Lobby and hallways were full of cigarette smoke. Refused to honor my request for a late check-out despite the fact that I am a Wyndham Rewards diamond status member. Will be filing a complaint with the diamond status concierge line first thing in the morning.

This Super 8 was a gem among the Giants. It was nestled in between the more expensive hotels. Not only was the room extremely clean as was the bathroom and shower. The room also had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It was also a larger then usual room for this size of motel. I gave it the four star rather than five star rating because the hallway carpeting could have been cleaner than it was. The desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. I would stay at this motel again.

Good accommodation but could use an upgrade. Handicap accessible, elevator, exercise room, coinop washer and dryer, ice machine, complimentary breakfast 6-9am, Wyndham rewards program, polite employees, baby bed available, near highway. Restaurants and shopping.

We arrived there after 1200 miles trip. We were really tired and exhausted. Staff wasn’t nice. They look at us as we were criminals. The price is unreasonable high. I wouldn’t back there.

Very nice Motel, but a little pricey. The staff is very nice, and I would like to say a special thank you to the manager of the motel, mr. Hoq. There's a problem with my bookings, and my bookers accidentally booked me into 2 motels on the same night. Mr Hoq said, that he would charge me for the one night, being I was still booking to stay there on the original night I had planned. Which by the rules he did not have to do that. Nice continental breakfast setting, and plenty of coffee.

Ashtrays all over in the room asked for non smoking when made reservation. No rooms to switch out with.

Guy at the desk was friendly was nice clean room I seen the bad reviews wasn't sure why it wasn't that bad too for the price.

The room was clean, it's basic. Could use a better breakfest are in the morning. I'd go back.

Not a clean place. Found hair everywhere, found burnt whole in the blankets and holes in the walls.

Everything was as it should be. The to was clean, everything was comfortable, there was breakfast as promised. The breakfast was small and quite early, but otherwise, everything was fine.

Some of the staff are very rude not worth a stay here.

When I was there a couple was arguing 4 rooms down the hall that continued outside. Thank God no one was shot.

Within the first 5 minutes of being in our room we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Informed the person at the front desk, he wasn't even surprised! DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Good service and nice clean rooms everyday.

The room was clean. They shut down thw continental breakfast early.

They tried to come in our room around 9am to clean even though the do not disturb sign was up. And the continental breakfast was closed early.

Very rudely talked too by a female staff member at the front drag who then refused to give us a room proceeded too not give us an explanation and wouldn't tell us her name or the name of her manager. Very dissappointed won't be coming back to this establishment!

The hotel itself was ok. It was clean but very plain and had very few amenities. The person at the desk wasn't necessarily rude but was definitely not friendly. Not a bad stay for the price; just don't expect much.

First, let me say that the employees were nice — but that was all that I can say that was nice about out stay. The place has signs all over saying "No Smoking" but that was a lie. We stayed on the first floor and it seemed like it was basically "the smoking lounge" every time we walked in. It didn't matter if it was the morning or evening — — it smelled like someone had just put out their cigarette. SOOOO GROSS! It was also really loud. The people on either side of us were loud (with a lot of furniture banging against the wall) and above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants! We didn't sleep well, at all. The true test — — I left my million dollar pillow in the room. I called and the manager/owner/worker said he would ship it as soon as he could. It was my fault for leaving it — true! If he returns it, as he said he would — — I will " forgive" all other negatives and give them a glowing review!

Was well maintained. There were 4 of us and ALL of us had a comfortable Great nights sleep!

Very clean property. I would definitely remove the clerk at the front desk very rude.

On airport Rd. Well lit and clean lobby and hallway. Room clean, plenty of towels, heating worked properly.

This is super clean hotel, excellent workers in cleaning, but a tip for the super 8 owner in this location. Please remove the person attending the afternoon is very rude his name its HUQ, could leave 5 stars but only because that person does not give you an excellent rate. Sorry. : (.

Disappointed. On the second floor it was split with smoking and non smoking. People would walk to the elevator with their cigarette and put it out in the ashtray next to the elevator. (The elevator was in the non smoking area) The bed was uncomfortable and sagging, the breakfast was marginal at best. Our heat did not work, WI FI very slow but the room was clean and the front desk was friendly. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay there again.
