Kim was a great maker of first impressions. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of.

Tried to make a reservation online and could not navigate the website. It got so frustrating so I called for a reservation. Told them we were traveling and needed 3 beds for 3 adults. She even repeated this to me. We did not arrive until almost midnight and had been on the road for over 8 hours. Got up to our beautiful room and no bedding at all for the sleeper sofa. Called down to the desk and was told he would get it ready and we could come and pick it up. I asked why he couldn’t bring it up to us as it should have already been there for us. He said he was the only one there and couldn’t leave the floor so my daughter had to go down and get the bedding. In the morning I realized there were enough towels etc for 2 people. Now, I called hours before our arrival, they were more than aware that there were 3 adults as I specifically told her that, I paid for a suite for good accommodations for approximately 10 hrs of use. Service was non existent. I also signed up for their Rewards program and have tried numerous times to access this program to receive my EXTRA points they advertised to no avail. Obviously their websites are not easily accessible to be able to use their products. Needless to say, I was thinking that Best Western would give the service I was paying for, but that did not happen. It was clean. Doors SLAM shut and can be heard all over.

Stayed here before. Had great service and everything was clean so we choose to stay again. We checked in late that evening got to our room and found the toilet was not working. My son took a shower and when the button was pulled to start the shower the entire faucet would come out of the wall. There was no hot water. Called the front desk was told I could plunge my self and to let the water run. We plunged the toilet for several minutes and it still would not work. I took a shower the next morning still no hot water after letting the water run for five minutes. While taking a shower I noticed the walls in the shower had black hairs where someone had shaved the stay before and the walls of the showered were not cleaned. Our sheets had stains and we were only given 2 bath towles as that was all they had. Every time I asked to speak with a manager I was given the run around. There was excuse on top of excuse as to why I was experiencing my issues. I can over look the toilet and hot water but can not over look cleanliness.

The hotel itself appears to be clean, if you bring your own CLEAN sheets to sleep on you should have no complaints. They must have a shortage of towels because every morning at 8:30am they are knocking on your door, not to clean your room but to just pick up your dirty towels so they can wash and bring back to you in the after noon. Also I had two rooms for 5 days yet every single day I had to go get my keys re programmed because they would stop working. By the 3rd day I was livid and went and spoke to the manager “Desiree” who explained to me how sorry she was that” the old lady working there just can’t seem to program the keys correctly and it’s really even getting in her nerves” ok whatever just fix my keys please. I checked out on the 25th of my two rooms settled my balance and was charged for BOTH of my rooms. To my surprise on the 26th I was charged again for a different room number. This time general manager Desiree was not so helpful. She admitted to it being a mistake and said she does not know how I was charged a day after checkout, still no credit to my card. She is very unprofessional on so many levels. All I wanted was for her to fix her mistake. I should not have had to call my credit card to dispute the charge but I did as she would not handle it.

Beautiful rooms. Nice and clean with nice big beds. Very friendly staff. If we come back to Elizabethtown this will be our stay.

Great and most pleasant experience during our stay. Breakfast bar was very well kept pristine and you could tell how much care and work was put into it. We will make this our choice to stay any time we are in town regardless of other options. Very well done and impressed by the quality and experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The exercise room was well equipped. The morning breakfast was very good.
The bed was very comfortable and slept well.
