Wonderful luxury hotel in the heart of Chicago. Close to the riverfront and many famous deep dish restaurants!

Our stay at Park Hyatt Chicago was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations.

Very convenient and luxury hotel in the heart of Chicago! Very friendly staff! It’s recommended!

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere, stellar service!

Happy hour is a nice plus. Used the fitness center, standard. Room view was a building next door so kept the blinds down the whole trip. Location is excellent for walking the city.

We stayed at the Kinzie Hotel on May 24th for a graduation trip, and it was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious and really comfortable, and the hotel itself was spotless.

I can’t say enough about this hotel! The location is fabulous — right in the heart of Michigan Ave. The staff was absolutely amazing!

Pros:
Great location, clean, friendly staff, 676 restaurant is delicious…
Cons:
No room service.
You must have a key to enter the elevators, so you cannot have food delivered to your room either.

This was the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. At the check in desk, a nice employee upgraded us (we had a room for two people and we were four people) to a suite.

Absolutely incredible hotel and service! Everyone is so friendly, happy, and polite. The rooms are luxurious and elegant, the spa amenities are superb, and the restaurant has incredible menus.

This hotel makes you feel like family.

Front desk agent started the trip off the right way. She moved things around to get me into a room after my long flight even though I arrived early. She was kind, considerate and knowledgeable.

I had an absolutely exceptional experience booking our stay with the Four Seasons Chicago.

I have been a loyal guest of the Ritz-Carlton Chicago for a few years now. The location is great, the bar and lobby are always beautiful, and usually the rooms/suites and service are on point.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, which had a truly unique atmosphere.

The location is fine, but River North isn't exactly a 'Let's do Chicago stuff! ' area, to me. I guess people like the Mag Mile that much. The decor, atmosphere and service was really good.

Stayed here soon after Christmas. It was decorated beautifully. Check in was easy and the room was great. Had a river view. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

From check in, to room service we have really enjoyed our stay here at the LondonHouse. Check in was quick and easy, we were greeted by Valet service who were really nice and helpful.

Was here for 11 days, the room was spacious and clean, and I had a really neat view of the river & river taxi.

Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel is an outstanding hotel in the heart of downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering spectacular views of the river and city skyline.

Thanks to Melissa Marion and whole the team for another absolutely brilliant stay.
Your hospitality and warmness could not be overpowered!

My wife and I had a 2 night at this hotel and were so happy we selected this one for our time in downtown Chicago.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wit! First time booking this hotel — accommodating staff, upscale modern vibe. We booked a deluxe king corner room and the view was beautiful!

The St Regis Chicago has risen to the top of my favorite hotel in America list. I recently had my second overwhelmingly positive experience at this property.

We had a great stay at the St. Regis Chicago. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. But as always, it’s the people who make a stay memorable.

I’ve visited this property several times over the years and have always had excellent experiences, which is why I want to highlight how impressed I was with the way management handled a recent,

I was gifted a spa day by a friend for my birthday and J my masseuse was AMAZING! She focused on all the spots I stated and ensured I was comfortable. I highly recommend her for your massage.

I stayed at the Westin Chicago River North for a convention recently and I was so in love with my corner room. I had a view of the River that was magical.

Went for new yrs eve, the place was great. We got a river view room. Bed was nice, shower was warm. The bar was good for drinks and appetizers.

This is an excellent place at the heart of Chicago downtown. The hotel is well kept, nicely decorated and recently renovated. What stands out are the staffs and their services.

Was very pleased with my stay overall. Quality + spacious rooms with good service.

I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early and my room was upgraded. I didn’t have a bad experience with anyone at the front desk.

Great location, decent n friendly service. The room was ok but had a few faults. On the upside, the bed was comfortable and pillows ok. Also, couldn’t hear my neighbors, so well insulated.

I had a fantastic experience at The Langham, Chicago. The location is excellent, perfectly situated for a weekend break and close to everything you’d want to see and do in Chicago.

This was my first time staying with The Langham and I have to say I was blown away. I knew it was supposed to be very nice but I didn’t know the extent of that until I went.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Arrived way early for check in. Room was not ready but friendly reception did some digging.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Chicago. The room was incredibly quiet, allowing me to focus and prepare for my professional work without any distractions.

Upon arrival, they were very attentive to take our bags up to our room. They were helpful with what times for breakfast and that the rooftop bar was easiest to get into with a reservation.

The RIU hotel was one of the best stays we have had. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made our stay memorable. We were in town for a wedding.

The staff has been very attentive to our needs and comfort. My dad has been in ICU so we have been with the hotel about 3 weeks.

Excellent Stay – Perfect Location & Spacious Rooms!
