Clean, standard, room and staff was friendly. Three stars because we did have an issue with the toilet working properly, and only standard channels on the television instead of premium channels as the in room guide stated. Obviously that wasn’t a big issue, but when the front desk person came up to see why we weren’t finding any channels (no guide for the standard channels, just FYI parents) the guy said that we were supposed to have premium but kind of just shrugged it off. I mean, are we paying to have premium channels? Also, apparently there isn’t any discount for veterans. Which is kind of sad. Doubly so because we were there near the 4th of July. I hear hotel next to them gave discounts for vets though. All in all, it was an alright hotel, but we probably will stay somewhere else next time.

Room was great! Bed was amazingly comfortable! Freshly remodeled and very clean! The breakfast had everything you could possibly expect from a hotel! Service was great! Smiley at the front desk is an absolute asset to the customer service at this establishment!

This was a very nice hotel. Everything was clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was even better than I expected. I would stay there again, for sure.

Very pricey. Had no reservation and everyone eas booked up. We got a room finally. It was clean and close to everything.

So far out in the country the young lady in Murray holiday inn was the most professional women I have ever met and she was so helpful and polite and pretty if I could rate this hotel on her alone I would give it a 5 star I wish I could remember her name all I know is she went to Murray college and she was studying anthropology and she was 21 yrs old and she made the best chocolate chip cookies I ever tried she was a true pearl.

Huge clean room and the front desk guy was incredibly nice.

Staff was great, but the walls are very thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING. There is a lot of noise in the morning and construction through the stay. They are currently making renovations, but it needs a lot of improvements. Love the sauna!

Can't really ask for anymore nice or accomodating staff members then you'll find here. I've stayed almost 4 days a week for the past two months or so and I don't have a single complaint. Rooms are newly renovated, beds are amazing, breakfast is quick and offers healthy options. Extremely nice place to stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel in room 309 and I must say I will not recommend this hotel to anyone! The people at the front desk were nowhere to be found when my family and I tried to check in, when we finally got assigned to our room, we noticed that the floor had not been vacuumed and there was urine still on the toilet seat. Some of the housekeepers were nice and some completely ignored our existence… I wish I could give names but some didn't even have name tags on. I feel this hotel is poorly managed and if my family and I were to even return to this hotel I'd hope that management is better. But until then I rate it a ONE STAR.

I was traveling home and stopped in Murray for the night. Normally Holiday Inn is my go to hotel. I don't know if management is aware but the construction workers that you have were so obnoxious that I didn't want to take the kids out of the car. There was a party going on in the parking lot. We could smell pot and they were cussing up a storm. Perhaps find some more respectiabke people to work in your family environment.

I have stayed at this location several times. The hotel is under going a renovation. Things were torn up on the first floor and the lobby, but they are doing the best they can. The rooms on the other floors have been renovated. They look very clean and modern.

Room itself was nice, but there was construction on the entire first floor, which we weren't told about until the day of arrival. Loud during the day and created a lot of dust; if we had had more advance notice we would have made reservations elsewhere.

I thought the hotel room was nice. However, they were remodeling which I was not informed of when the reservation was made. The curtains in my room looked filthy. The only entrance to the hotel was to the side of the building and it had people smoking cigarettes and weed right outside of the door and drinking beer as well. The entire first floor was being redone it was a zoo down there.

The room description was misleading saying it was a two room suite. It was one room with three beds basically. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. They are under renovation currently.

Room was very nice and clean. Having the half kitchen was really nice!

Traveled through Murray, KY we had reserved a room at the Best Western across the street but learned their pool was closed because it was too cold we had kids so they told us to come over to Holiday Inn. But told us to come back for breakfast. There was a problem with my credit card, so the clerk Laura was UNBELIEVABLY helpful and she made everything work out BEAUTIFULLY. Hotel was great too. Nice pillows nice bed GREAT service. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through.
