Our band booked 46 rooms to be used after a band contest. I talked to the staff numerous times before check in. They were always very friendly and helpful. The staff made our check in fast and efficient. The hotel was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. They had extra staff available the next morning to make sure all our kids could get a nice breakfast before we left. I was very impressed with our stay and will use Quality Inn again!

I stayed one night at this place and would stay again. My experience was a clean room with all the usual fixings, hassle-free Wi-Fi that just worked, and a breakfast.

Seriously one of the best low budget hotels we've ever stayed at. We frequent here several times a year. Simple but clean hotel with frig, microwave, indoor pool, and hot breakfast. It's also nice and quiet. The manager couldn't be any nicer. We were somehow charged for an extra night once and we called and it was quickly resolved no questions asked.

The rooms were a little outdated and the staff were not the most helpful. That being said, the rates are reasonable and the pool is very nice.

Pool was nice, and room was okay. But there was a front desk clerk that night who was straight rude to us, because we had family come over to the room. It made it visit very lackluster. Also the breakfast is not that great just okay.

We really enjoyed two nights at quality Inn the management was very friendly and caring the room was spotless, we enjoyed socializing with the staff looked like they were enjoying their day, Enjoyed a good breakfast, would pick this motel again very happy with the price we paid, Marlin W.

Room was stuffy and hot and it didn't cool down until it was time to wake up. Bed was soft though.

We booked seven nights through Expedia to stay at the Quality Inn two months in advance and when it was time to arrive we found out that the hot tub and pool was being remodeled. We were told by Expedia that they would reimburse us and we booked at another hotel that had a pool and hot tub. We have not yet been reimbursed for this.

I was very disappointed with my stay. We went to check in and they told me the pool was being worked on. I asked her why we were not told and she said it was on the website, we looked on the website and there was nothing about the pool being redone or being repaired. There ice machine was also not working. There was no signs posted by the ice machine. We stayed there for three nights and I was very disappointed! We will be down there again in June for a family reunion, I think I will stay at a different hotel.

Overall stay was okay, but after I left they accused me of smoking in my room and charged me $230. I had smoked outside and used the can I had in my hand to out my butts in, the outside trash dispenser was over flowing so I took the can into my hotel room and disposed of it. The housekeeper seen this IN THE TRASH and moved it to the night stand and took a picture of it. The owner also called me a liar and took my money. They are completely unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Would not ever stay there again. It will cost me and them alot more than $230 to settle this, but my integrity and trustworthiness have been belittled by money hungry Greed's and cheats.

The overall stay was nice. We came to the hotel manly for the pool, and they didnt let us down! The hot tob was good, The rooms were great very nice, and clean pillows, blankets, and the matresses were comfortable. I enjoyed the fridge, and microwave. They were an added bounus. The breakfest was good, they had sasuage and eggs, as welll as juice, waffles, cereal, baggels, yougurt, muffins, toast, oatmeal, hot chocalte, coffe, and tea. The staff was okay, There was a very nice young man employee who helped us with the waffle batter, the female staff took alot of smoking breaks (outside), We did see a male employee with a beard who went into the breakfeast room after breakfeast hours and opened the sasuage and eggs contanier and started eating sasuage. Overall it was a good stay, so thats why I gave it 4 stars.

The free Wi-Fi is spotty at best. Customers are a hassle to the staff. Being a service industry professional myself I wonder if the staff knows what the definition of the word service is. The sheets weren't covered with pubes and the a. C. Blows cold. I would highly recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere. I wouldn't stay in the hotel, but the company I work for pays for the room, at a reduced rate, I'm sure. Typing this up using my mobile data because the Wi-Fi connection is "limited. "
