Good value, friendly staff, facility could do with slight updating.

Wow these people have my vote. The manager was very nice. I have gone to lots of hotels. Skip Motel 6. Try the country for size.

It was clean but I found the furniture in the hotel rooms were kind of chintzy and in the bathroom they need to get better quality higher their standards of it.

Excellent service, very friendly. Nice clean room and comfortable bed and sheets. Pool is nice clean and clear. Good breakfast.

Clean rooms and nice staff the breakfast is good in the morning. I also have a little Fitness room and a small pool.

Always stay here on our annual travels to Elgin/ Huntley. Good service, good breakfast, fresh cookies. The chlorine in the pool a bit strong and needs more towels, but overall, a good family hotel.

This is by far the best country Inn and suites I've stayed at! Me and my daughter enjoyed the pool and the staff were friendly and helpful! Keep up the great work and have recommended this establishment to friends and family!

It's always a nice stay here. Some of the rooms are even equipped with a whirlpool.

This hotel is very nice! It had more of a home feel than some of the more modern Hilton hotels that I am use to. The breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts that I have had at a hotel, which was awesome! The pool was on the small side, but there was one. There was also a decent hot tub. The free cookies at the counter are nice as well!

Great location to get from the Advocate Sherman Hospital. Price is amazing. Continental breakfast. Staff is very polite.

I felt very comfortable staying at this place. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed extremely comfortable. It was a very pleasant place to stay indeed.

The personal was great and had great knowlge of area. The handicapped room I was looking for was in use so I had Togo somewhere else but I will return to here cause of how great I was treated.

Staff was friendly and got us in and out very quickly! The room was very clean and we slept comfortably. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows because they were too soft, but certainly not something that would make me rate it lower.

Room was great, nice and clean. Breakfast was better than the average continental breakfast. Would have given five stars but the pool burnt our eyes terribly, probably not all their fault though as there was a large volume of kids at the hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights. Decent hotel for price. Not much to complain about except the water not getting hot enough in the shower. Other than that, everything was very accommodating.

We just needed a place to stop for the night. The staff was incredibly kind and very helpful. The price of the room was amazing and the rooms were very clean and cozy. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and served both hot and cold food. A great experience.

Staff was wonderful, nicely remodeled rooms, still just OK for the price.

The staff and services have been remarkable. The only complaints I have are that th curtains don't close, allowing too much light in the room too early. And the tap water is nasty. We made coffee in our room the first day and couldn't drink it.

Best complimentary breakfast I've had at a hotel for at least 10 years. No frills, but great for the price. Our room had a couch in it in addition to the bed which made it feel nice and cozy. The pool and whirlpool were in working order and the exercise room (albeit small) was open.

The one on Randell in Elgin illinois was so nice the workers there were so friendly and the pool was so refreshing a little cold but nice.

We had a wonderful stay. We were attending a funeral and they offered a discounted price. The bed was comfy, the room and bathroom were clean and the staff was friendly.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Breakfast is good and there are chocolate chip cookies at the front desk!

My wife and I could hear what was happening in the next room, we tried to get some rest but the noise was during the night. Next morning I asked for hot salsa for my breakfast, one of the ladies that work at the kitchen told me I can't have the hot sauce because it was made specifically for American people, because they got priority over us… just saying, by the way the lady is mexican.

Dreadful experience receptionists super rude never I go to stay in that place. The worst hotel in USA (. )

Great service decent room.

My room was nice and clean to my eyes, but the halls reeked of smoke.

The beds won't let you get a poor nights rest. I sat on mine and woke up 8 hours later, so refreshed I had to help the servers set up the full 3 course breakfast. Which was amazing, as well. Really warm jacuzzi and comfortable pool topped it off. Wish I stayed longer than one night.

Wedding block was expertly done, great service, warm people, really nice rooms, and awesome event planning staff. Highly recommend for overnight or for special event lodging.

This was the BEST hotel breakfast I've ever had.

Very comfortable stay, was a little noisy but we stayed on a Saturday night, receptionist gave us a complimentary travel bag for the noise, definitely will stay here again.
