Disappointed. Always try to stay at a Hampton Inn because they are always clean. For the price you pay they should be. Staff at counter when we booked our room was nice. I always check the bathroom to see how clean the room is. There was hair under the sink and by the toilet. Yuck! Makes you wonder how clean the rest of the room is. Bed was comfortable. Had oatmeal for breakfast and it was good.

When I arrived at the Hampton Inn it was nice and clean, and the desk clerk greeted me enthusiastically. My room was nice and clean, and very well-kept. We managed to find many local restaurants within walking distance to eat, and had a great stay.

Great location, great price! The beds were really comfortable, and as goofy as it sounds, the room shape/layout was one of the best for a non-suite that I've experienced in a long while. I was traveling with my children and husband, and we all fit very comfortably in the room.

Really nice people. Price is not bad ether. Nice place to stay.

Hampton Inn at Elizabeth Town, KY. I was desperately looking for hotels to stay at the last minute for work and we have to spend a certain amount (per diem). And the customer service on the phone really helped me meet my needs. She not only booked me a room but she gave me the government rate I was supposed to have. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was quiet, stores, restaurant near by. I was a happy camper. The only thing missing was a laundry room.

I love this hotel. They always treat me great. They are so friendly. The breakfast in the morning is great and they keep everything so clean especially the rooms. I had a great stay here and would recommend this place to anyone.

We had multiple issues. First, an adjacent room full of yelling children and then being next to the mechanical room (our room was 100) and the back door. Wrong choice!. We finally got a change of rooms, only to be bothered by the constant throbbing of a neighboring air conditioner unit. No one slept that n night! This is an old Hampton and construction may not be up to current standards.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Close to a lot of restaurants and fast food. Very easy to get to from 65. Room was good overall and the bed was comfortable. Pool was a little strong of chlorine when walking by. Breakfast was good but not a ton of choices. I would stay again.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Decent breakfast as well. My 4 star rating is due to the fact they do NOT offer queen size beds! We have 2 kids, so the 1 king size only option did not suit us. We had no choice but to book the 2 fulls. Also, as nice as the bedspreads are, the material is extremely slick. We (as well as our children) woke up without covers throughout the night. We visit E Town several times a year, but unless we visit “kid free”, we’ll be researching alternate overnight accommodations.

Very clean. Quick service. Lots of breakfast options. Coffee available all day and there is a happy hour but we missed it both nights. Small convenience store for snacks and miscellaneous items.

The hotel staff was friendly. We were greeted by all. Although the hotel appeared clean, we did however have to change rooms because of bugs on the bed. The front desk clerk did quickly give us another room, once I showed her the two bugs I killed. The new room appeared bed bug free. Breakfast was good, except the "old" apples. Great location!

Great place and breakfast was good. Train behind hotel is a little noisey in the mornings but I had no problem sleeping through it.

Don’t try to get out of a reservation less than 48 hours in advance. They will shut you down and say “you have to give us 48 hours notice. Period. ” Yet, I was at SEVERAL Hampton inns in the past 6 months and have been able to change/cancel with less time. Most others understand travel plans change. I stay over 100 nights at a Hilton property each year… Guess it’s time to think about moving to Marriott properties.

Great hotel. Although it is older, the property has been well maintained and updated. Room was clean and comfy. Only complaint was the TV was a bit on the small side.

Hampton Inn is our go-to HOTEL — we love them! This one was no exception. Fresh and Clean.

Megan, the Manager here is awesome. She was friendly and accommodating on our unexpected arrival from Florida. We were part of the population that was evacuated from SW Florida due to Hurricane Irma, and Megan made us feel so welcome. She made sure we had everything we needed. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and the location was easy to navigate. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this location to anyone travelling through Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

Consistent and reliable amenities. Clean rooms. Build my own hot breakfast is a big plus.

Love Hampton Inn. Clean comfy rooms. Good convenient breakfast. Pleasant, concerned staff. Join hhonors. Fantastic military discount. This particular time, my bill went from $169 basic to $91 basic. Most I have ever got at any hotel. I am ecstatic.

Very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and updated. Pool was a nice plus, wish there had been a hot tub though! Continental breakfast was also great.

We spent the night here and loved it! We had a great experience from the moment we called to book a room all the way thru to check out. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole hotel was clean and very stylish in it's decor. The pool was heated and the gym is next door. The hotel is in the middle of a lot of great restaurants. Breakfast was served from 6 to 10 and it was delicious. Waffles, eggs sausage, juice, fruit, bagels, pastries, oatmeal, and cereal. Plenty of coffee too! The staff was awesome! Priscilla and Eva were so warm and friendly. The young man on night shift, I didn't get his name, checked us several times as we sat with friends in the very comfortable lounge. Tiffany had left a note and mint the room after cleaning it. We will stay here again! Military rate is incredible!

The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I was especially impressed by the staff. When I asked about a refill for strawberry topping at breakfast, she said she was regretfully out but brought me fresh strawberries instead! I'd definitely recommend to others.

Very nice hotel. Wasnt expecting much given the location but I've been surprised so far. Rooms are clean and the staff is nice. Walking distance to a couple decent restaurants.

Spent an overnight in Elizabethtown on the way to Florida. The Hampton Inn was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Overall a positive experience.

Enjoyed the stay, clean and up to date.

Good breakfast with lots of seating. Friendly staff and over all clean. Rooms were a little tight and could only get 2 double beds, not 2 queens that we would have preferred.

Overall the hotel was standard and nice. Room was on the small side as was the bathroom. Shower was bad… the hand rail and soap holder were in bad locations and made the shower feel small and hit our arms on them frequently. Breakfast was good and lots of seating. The gal running the breakfast area was crabby though and seemed to not be enjoying her job. Overall a nice hotel but not overly impressed enough to stay there again.

Easy to find and convenient to where we needed to be. The room was clean and well maintained, reception was pleasant and courteous. An excellent choice when in E-Town.

Very nice hotel, but like others in this area, it's too close to the railroad tracks. The train was easy to hear.

This Hampton inn was just horrible. Dirty room, carpet, and dusty side tables. The bathroom even looked dirty. The bathroom had the grossest hairball left in the bathtub complete with mold around the caulking. I will NEVER stay here again. I have stayed at the HI off Brooks Road in Ky and this one is very nice and clean and well kept.

I stayed here on a business trip and I was very surprised at the accommodations and the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They shampooed many of the carpets on the first floor the day I arrived and consequently my room was still a little damp. I told the front desk that my room was damp and they immediately moved me upstairs. I left my diamond earrings on the nightstand in my original room and the staff from the front desk returned them in an envelope under my door during the night. The bedding in the rooms is not your typical two-star nylon bedding. They have fluffy comforters and I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. I would stay here again.
