Just arrived but delightful room and bath. Very comfortable and will surely be a great stay.

Brandy Ann Owen is a front desk manager at this place and she is privately messaging people, like myself, and posting things on my employer's site saying they should fire me because I do not feel the same way she does about certain groups in the US. She is very disrespectful and very unprofessional considering her role at her own job! very rude on the phone when calling the hotel. All around as a company I feel you need to rethink who you have hired on and have more open minded people to accept everybody's point of view. Its what customer service does.

The Springhill Suites has horrible management. The normal staff is excellent, but the upper management is horrible and rude.

Wonderful experience all the way around. Super clean and spacious. I wish every hotel was like this one. Customer service was exceptional.

Rooms are very spacious, nice and clean!

Previous stays have been great! Really like the hotel, however our most recent stay was not good. Found out the shower was broken and wouldn’t turn on, maintenance doesn’t work on the weekend so it couldn’t be fixed. Hotel didn’t offer to refund any money and never even apologized. A simple apology would have gone a long way!

Clean, comfortable and reasonable priced all-suite hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice showers and great air conditioning. Centrally located and within easy distance of restaurants and attractions. Better than average breakfast, too.

Exactly what one would expect — nice clean room, comfy bed, pretty good breakfast, and had no issues with service. The translucent sliding door on the bath is stylish but not all that practical sense it is directly in front of the bed. If anyone is in there while another is sleeping there is no way to do it without lighting up the sleeping area. Convenient to everything Murray has to offer.

No complaints here. The front desk staff was friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean. I only stayed one night due to my schedule but I will definitely stay again. Breakfast is the usual stuff. Scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, etc. They have a pool and workout room as well.

Well, it was a really long trip but the car ride was fine so whatever. Anyways when we got there they gave our room away so we have to go to a super 8. I thought they didn't actually have any real rooms to begin with and it was another one of those fake scam hotels but then we got our room back for the following 2 nights of our trip. The room was good but it was too big to be honest. I almost got lost in it a few times but I was able to find my bed luckily. The sheets were not moldy and the bathroom didn't have any surprise visitors in it so it was perfect for me. I just wish the sheets weren't white because sometimes I feel like I can see my reflection in white sheets and I can't sleep. At least the people smelled good though.

Wife and I were in town visiting relatives and booked a room here. The hotel appears to be fairly new. Room was nice and had decent lighting, Staff was friendly, elevators worked efficiently, and breakfast was on the better end of hotel fare. The cons were that the room dividers have translucent glass so if one gets up to sit or use bathroom, it lights up the bed area. The air conditioning unit is right next to bed so it blows right on you, and the luggage carts don’t have much capacity for hanging clothes. Overall a good stay.

We stayed at the SpringHill Suites when we visited our grandson who attends Murray. Our granddaughter recommended the hotel. It was a very special stay. Wonderful accommodations but even more the kindness of the housekeeping staff, especially the head housekeeper. Thank you very much.

This is the worst piss poor place I have ever stayed at, I've left messages several times to the general manager, and NEVER EVEN GOT A CALL BACK, WHILE I WAS THERE BECAUSE OF THIER MAIDS I WAS ROBBED OF 200 DOLLARS FOR A CLEANING FEE. But thats cool I put a stop payment on my credit card, never again will I stay here…

I left this hotel to stay at the Quality Inn in Paris. This hotel is too overpriced for the horrible staff and lousy day to day. Late check in, gross breakfast, etc… Better off staying somewhere else.

Worst hotel in Murray! Which is sad since it is the newest. Tiny pool. Horrible staff! Dirty rooms.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this Marriot. The rooms were pleasantly clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was free and had many choices. Perfect price for a two bed suite. Will definitely be coming back soon.

We enjoyed our stay. I had the handicap room and it was very nice with hand rails and large walk in shower. Jennifer who is head of the house keeping staff, was very friendly. In fact all of the staff was great!

We stayed here one night while traveling. The rooms were very clean and nice, and the facility was well maintained. There was a basic continental breakfast as well, which is always nice when staying at a hotel. We would stay here again.

I've traveled around alot in my life and I must say that your Hotel was one of the nicest places I've stayed in. The room smelled new and very large. It had a very nice continental breakfast and I was very impressed with the whole experience.

Management is horrible I think the manager's name is Lauren. She was very rude and like she didn't have time for us. So we went across the street to best western. I will never go here again.

The staff from the front desk to guest services to maintenance could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Loacted close to dining and the eclipse viewing location we came for.

A beautiful newer hotel and more common space and meeting rooms than I've seen at other Springhill Suites. A few bumps with check in with our room (and others) not being ready at 7 pm but hopefully that will work itself out with better management involvement in daily operations. Good breakfast and pool and workout room. Would stay again.

Beautiful and modern hotel. The staff were nice and accommodating within reason. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

Great place right off the main road. Free breakfast, but no pancakes. The rooms are great with fridge and microwave.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Removing a star because I had to manually hold the toilet lid up while doing my business. This was not an isolated incident, as I have stayed within multiple rooms here.

I do NOT recommend anyone to work at this place within a week 5 people have walked out because of have Lauren kelly and chris waller treat employees all because they have the title "manager" makes you wonder how they treat there guest I have never in my life met such a hateful rude person! They also drink when they are on the clock why they are hosting wedding receptions or some type of party!

This very modern, very clean hotel is 5 minutes away from Murray State University's​ main campus, and is within 10 minutes of several great dining options. The staff is extremely nice, every employee I saw greeted me with a smile. They have several amenities on sight including a well stocked and priced bar, and a salt water pool. The rooms are virtually silent besides what noice you make (eg t. V. Or conversation between you and loved ones). The rooms offer separate and shower and a fairly large Smart TV.

Place is brand new December 2016. We arrived and the manager took care of some discrepancies from our original reservation and welcomed us in. The attendant was very friendly too. Big huge place coming inside the lobby. Beautiful colors. Our room was bigger than I anticipated. Looked like it had 2 bathrooms but in fact one had the toilet and sink while the other room had the tub/shower and sink. Two very comfy queen beds with 1/2 privacy living room with full sofa sleeper for our kids. Pool was fun for our kids. Wish I had more time to use their workout room. Thanks for a comfortable, quiet, & comfy stay.

The hotel is brand new, very clean and spacious rooms. We had a double queen and it was nice that there were separate rooms for the bathroom and shower, especially when there is 4 people staying in your room. They had a nice lobby/bar area, a front patio with a fire and a more secluded area in the back. We ran into our housekeeper and we didn't want our rooms cleaned but she offered to just change out our trash and towels, she was very helpful (short black hair, Caucasian lady not sure what her name was). But the bartender, Kimberly, was pretty terrible. She was slow and not very friendly. Usually great bartenders talk a lot and are personable as well as goood at making drinks, as she made a drink for someone else extremely slooowwww she said nothing and responded with only short answers when the customer talked to her. While walking past me, several times, to get ingredients for their drink you can ask what it is I need because maybe it just might be something easy you can tackle at the same time or let me know that you'll be with me in a second. Then when I asked for a water, she gave me a confused and unhappy look and again was very quiet. Made me feel weird for asking for water. Later I went to the front desk to get cups and stood there for 5 minutes while no one came to the desk. It wasn't that busy that night there should've been someone there. I walked away and found my own cups.

Excellent new hotel with very modern rooms and fancy new showers in the room. Very clean, and colorful. The hotel could use more Cable channels but that's not really a huge deal. It does come with a few HBOs, also Netflix, Pandora and YouTube! Can't wait to come back here.

Great hotel, opened Dec of 2016 so very new and it shows as still getting the bugs worked out. Full bar with liquor and some food choices in the lobby is a nice bonus, breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express next door might be better…

Attended a charity trivia event. The "ballroom" was significantly undersized for event (about 250 people). Hotel was new with a modernized 70s decor. Location was nice and alcohol was served via a nice bar just off the lobby.
