights sleep on the amazing mattress they have. Love yall.

Fantastic hotel. I've stayed at this location many times over the years. I'm always pleased with the service and quality of the rooms. Highly recommended.

The entire staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to helping my husband and I have a amazing wedding! The hospitality, the love that this location has is so amazing and I am so happy that we chose to that our wedding here… Desire is the party coordinator and she does her job very well and we can never thank her enough for everything she did for us! Thank you all so much and if we ever need another venue we will return or even to use the rooms for a night away! Thank you again you all made it possible!

I had my daughter sweet 16 there very rude employees I called to talk to the Manger and she hangs the phone up on me don't ever go there a wast of your money and time.

Clean, friendly environment. King suite was spacious enough for my family.

Stayed at hotel on Sept 12, 2014. Room was fine and breakfast was good. Problem occurred when we got home. Hotel had charged us $250.00 for smoking in room. We do not smoke. My husband talked to manager said she would investigate and get back with us. No response. My husband has talked to several different people at hotel and they always say they will get back to us and they never do. We are going to dispute charge with credit card company. WE DO NOT SMOKE! Very aggravating that no one calls us back. Also, we are going to call corporate headquarters to see if this can be resolved. Probably won't stay at any LaQuinta Inn again unless this gets resolved. Very poor customer service from management staff at this hotel.

This was a family reunion with at least 50 guest rooms booked. • Beds were made perfectly upon arrival; however, the bedding was soiled with blood (in majority of the rooms) • There were pet (urine) stains throughout the hotel (in the hallways and on some of the mattresses) • Many of the rooms we booked had to be changed to another room at least twice (per family) • The cleaning staff did not fully clean the rooms without being prompted/hounded to do so • In some cases where rooms were cleaned, the room doors were left open (after the cleaning staff was gone) allowing other guests to look into the room • The remodeling contractors hung out in the hallways (sitting on rolled carpet) and watching guests as they walked through the hallways • There were boxes and rolled carpet everywhere and at times partially unrolled carpet blocking access to vending and ice machines in the hallways. • I watched one family allow their dogs to swim in the (outdoor) pool and • The list goes on. Once the issues were reported, the hotel staff, Whitney (Sales Manager) and Theo (CSR) were very good about attempting to correct the problem with whatever resources they had on hand at the time.

Run! Would not recomend this hotel. Furniture so old. Sit on couch and fall thru. Food and garbage under cushions. Beds need mattress turned had to sleep at opposite end of bed so my feet were not above my head. Not worth the money.

Stayed last two nights the staff was wonderful, the room very clean and the bed was like sleeping in a cloud breakfast was ok but overall expectional stay.

Originally we were booked at the LaQuinta on Post Dr. But that room was HORRIBLE, someone's hair in the shower and on the toilet, the AC unit broken and dirty and a bug infestation I did not want to take with me. We called LaQuinta and they booked us here the king suite 1 bedroom has 2 bathrooms and 2 entrances to the room! Overall its average but not a bad room.

Great location for our annual BASCAR weekend. Great facilities and attentive name this a great location. Easy to get to, too. Keep up the good work.
