Attended a Bridal shower at the Comfort Suites. The room was easy to find close by the entrance and next to the breakfast room. There is also an outdoor patio right next to the party room, making it ideal for those who like to spend some time outside for fresh air. It was generally clean and concierge was friendly.

We had an OK visit, but had our share of issues. When we checked into our room, it didn't have a refrigerator, which required us to move rooms. Also, the electronic "credit card" keys didn't work MOST of the time, on both of the rooms we had. This required us to go back downstairs each time to the office and get new keys. The breakfast was good, but ended at 9:00am, but ended at 9:00am, while other hotels often end at 10:00am. I wouldn't go there again.

Great property. Clean up the patio and make it a little nicer and it would be 5 stars!

The showers ran super hot, then super cold, then back to super hot, then iceberg cold again… and so on and so on. The swimming pool water was very nasty looking, The toilet didn't want to flush in our room, the fire detector kept buzzing all night long, and the room had a nasty musty smell to it. On the bright side, the breakfast was good, check out was at noon, and the service was friendly.

We stay here every time we visit the area. The hotel staff is friendly and always quick to solve issues or answer questions. The rooms are large, nice, and cozy. The kids love the indoor poo/hot tubl. We usually stay in the double queen room which has a sofa sleeper. Bathrooms are also nice and large.

Well we stay in a lot of different places and we were very disappointed in this one. We first arrived and the hot tub was broke down and the pool had a film across it. We got to our room and the TV wasn't working so went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. Most of the employees were very friendly but we were not impressed.

Great place. Rooms were big and comfortable. Breakfast was good and included many options. The pool was very crowded at night but who knows if thats always the case (the hotel was pretty full) some folks were loud in the hallway but thats not the hotels fault. Everything was satisfactory.

Why we should stay at the Comfort Suites was not very good. There was a lot of noise and children running in the hallway. The noise didn't stop there there was also a lot of noise from the guest next door.

We are very pleased with our hotel stay. Highly recommend and will stay again. Stayed 3 nights with 2 little ones. The only staff member I encountered was David at the front desk. He is amazingly nice and takes care of his guests needs from check in to cleaning/housekeeping if needed. Rooms were clean, spacious and had great water pressure. Lots of pillows on each bed. Breakfast had lots of choices. Some were waffles, yogurt, fruit, muffins, bread, pastries, eggs, sausage. The area to dine in was spacious with lots of tables. Didn't use the pool but it appeared clean and those using it seemed like they were enjoying it. Room was directly above the pool and right by an elevator. Noise level was surprisingly low in the room.

If staying in any other room other than 207, i'm sure my stay would've been a whole lot better. However since the hotel was booked I was stuck and in no condition to drive to another hotel. So I stayed in 207. Took me about 4 hours or so to finally fall asleep do to pure exhaustion. Every time I would start to pass out the fans on the ground floor would kick on and i'd be wide awake again and have to start the whole sleep process all over again. Would I stay there again — maybe. But only if I didn't get any of those rooms ever again.

A Great place to stay for a relaxing evening. Everyone was very friendly and helpful while we were at the hotel. Stay here if you are ever in the area. Also a lot of restaurants to go to in the area and nearby. Thank You… Keep up the great job you are all doing at this hotel. Dorothy and Bob Fuelling.

Very nice hotel for your money, great location to the main routes and close to alot of good restaurants. Plenty of gas stations and the hotel obviously offers the free breakfast. I love that they didn't raise the prices of their hotel just because pipeline work was going on nearby. The air conditioning unit was adequate and had the option for a constant on fan, I love that for ambient noise to sleep by. The reason they did not get 5 stars was the air conditioning unit was filthy.

Very nice clean and quiet. Was located very close to all local restaurants. I would visit again.

I like that my room was right off of the pool vending and the front door the night shift front desk girl was kind of lazy didn't greet me but was nice my room was everything I expected except for I would have thought there would be two TVs since I had a couch the TV channel list did not match the TV channels we couldn't get the football game to play which was the first game of the season when I am quired about it at the front desk they said that they were having issues but we were more than welcome to go to a sports bar down the street when I went into the bathroom the shower seem nice but there was standing water on the floor and some cracks and the tile you could tell it needed to be repaired the breakfast was hot and good had more toppings for the waffles and I've seen anywhere else they had a very nice hot tub and indoor pool which was located about 20 feet from my room which was awesome.

Very comfortable and clean. We loved the pillows. We would definitely recommend to a friend.

Bed and room great breakfast wasn't great but would stay at it again.

This is the place to relax with your family on a holiday. Its very comfortable as the name suggests. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Food and services are unmatched.

Staff was nice and the room was what we expected it to be. We were interested in getting a room with access to another room for the inlaws to help with the kids but the staff was very unhelpful and didn't allow it due to the wedding party grouping. During our stay, the hot water went out then came back suddenly while my son was bathing almost burning him, wasn't too happy about that. If there are other hotels in the area, we would try them before coming back.

This is a nice hotel with restaurants within walking distance. The staff is always friendly and nice. There is shopping close by and a mall with a theater so there's plenty to do.

Comfort Suites Elgin is a tiny hideout in the middle of bustle. Close to the 90 highway and Randall corridor, the suite hotel is close to a coffee shop, sushi place, and upscale breakfast eatery. It has a swimming pool, 24 hour fitness center, and serves breakfast as part of our room rate. We paid $50 extra to check in at 7am so we could have an extra half day of shelter while our house was being painted. Normal check-in is the usual 3pm. Excellent service.

Hallways and breakfast area were very warm, and the pool was closed for a little while but other than that the rooms are great and very spacious. Large fridge and counter space. I loved all the outlets too.

The room was large. Not the most up to date hotel. Desk staff was very attentive and helped where needed. The pool area was kind of cold. Overall was a decent place.

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Suites, Elgin. I did not get a chance to check out the pool or fitness center, but still appreciate the options. Complementary hot breakfast & managers reception are also welcome perks. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower in my room was extremely weak.

The rooms were nice but I had to leave before 645 and I wanted to grab a quick bite, the breakfast which was supposed to be open by 630 had still not opened and when I cam back before the manager had said it would close the workers locked up early and would not reopen anything although only 5 minutes of the "closing time"

Nice rooms Okay internet The pool looked dirty and made the whole first floor smell strongly of chlorine.

Checked in and told them it was our anniversary and got a complimentary upgrade for our room. Clean room, nice pool, great breakfast, pumpkin spice waffles omg My only complaint was no amc on the TV I almost missed walking dead. Thank goodness for slingtv.
