I have stayed here three times and enjoyed each visit. Great location, very clean and well maintained hotel and guest rooms. Rooms are very quiet. The staff is lovely. I am a Hyatt Frequent Customer.

The room was very nice, clean & spacious, the lobby was very clean, set up nicely & warm during an extremely cold weekend, very accommodating even brought us up a microwave upon request.

I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. Satara checked me in and was so warm and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed.

Clean and comfortable location. The bed and duvets are such a comfort, I elected to spend more time in bed than going out early morning in the cold.

I am not exaggerating when I say this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I will be planning future trips AROUND cities that have staypineapple hotels.

We had such a wonderful stay this past weekend celebrating our daughter’s birthday! The room was absolutely beautiful — clean, comfortable, and felt really special for the occasion.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Waldorf Chicago. I frequent Chicago for work but usually stay in the loop closer to my office.

I can’t say enough about this hotel! The location is fabulous — right in the heart of Michigan Ave. The staff was absolutely amazing!

You must have a key to enter the elevators, so you cannot have food delivered to your room either.

Would highly recommend Hotel Riu Chicago! The location is unbeatable—right off the Magnificent Mile and close to everything.

I stayed at the hotel for Christmas week with my family. The hotel is in a very good location, it is spacious and modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. But the best of all was the staff service.

The rooms are pretty close to 4 stars but do feel a little tight around the beds. A sacrifice for having a couch. We chose to get a room with a city view.

I had an absolutely exceptional experience booking our stay with the Four Seasons Chicago.

I have been a loyal guest of the Ritz-Carlton Chicago for a few years now. The location is great, the bar and lobby are always beautiful, and usually the rooms/suites and service are on point.

Staff. Especially Julian at the front desk was superb! If you are looking for a nice and comfy hotel near the Bean, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
