Seemed clean but very worn! Rug was ripped. The whole hotel needs to be updated. The price was good though!

The people there are great. Very helpful and keep the place clean. One of the better places that I've been at. There for I give this place two thumbs up! ;-)

Carpet was soaked in front of AC. Tub was dirty. Fritos on the floor in room and bathroom. Papers and tissues on the floor. Window on ground floor, room 102, was open when we checked in. No screen and AC was running. Could be a nice place but needs maintenance. Painter was bad splatters everywhere.

By now all hotels are basically the same some have refrigerators some have queen beds most of them have bed bug covers on the mattresses so what differs from hotel to hotel is one to management and to the people working there and this hotel was fabulous got there very very late and the clerk was very a tentative took care of everything already had a room ready fabulous time so when you're looking at hotels everybody has the same amenities to one point or another but it's the hospitality of the staff that makes it also they have a continental breakfast there it was pretty good you can make your own waffles but they had a once again they had someone attending to your needs on the continental breakfast which is great so yes I would stay here again and the rooms were clean and so was the facilities.

We were told that if we go for breakfast and come back they would have a room ready and that was around 11:30a. M. We got back at 12:30p. M. And were told 1p. M. We are still waiting it is 1:40p. M. And now told 2p. M. If we are lucky. We called earlier and were told we could have a early check-in now it might be 3p. M. I am wore out please let me shower so I can start my day!

Beware the Wyndham Rewards rip-off. I stayed an entire month here on business, believing I was racking up awards points by booking through the hotel’s verified website and double checking my rewards info at each checkin. Too late, I found out that Baymont Inn is a front for a third party booking site and the manager rudely told me none of my stays qualified for points and there was nothing she could do for me, even though the Wyndham Rewards desk said all she had to do was verify the stays. In the end, Wyndham ended up giving me credit as a good will gesture after learning from a desk clerk that the Baymont manager refused to even try and credit my points, which was in her power, despite the fact I was planning on staying in her hotel another two months. Long story short: this hotel doesn’t want your business, and management works really hard to drive that point home.

It was clean. No vanity in bathroom. Bad paint job. Stained couch. Basic contenintal breakfast. Way over priced. Wouldn't go back.

I tell you what this place made our stay wonderful the front desk was super sweet and the gentleman was nice as well but our room was so nice huge suite, it was clean the bed was firm and the pillows were soft. We will definately be back to this location it was wonderful oh and they had a good breakfast cereals, muffins, danishes, waffles, biscuits and gravy juice coffee hot tea toast bagels it was just amazing but all in all the beautiful lady at the front desk was amazing seemed like she knew us forever… will be back.

"Non smoking" hotel is a joke. We could smell smoke in the hallway and in our room all night. Our refrigerator in our room rattled all night. The sofa sleeper was covered with dust. I am not sure they turn on the lights to clean. We won't stay at a Baymont Inn again. Even after talking to the hotel attendant, they didn't offer us a discount or anything. Very poor customer service.

Excellent value. We paid 98 on Saturday. It s almost staybridge quality at 30% less money.

Was able to get a room last minute at a decent price. The room was clean, bed was comfy. We did not try the pool, but it was out of order anyways.

Great room, reasonable price, very helpful and professional front desk man. The breakfast is good. We will be back. Also pet friendly.

Very nice staff at front desk. Comfy beds. Quiet area. Tub drained very slow, could not get shower to turn off fully. Took hot water forever to start coming out, and didnt last long enough for a 3 minute shower. Pet friendly for additional reasonable charge, total bill $94.00.

Family room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was standard fare. Entrance is only through the front door. I would stay there again.

We booked online but the reservation was somehow switched around and incorrect when we arrived for check in. The front desk was outstanding with getting our reservation corrected, and even upgraded us to a suite as an additional bonus at no extra charge! Considering we checked in on Christmas eve, the quick and courteous response was beyond our expectations. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and varied, and the staffwas so nice. We're making this our regular hotel to stay in for our annual family holiday traveling!

Decent hotel with several tiers of room sizes and pricing, excellent location in town. Hotel had obvious signs of wear and abuse, but nothing that would prevent a second stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good, and a plus I'd it's pet friendly. Wireless internet okay for basic use, but poor for things like streaming video.

It was the best I mean the best inn I have ever stayed at. The room was very clean, comfortable beds. Everything was great it was easy check n and out. It was nice and quite. I could go on and. Like Tony the tiger say grrrreat.

Adequate but not great. Third floor icemaker not working. Room layout was odd. No chair except for small desk chair. Sink outside of huge empty bathroom & can't open or close door while on toilet. Water stains on ceiling. Shower curtain on old-fashioned straight rod so wet curtain touches you while bathing. Price charged was slightly higher than reservation price.

Super nice people. Hotel seemed to be clean enough on the surface, however the cleaning staff need to do a better job cleaning the rooms. Dropped something on the floor so I lifted the bed skirt to look for it and found some debris that the vacuum couldn't get. So maybe not necessarily the cleaning people, but the cleaning equipment. All in all the bed was comfy and clean. The "Continental Breakfast" was "ok", not "OK". The hotel is pet friendly which I thought was going to be a concern, but it wasn't.

Rooms were a little dilapidated. Elevator was sketchy. My man, Gary, behind the counter was this places saving grace. Great customer service.

I had a great stay, room was clean the hotel employees were very pleasant, I had an issue with my payment when I left and called and talked to Michelle — who went above and beyond to correct the issue! Big thumbs up! When we go back this will definitely be the place we stay!

Room was very clean front desk service was amazing and prompt and I stayed during the eclipse so super busy. Pool was very refreshing as well. Would stay again.

So if you're looking for a cheap place to stay just for the roof over your head, this is the spot. I booked our room 3 weeks in advance and since we were coming in from a 16 hour drive I wanted to make sure we could check in early if desired. The lady on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem and they would just charge a half day if we decided to check in early. Great, no problem! Check in day comes, we arrive at 9am, walk right in not saying a word and the second the sliding door opens the Indian lady at the front tells us we cannot check in early and check in time is at 3pm. Uh, 1) you didn't know what I was there for (I had no luggage on me) and 2) I didn't even say my name so how did you know I had a reservation? She claimed all rooms were being cleaned. It's a very big hotel mind you and there were 2 cars in the whole parking lot! You have no rooms? Ok, whatever you say. Next complaint. Once we finally got our room, it was on the first floor which is great but the floor boards were missing with glue falling off them, dust all over the walls and on the fire sprinklers. Black "mold" in the restroom. And the A. C. Was horrible, it never turned off. The smoke detector was clearly out of date it looks like it's from the 80's and the pool was very and I mean very green. I will admit the only reason I booked it was because I was being cheap but next time I will pay the extra $20 a night to stay at a hotel who has their business together.

Hotel is nice, clean and staff was friendly. My wife and I enjoyed the continental breakfast with biscuits and gravy and Belgian waffles. There are several restaurants near, some in walking distant. We will stay at this hotel again in the future and recommend other to choose this hotel.

Got a newly remodeled room and it was wonderful! Friendly staff worked diligently to find us a good room at a great price, AT 2AM! They were so polite and willing to help us after traveling through the night. Will definitely be lodging here more often.
