Beautiful hotel. Room was well appointed. Ample out let’s to charge electronics. Bed comfy. Bathroom well appointed as well. Very comfortable evening. Stayed on the 29th floor. Loved the floor to ceiling windows! Porter extremely friendly when we asked him to hold our luggage while we explored downtown. Will definitely stay there again!

Had an excellent stay with great environment. Flin at front desk needs not to be in customer service, likely behind the scenes to have optimal service satisfaction and service recovery.

This hotel was clean, very modern and boasts some amazing views of Chicago. The employees were very friendly and enthusiastic. Centrally located near all the great shops and restauraunts. The worst part was finding our way to the parking, once you arrive; you will forget about the hour and a half you spent lost in Chicago. Come prepared; the drinks in the bar are very pricey, however will not disappoint. Thank you to the staff for a great weekend.

I booked a hotel for a exhibit that was canceled. I called to ask if I can get a refund on a nonrefundable room, because the exhibit was canceled. (If they were not going to refund I would have stayed there. ) I was told “ not a problem we will take care of it”. I also got an email stating that it was nonrefundable if canceled less than 1 day.
I called back 1 1/2 week later and they lost my information and a case would have to be opened… The next day I was told “ it was non refundable” I continue to explain that the exhibit at their hotel was canceled and that the employee also said it would be refunded and my email says it will be refunded however Patty says”I do apologize in advance for being the bearer of bad news. Unfortunately, we are not able to grant your request at this time.

Fitness center is big & quiet. Love working out in there. I stayed on 38F. Great view. Room is standard size. Not that big even in a room with 2 beds. The hotel is clean, posh & inviting. I would recommend it to my friends & family.

I love the Marriott Magnificent Mile, they are very accommodating. The lobby is spectacular, the food is good. I love the 24 hour pantry. The exercise room is fabulous. Parking garage is right across the street so you don't have to walk far with your luggage. Within walking distance to everything.

They have cockroaches and horrible customer service. … We booked a room with a wedding party and as soon as we open the door. The cockroaches started scattering. They were also in the bathroom. When we opened the toilet seat one of them fell in the toilet. Our wedding party that we were with also seen the cockroaches and one of them even ran down to the office to grab someone to show them the cockroaches. There was only one left by the time they got there. So they gave us another room and gave some of the other people another room too. We didnt sleep at all really the rest of the night. Plus we took all are clothes and put them in garbage bags and put everything in the car overnight. We went to the front deck in the morning to talk to management. And everthing went very well. They apologize and we excepted. Even know they didnt give us a discount or our money back for the room. They did tell us they would give us points to stay at another Marriott in which it still was not enough points for a free night. Just a small discount. Which we excepted. So we tried to book somewhere else with the points. So we called to book the room and use our points. Then we get told that they cant even find our points or even us in the system. So to make a long story short. We spent about 45 minutes on the phone explaining the same situation over and over again to other people in management at the Marriott. Tell we just decided to give up.

Terrible customer service!
Great companies know when things happen you work to put the customer at ease. I booked 3 months ago. I arrive to check in and was told because systems were down I cannot get a room for 4-5 hours. No comp for the room, no comp of valet, no comp tickets to the bar or other hotel amenities. The rep basically told me its not my problem you will just have to wait. Very terrible service after driving hours, miss hotel reservations and not guaranteed a room for the night is despicable. In 21st century you don’t have a way to provide better service!

This hotel and staff were amazing. The person at the desk was named Guy and when we told him it was out honeymoon he truly gave us an amazing deal and really went out of our way to make sure we were satisfied and happy. We ended up with a room very close to the top and it had an amazing view of the city. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and all the staff we talked to were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip.

Location location location. Seriously the hotel has been renovated. Rooms are great and so much around here. Service was fantastic. Tips ask for a high floor room. The views are amazing.

Stayed at this hotel late August 2018. Location is great! The lobby is so loud and echos. It’s definitely a tourist hotel. The remodel they did of the rooms is nice. If you stay on the city side it’s quiet but on the lake side there’s a bit of street noise from Michigan Avenue. The gym and pool is great! It’s like a club gym with a cycle studio with class videos running the whole time. If we are in Chicago to do Michigan Ave it’s a great place.

We were on the 17th floor and still had decent views (guestrooms are on 11 and up. ) There's a full-service Starbucks in the lobby, although it's quite pricey and there's more locations nearby that are less expensive. There used to be a pool, but there isn't one anymore, as the space was given up to a second fitness center. The elevators are very fast, but there's a lot of shaft noise so make sure to get a room on the other end of the hallway. Rooms have mini-fridges but no microwaves, so you'll have to go to the lobby to heat up food. One has to pay extra to use the printers or computers in the business center, so bear that in mind. The entire hotel was very clean, though, and staff were amazing — what you'd expect from a Marriott. Lastly, the location is hard to beat.

I really enjoyed this hotel and will definitely consider staying here again. Some things I like include great location, updated rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, a 24 hour snack area, I found the rooms to be quiet, a lobby bar that was open till 1 am. I did not get to see the gym but it has one. I can definitely see myself going back here in the future.

This is a solid hotel. Well run. It isn't the Ritz, but a very solid destination. It has several restaurants and a place for quick bites on the go. The rooms are not large, but they are updated and quite nice. The views are pretty good from both sides of the hotel. It is also a conference center, with facilities for medium to medium plus size conferences. They do have room service. Although it is a bit quirky. They did arrive on time, but not always with the right order. Overall for the price and location, it is a good choice.

We always enjoy the Marriott on Michigan Avenue for it's convenience to shopping and getting around the Magnificent Mile for our purpose. I love the view from the higher floors, which they accommodated, but we excepted the room that was available behind the elevator, but it was a bit too noisy. (We didn't have to agree to it but it was our need to check-in early). We wished for a microwave. Overall, the guest hosts were very helpful and friendly. We will return as usual because we are reward members.

This hotel sucks avoid staying here at all costs. The A/C barely works, the front desk staff were totally unhelpful and couldn't get me a normal room so instead I'm in a handicap accessible room and it is at the end of a winding hallway across from a stairwell, which has a door that doesn't close. The room isn't totally furnish, the bathroom door doesn't open all the way and there is no tub. The beds are very soft and old.

Great hotel, excellent location. I just stayed six nights at the Chicago Downtown Marriott (on the Mag Mile), and I was very impressed. My room was very clean and in good condition. The hotel itself was clean and up to date in terms of amenities. But my absolute favorite feature is the Fitness Center — FANTASTIC! I should also note that the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again, next time I come to Chicago.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Not noisy at all since we were on the 25th floor. Within walking distance of a ton of restaurants and the subway loop that can take you anywhere around the city.

It is my favorite hotel in Chicago is on the magnificent mile, recently remodeled is the lobby more lively of the Michigan av.

It's good, totally acceptable. But teeny! Thin walled and the doors slam, and a draft comes in the windows. Little tiny things like that make it a hotel that's impossible to give five stars to, but the people are great and it's clean and totally OK. Oh, the other reason I only gave four stars is because it's an average hotel, but then they charge you luxury process like $5 for a ginger ale or $6 for a Voss water.

Great location. Awesome customer service! I requested an early check in for 11:30 am. We arrived earlier than expected and Gloria got us checked into a room at 9:20am. Rooms are very nice and up to date.

Great location. Love the large fitness center. The room is nice, but the large windows are not well insulated. I can feel the cold air even with my heat cranked to 75F.

Nicely located in the heart of the city. The hotel looked modern with rooms that seemed recently renovated. Great concierge lounge for rewards members. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the winter months as the rooms were very warm and would never cool down too my comfort level for sleeping.

Pretty good value during the week! Highlights include nice rooms, quality TVs, ample seating in the room and the lobby, the lobby cafe has a Starbucks and wide food selection, a good concierge lounge (addictive cookies) and a great location with great views for high floor rooms. Lowlights are single lane drop off/pick up is easily congested and elevators that close too quickly.

We stayed on the 21st floor, great view of the west side of the city. Lobby bar was nice with good food and alcohol services. Would stay again.

This hotel's location is enough to make one want to book it. Staying in a recently renovated room with a lovely view was a bonus. Front desk, club lounge, and housekeeping staff alike were all very sweet and helpful, completely making our stay so enjoyable. The lobby bar is well configured and a great meeting spot. The marketplace offers a decent variety of hot & cold snacks. The gym was clean with a variety of equipment and sufficient number of machines. There was even a virtual exercise class room.

The hotel was very clean and room was spacious. I stayed in this hotel for almost 3 nights last year. The location of this hotel is great, it is very close to the city attractions. Staff were super friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to any one who is planning to stay in this area.

Very nicely designed. No free Wi-Fi in the room is very inconvenient. Beds are comfortable. Wish there were double pane windows as there is a lot of street noise. Edit: Given 1 star for very poor customer service. Have been trying to contact them directly for a refund on an unauthorized charge on my credit card for a month and counting. Even have a manager email saying I'd get a refund without actually getting money back. Seems like they have no incentive to help now that they got the money.

Online states that the rooms have bath tubs. When we got into the room it had been renovated which looks nice but with no bath tub. After a long day of walking in Chicago all I wanted to do was relax in a tub. When I complained all they did was give me 3, 000 reward points… Checked out today after staying for three nights and looked at the bill. Was charged valet parking and three days worth of self park. Never did we valet, and we paid for the self park once we left the parking garage. The total cost for that was $205 and they said they will get back to me tomorrow. Overall my experience at this Marriott was a let down.

Great experience! Wonderful staff took the time to get us into a great upgraded room, overlooking Magnificent Mile on the 33rd floor. Extremely clean room, everything was brand new. The lobby is really nice, ample space to relax and located next to Rush Street Pantry which has all kinds of snacks/drinks (Starbucks) 24 hrs a day (even Christmas). Location is perfect, I don't think there is a better place to stay location wise, the lobby entrance is on Mag Mile. I would stay here again!

The service is what has made this hotel great. All the employees that I’ve come across have been super friendly and helpful. One downside to the stay here was the surprise cost of parking. I wish I knew ahead of time with the booking site (cost about $70 for Valet and about $50 to park it yourself across the street). I got a room with two double beds and a street view, which was nice but overall still a bit cramped considering the price payed. Otherwise, everything else was okay. Nothing spectacular, but it was clean and comfortable which is ultimately all that I’m looking for in a hotel room. *** location is pretty darn good too! Walking distance to great shopping stores and good restaurants.

I attended a conference here. The rooms were clean. The staff was quiet but friendly. The food was good. Water, tea, and coffee were always available. It was overall a pleasant experience.

This place is honestly great. We came in for a Cubs game and to see Chicago and this hotel was a great place to relax. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and other points of interest. The Starbucks and club lounge added to the straight up luxury. I’d come back.

Well located on the Magnificent Mile, centrally situated between Millenium Park and Hankock Tower. Good attention.
When we arrived our room had the toilet bowl with dry fecal matter stuck and splashed all over the seat of the cup and the glasses had lipstick on it. When you reported it they did the cleaning, but if so they deliver a room… The safe was blocked… They don't take care of the details to receive the incoming guest. No one helps you with your bags when you arrive, the soap and shampoo come to ordinary soap. The page says it has pool and billiards and it has none of that. Pay TV offers few channels and the space of the clichés is small. There are better hotels on this same street for my liking.

The hotel is located downtown and the service is amazing. If you arrive early, you can check your bags complimentary until your room is ready. Staff is friendly and offer exceptional service. The rooms are also nice and clean with modern amenities. There are nice views of the city from the room.

Comfortable rooms, clean and well insulated acoustically, friendly staff apart from the management who has a opinionated and unfriendly attitude. For the rest in the norm although the value for money is not very favorable.

This is a great hotel. It had one of the largest gyms I have seen in a hotel in awhile. Come on, they have battle ropes, in a hotel gym. The service is good and find are pretty big. Everything is clean and well maintained. You can't ask for more in a hotel, and if you did I'm sure they would oblige you.

The view of the city and the lake was amazing. Everything from the bed to the shower seemed luxurious, and it was the perfect location relative to everything we did that night. All for a reasonable price (as far as downtown Chicago hotels go! )

Comfortable bed with clean sheets and great pillows. Bathroom has plenty of hot water but the shower was either off or full bore. Room service good was really bland but there are great eating options sound the corner from the hotel.

The staff was amazing — James and Earl at the Concierge desk and Miguel at the Bellhop were all amazing. The room was beautiful and the hotel was located in a great area downtown on the Magnificent Mile. The maids were also very friendly and hospitable. We will be staying here again!

Rooms are nicely redecorated, but it's an old building and windows are not well sealed. So even on a high floor street noise is very evident (and there's a lot of it). Also, elevator noise could be clearly heard, even though I was three rooms away. Also, AC unit was noisy and rattled. Not a place for a light sleeper. First room I was given had no hot water. It seems incredible that the hotel would not be aware of this, did they think guests wouldn't notice? I called down and they said they would send maintenance up. Didn't happen for a while and I had a meeting, so had to take a cold shower. Then the maintenance guy showed up, confirmed the problem and left. Later when I came back, nothing had been done, so I called back down and finally was given another room. Staff were trying their best, I think. Every member of staff that I dealt with was friendly and helpful (except for that maintenance guy).

Considering almost $400 was dropped for a one night stay, you would think customer service would be top notch. Wrong! We were rushed through check in and check out and nothing regarding how billing would be handled was discussed. 1) if you tack on an extra $80 charge "in case there were damages or room service" you should probably let the customer know that. I was given no explanation of charges and the receipt did not indicate the $80 would be charged I noticed it when I checked my bank account! It was returned to my account a few days later, but sorry you have no right to hold someone's money like that without their permission or at least letting them know! 2) I was staying at the hotel for a wedding and my uncle paid for my room. He booked the room online and submitted his credit card info at the time of booking. Neither of us were informed that the card given upon reserving the room would not be the card billed for the room. For that to happen he would have had to fill out some ridiculous authorization form and fax it to them. So, instead they charged my card I had given at the time of check in. I assumed they took my card info in case there were any charges to the room. I was never told my card would be charged for the room and I never authorized the charge. I didn't sign a receipt or anything. And it was almost $400! Not sure how they have the right to do that, yet require an authorization form if the person submits their card online?

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and was even better than I remembered. The rooms have been beautifully updated, and are very nice. The concierge lounge and meals are also excellent. I do have status with Marriott, so this might not be the experience for everyone.

It is a downtown Hotel, surrounded by all kinds of restaurants and shops of famous brands.

$15 for one night of Wi-Fi! The Chicago Marriott has an amazing view to the wonderful world of the Magnificent Mile. Beautiful new updates to rooms, and lounge. Along with a mini-Starbucks. However, there is no longer a pool and the luxurious "state of the art" fitness center replaces the pool. No doubt, it is a extraordinary fitness room, but a pool would be nice. One inconvenience we did have was with our luggage. It took a good hour for the bellman to bring it up. It wasn't too busy. Some of the workers are very kind, but you can get stuck with one that is short-tempered. Elevators may be hard to find, since there are different sections.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around… Excellent remodeling. It has been a while since we have stayed at this property. Very excited to see all the new changes. Stayed in a King suite with excellent views. Very cool little kitchen nook and front room. All the other Marriott standards! Easy check-in, self park, great lobby bar, and coffee shop! Everything is in close walking distance.

I'm staying at the Marriott for a work conference and I have had the BEST experience! Every employee has gone above and beyond to be as kind as possible through tour day. We let them know it was my birthday and they upgraded our room and gave us free drink vouchers! It was very unexpected and very appreciated! I'm hoping to plan a vacation in Chicago and I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again!

The location is great. The rooms are slightly outdated and can use a refresh. But the beds are very comfortable.

Our room was clean, but most of the TV channels didn't work. Prices at the snack bar and gift shop were pretty outrageous, but that was expected. I really liked the view from the room. Maids came by very early. Overall, I would rate this hotel as very average. I would consider another stay based on the location alone, though.

I used to come to this same Marriott hotel when my sister had dance competitions maybe a few times a year great rooms, great staff, very clean and just a wonderful place to enjoy some sleep.

Just stayed for the night. Would come back. Quick and easy check in, early as well. Our TV wasnt working right and they came up and fixed it right away! Clean and really compfy beds. Friendly staff! Overall everything was really good and we had a great stay, will return!

Great location, comfortable bedding, nice views, but inexplicably cheap on the amenities. It's those small things that can make a difference in having a nice stay, or a wonderful one. The coffee service had the makings for one decaf coffee and one regular; we both wanted regular. Worse, they didn't offer real cream, so easily available now, with the ultra homogenized packaged creams such as Mini Moo — and that I have seen in other Marriott hotels. They left us a complimentary bottle of water, along with the usual overpriced option of a fancy water for $6. But again, we both would have enjoyed a bottle of water. Why not two? I thought for sure it was simply a mistake that would be corrected when the housekeeper refreshed our room. She could see we pulled out the coffee service, and must have wondered why we didn't use it? We used two towels (the only two available), and obviously two slept in the bed; surely, she would have left a water for each of us… but no. Small things, yes, but each causing us to have to leave our room, when we would have preferred to stay in. The room was very small, but we really didn't need any more space. We were surprised how much we could hear the other guests, from the noisy family yelling in the hall, to hearing someone (above us? ) peeing at 5 am. The rooms aren't very soundproof. Otherwise, the room was pleasant. Walking in, the view jumped out to greet us; the wall of window featured expansive views of the city.

I was at a technical training at the Marriott and appreciated it's atmosphere, decor, and facilities. Super slow Wifi. They need to invest in updating and upgrading that service. We were also right next door to another conference who was rather loud through the thin walls. But besides that, the food and service was great.

Great location, however for the price there are several hotels on Michigan Ave that are far superior. Found the staff to be unhelpful and at times completely unprofessional, would not recommend which is a shame because all my previous experience staying with Marriott have been great.

The view was beautiful, and our room was comfortable. However, bringing two young kids to Chicago for the weekend, their pool was what really made is choose this hotel. Unfortunately the pool closed the week we were to visit. We weren't notified (although I understand), and the staff seemed so irritated we were disappointed. Never apologizing, which made the situation worse. When we were getting ready to leave, we checked under the bed to make sure none of our stuff got pushed under the bed and found *items* under the bed that didn't belong to us. Overall, we probably won't be staying again.

Most lovely and couteous service from staff. Comfortable Room. Many small shops and restaurants, but accent to Michigan Avenue at front enterance. My husband and I had a very pleasant visit. Highly reccomended. . Mr. And Mrs. D. W. Schubert.

This hotel was only okay for me and I won't stay there again. A mini fridge would be nice. My main complaint was how loud it was. The lobby was so loud that I could barely hear the woman checking me in. Every time I asked her to repeat herself she was visibly annoyed. The hotel guests were loud and obnoxious partying in the hallways at night. I paid extra for a hotel that had a pool, and it was closed without explanation on Saturday night. Overall, not what I had intended for my stay. The pro is the location.

My Husband and I had a wonderful time! It was our 1 year Anniversary, the hospitality was impeccable! Our room was on the top floor with the most amazing view of the Magnificent Mile! We had a weekend we will never forget, and their food was amazing as well! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you the wonderful stay! Until next year, Brian and Andrea Shields.

We came in late on Thursday night then hotel was in a great location! Once we got there they said they only had one room available and we booked plenty of time in advance. We ask to be up high and we were on the lowest level. We get to our room and it was so dirty I wrote clean me on it. The rooms are very small as well. The toilet didn't flush correctly. We had to hold down the flusher the whole time to get it to flush! The maid that came and cleaned out room, just threw the sheet over the bed and left. You couldn't even tell if she came or not. I called and told the front desk and she said I am sorry, is there anything else I can help you out with! WOW Talk about customer service! You pay for a decent hotel but what you get it a broken down small room without a refrigerator or any space and very poor customer service. The pool was cold and they had repairs all over the room that just looked like they used duct tape then painted over it. Same with our room. They did a repair in the ceiling of popcorn but did a different texture where the repair was. That didn't effect my stay but thought it was really strange! We wanted to rent a car and thought the front desk could tell us what was near. The lady helping us was on drugs. She was bouncing around, couldn't stay focused. She told us to hang on one sec and was go 15 mins and then told us she forgot about us. That is the last time we ask for help or stay at this hotel.

So I had a kind of disturbing experience at this hotel. Recently I was there attending an academic conference hosted at the hotel. At the end of the conference I was waiting around for my wife to pick me up. It was raining heavily outside and I was walking back and forth not certain when my wife would pick me up as well as not sure which direction she was coming from (and getting a few extra steps on my fitbit while I was at it) when one of the bellhops (red shirt, ear piece etc. ) started following me. This older and short guy kind of just started following me, keeping just a few feet away. He made me extremely uncomfortable. Fortunately my wife pulled up just as I was preparing to confront him. Yet my skin continued to crawl a bit and so I called the manager of the hotel to report the incident and she kind of brushed me off at first implying that the guy did not work for the hotel then dismissing my concerns. But it was obvious with his interactions with the other employees and his shared uniform that he did work for the hotel. I write this complaint as a bit of a flag for weird behavior going on at the Merriot and as a mention of the kind of treatment you are likely to expect from management when issues arise. I would hate for this employee to be penalized since I am sure his actions must have been supervised by some manager. Furthermore, by the general blanket denial of the management, I am pretty sure that this is not such a surprising situation. So, who knows…shrug.

Extremely nice staff, great views, clean rooms, and convenient location.

This is an amazing location by amenities and staff. This Marriott is smack dab in the heart of all the top tourist spots. Lobby, staff, and rooms were simply awesome. Even checking in on Dec 31st, I was treated like a valued Gold member. Top shelf in all areas.

Our experience staying at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile was second to none! We had 4 people in Chicago for a quick girls getaway. The original plan was to stay just one night and we already had booked another hotel. We stayed at the other hotel and our stay was "fine". One of the ladies in our group had a change in her schedule which allowed us to stay in Chicago another night/day. It was Valentines day so as you can imagine most hotels were booked, and the ones that weren't were quite costly. I was able to get a room at this Marriott for $20 cheaper than the going rate due to being a Marriott rewards member. We went to the hotel a little after 12pm to see if there was a chance that our room would be ready early (check-in is 3:00pm). This is when we met Ziola! She was AMAZING! There wasn't a double room ready yet but she did offer us a "conversion" room. It was the living room portion of a suite with a pull out and she let us knew we could also have a rollaway. Seeing as we would probably just be using the room to sleep we decided to go for it. Ziola was able to get us a great rate for taking the room which put HUGE smiles on our faces and more money in our pocket for some downtown shopping. We went up to our room, and it was gorgeous! Floor to ceiling window with a view of the city (Magnificent Mile)! There was plenty of space and the bathroom was larger than the entire room at the hotel we had stayed at the night before.

Stayed 12/27 — 12/29. My stay was awesome. I was concerned about staying in downtown Chicago during the winter season, but the staff and the hotel ambiance made the stay a pleasant and warm one. Upon check-in the young lady (Shanoughta) realized it was my birthday and sent up a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit basket. She wanted to make sure we had some place lined up for dinner and was open to help secure a restaurant based on my palates desire for the night. Our room, not biggest, but offered one of the best views I've experienced from a hotel room. I will look to book a visit during the summer months to take advantage of the outdoor amenities the Mag mile and Lakeshore Dr. Has to offer.

Good location. Close to everywhere. Nice lobby. But the room air condition could use some tweaking. Room is too cold for me and the thermostat won't let me warm the room. Also exhaust in the restroom constantly running all the time whatsup with that.

Enjoyed our one night stay and quasi view of Michigan Ave. Nice updated rooms on par with all Marriott hotels. It was 30-50 degrees outside, our heat was set at 65 and our room had to get up to at least 75 during the night which was kind of miserable, maybe a fluke. Only one really unfluffy pillow per person was really odd, I've never seen less that two pillows! Overall its a great location, clean and a great option. If you stay definitely make a reservation across the street at the new restaurant in the Tribune Tower, Howells and Hood, it does not disappoint.

I recently stayed at this Marriott for one evening on a family trip to Chicago. It was very busy, and I expect that the hotel was near capacity. During check-in, the staff was among the friendliest I've ever experienced. The desk staff noticed I had a 4-year-old in tow, addressed her directly and kindly, disappeared for a minute, and returned with a stuffed bear as well as bag full of kid activities (coloring book, colors, stickers). That put a huge grin on her face (after several hours of travelling), and she would take the bear with her everywhere for the next several days. Service was consistently excellent. The location is great, within walking distance of most Downtown Chicago attractions, several of which we visited. Good price for the location as well. The room was of average size, and was a little dated. Popcorn plaster ceiling? Woah. It was clean and comfortable. Overall, the service really made the experience for us. The price and location was also great. I would recommend the Marriott Magnificent Mile to friends and family.

I was staying in this hotel from 20 to 27 of April/2013 and to check-in to leave a cash deposit (U$ D) and nevertheless let the night of the 26 who would do my check-out at 3:30 am and assure me that box service had 24 hours, when I present at 3:30 am informed me that your computer was dropped and therefore not returned me the deposit (without having eaten anything). I showed the document showing the deposit without result. Before my claim and registration in the book of claims the Manager on duty is presented and to see that it was about to lose my shuttle to the airport and my flight back ordered back me the deposit. I'm waiting for an explanation of the management of this Hotel.
