The hotel was pretty nice but they were in the middle of renovating so some things were a bit out of place. Most of the staff was nice and very helpful a few had a slight attitude. I think once the renovating is complete the experience would be even better. Will probably return.

This Hampton Inn is very clean, quiet, and a great option if you're in the Chicago metro area. Right now (July 2018) they are in the middle of a renovation including new rooms, exterior paint, fixtures, nearly everything. The work isn't disruptive to guests, and staff seems to be extra accommodating as a thank you. Wi-Fi is reliable, but a little on the slow side during peak usage times. The pool area is clean, well maintained, and relaxing. The exercise room is clean and well equipped as well. Breakfast has a great variety and very well stocked each morning. The rooms are clean, quiet, and roomy enough for a longer stay. Housekeeping has been superb! I would absolutely stay here again!

Units are under construction to make accommodations better. Still a great stay. Very clean. Everyone is very friendly.

Great hotel to stay in when visiting my daughter. We had a great time & experience with the Hampton Inn.

I called to book a room today for a wedding I will be attending. A block of rooms had been reserved for the occasion. When I called the lady I talked to was okay. She asked me if I wanted to sign up for a rewards program, I said no. At the end of the booking she put me on hold and transferred me to some high pressure sales person who was extremely rude to me and was not taking no for an answer. The more I held my ground the ruder she got! I eventually hung up without ever finding out if my room had been booked. I will never stay at a Hampton again! I can't say how nice the place is because I haven't stayed there yet, but the treatment I received on the phone is enough for me to make up my mind.

Rough experience. Systems were down service was rude. Told us to find another hotel at 12:30 at night when we had a reservations. Finally got worked out after a little persistence. Room was under construction.

An older Hampton Inn with some renovations going on but I didn't have a room that had been done. Actually this room was very similar to a Red Roof Inn that I stayed at… open closet and no iron and ironing board. An older carpet with linear counter, dresser and desk. Staff is very good however! Always offering additional service.

Checked in straight from the Hampton in Moline, IL and I was very pleased with the reservation process (late in evening), the price (excellent king suite rate), and the friendliness and attentiveness of staff, and cleanliness of my room!

This Hampton is clean and they are remodeling rooms on the first floor. I was impressed when I arrived and the staff was very courteous.

The hotel accommodations were great! When we needed the bed changed the next day for to an accident. It was done quickly.

Good rate for a room in the area. Room was clean and staff very nice. Property hasn’t be updated as most Hampton’s have.

Great staff, breakfast, and clean rooms. All of these things are needed in a good hotel. The only downside 8s that they do not have a restaurant; however, there is one just a few blocks — Bennigans. Worthy of the price and visit.

Clean room, decent bed, better breakfast than expected. Good value. Obviously it isn't a pricey upscale hotel. If you just need a place to sleep for the night and a hot shower, look no further.

We had a great two night stay. The free breakfast was a good perk in the mornings, definitely a large variety of food & waffle station toppings! Room was small and the carpet seemed wet but we were there to sleep. Beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful. Will be returning on our next trip!

Stopped here for a quick night's sleep on a road trip. Easy to get to from the highway. It was dark when we got there, and I would have appreciated their parking lot being a bit more well lit. Room was just fine, breakfast was good. They even have to go baggie breakfasts for people in a hurry, love that! Overall a good budget hotel.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff were very nice. The mini fridge in the room was convenient. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Fresh coffee in the lobby was also very nice. Items in vending machine are at a fair price which is nice if you want a snack.

It's a hotel in desperate need of renovation. Carpets are stained and bathroom floors sticky. The mattresses are way past their life cycle. The employees are very nice and pleasant though. They are the best part about this particular hotel. Convenient location just off I-90 in Elgin, I'll.

The staff was very helpful when I needed something. The bed was super comfortable. Great price.

Stayed from a Friday to Saturday, the concierge was incredibly friendly despite itbeing 9pm. Awesome price, room was great, bed comfortable and pillows the same. 10/10 would stay again.

Room smelled bad, took two hours to get cool to a reasonable temperature, carpet dirty and needed replaced, bed was clean though.

The front desk staff is so nice and amazing and the rooms are clean love it.

Really disappointed in this Hampton Inn. It's outdated, musty, elevators smell like smoke, toilet will flush randomly. If I wanted to stay at a super 8 level hotel I would have booked one. After moving rooms twice I left and headed to the Holiday Inn.

Good room but carpet felt unclean. Bathroom was clean with all necessary items. Bed was made well. Had a good sleep but room felt a little hot.

Jocelyn, the manager, provided outstanding service, as did the desk staff. I needed to make a sudden change in my business travel plans, which was accommodated cheerfully and without incurring extra fees. There was never a question about whose needs were the priority — as the customer, I felt completely looked after. Recommend this hotel for value and service.

I have NEVER been so disappointed in a Hampton Inn in my life. The front desk clerk who checked me in told me I couldn't alter my reservation and shorten it because I was using Hilton Honors points as partial payment — I still find that hard to believe. The room smelled, the chair and footrest looked like it had been used by working coal miners and then sold at a second hand shop — it was BLACK with dirt. The carpet was filthy, I was never so glad that I had packed slippers, it would have been gross to walk on that carpet. There were four lampshades in the room and each one was cracked/broken and dirty. The refrigerator was so unstable where it was sitting that you needed to hold it in place with one hand and then open it with the other or it would fall and tip on top of you. I needed a luggage cart — there were two — one the wheels were locked on and it couldn't be moved and I was told "try that other one it usually works better" well the wheels did turn but I felt as thought every bolt int he entire cart was loose, whenever you turned the entire cart leaned — it jut needed some maintenance. The heating/cooling unit int he room did not work properly. When I returned to my room at 6:00 on Saturday night I was disappointed to find that the cleaning staff must have been a huge hurry by the time they got to my room on the second floor that had been empty since 7:30 a. M.
