Somehow my first review got deleted it didn’t make it BUT — besides the rooms not being the cleanest, the manager and assistant manager are the least helpful! The staff needs to be trained on how to inform the guests about their payment. We had a serious issue with them charging the wrong card and after emailing the manager because the assistant manager could just say, “sorry” — we got no response. Totally ridiculous and the worst part of our trip! There are two other nice looking hotels in the same parking lot — go to them!

This was a very disappointing stay. The only reason we stayed is that there was nothing else available. Immediately the room smelt musky and old. It s a pet friendly room and when we turned on the shower, the entire space smelt like urine. The shower head was low and not adjustable for taller people, so cleaning up after driving for hours was not possible. Avoid this dump at all cost. Camping is a better option than staying here.

Nice clean rooms, staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and lots of options. Nice hotel to bring your family and enjoy the pool. Pet friendly is always a plus.

Stayed with my two boys, the hotel was clean, nice room I was a little disappointed with the breakfast service in the morning, trash cans were full no forks out. Wasn’t really that busy just didn’t seem they cared.

Good location and nice staff but the room felt damp. The floor, the bedding, etc. For the price you would expect a little more for your money but since they are pet friendly it's a decent option.

Room was very clean. It was a nice place to stay, nothing negative to say about the experience, but it wasn't anything crazy special either. Nice pool and the breakfast selection was good. Quiet and a nice place to spend a night after driving all day.

Breakfast was better than most motels had hot breakfast bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles. Beds were comfy had good night's rest. One night stay was nice place.

I should have stayed at the sleep inn or the Best Western right next door. We had to switch rooms because there was a stain and a long hair in a bed. The second room we almost ran have first into a spider going into the bathroom. It is obvious it isn't a newer building but it felt pretty gross. We decided to stop staying at this chain.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms very clean. Continental breakfast was pretty standard. Nice stop over for the night. Courteous staff!

Nice people, clean well stocked room, comfortable beds, and an excellent free breakfast. What more can you ask? Reasonable prices. Yes, that too.

This place has the most amazing pillows I have ever slept on! The rooms were big and comfy and the staff was great. The breakfast was also nice! I hope to stay here again soon!

Front desk lady was great. But the rooms are less than great. Had to switch rooms 3 times, because simple amenities were not working, fridge and TV. However the courtesy of the front desk lady made up for it.

The room was clean and comfortable, the hot breakfast was good, the rate was ok, there was no decent grass to potty our dogs. What grass there was, has been used by irresponsible dog owners that did not pick up their dog's poop, so everytime we took our dogs out, we stepped in poop.

Very easy to get to by motorway, clean welcome.

Do not go here rude staff and management, disgust rooms with urine stains, Dog feces everywhere outside and they have a serious opossum problem. Jacuzzi is broken as well. Try the Days Inn down the street for better staff and rooms.

Easy to access from the interstate, good breakfast, nice staff, plenty of parking. My only complaint was that the bathroom wasn't totally clean.

Comfort Inn is one of my favorite places to stay when traveling. This Comfort Inn holds to the high standards I'd expect from a quality establishments such as this. I always enjoy Comfort Inn no matter where I stay. If you're traveling through Kansas and get tired of the Endless corn fields and dark interstates don't risk the drive pullover and stay in style at a Comfort Inn & Suites like the one in Hays Kansas.

The hide a bed had was stained and had no sheets in are four person suite room 209. The rest seemed clean. The breakfast was okay waffle bar and good bacon and eggs. Vending machines were Pepsi products. Overall okay.

Great place to stay. Clean and very spacious rooms. Variety of breakfast foods.

Stayed at you facility on Friday, December 22nd and Paige was exceptional! Could not have asked for a better front desk person. But your rooms are Very Outdated and falling apart. Your bathroom door stopper fell off the wall, we had NO HOT WATER for showers, we shared 2 pillows for 2 beds and 3 people. Paige was truly the Only bright spot.

Disgusting motel. It was a like a dog kennel with a some humans added for good measure. Just yuck. I was just coming out of my room an a vicious dog tried to attack me. Horrible stay.

Great location, right of 70, good prices and decent rooms. Pool and hot tub was good for the kids. Breakfast wasn't bad for a continental. Staff was really nice and accommodating.

Clean, comfortable and convient… I wouldn't recommend the pool or jacuzzi because they were pretty dirty. I can't say what the breakfast was like because I did not partake. Overall if you're u are dead tired and have an animal this is a good place to stop.

I travel extensively to promote my blog (Marshmallow Ranch) and public speaking. I travel pulling my camper. I recently was traveling cross-country when the AC went out on the camper. It was 103 degrees when I pulled into Hays, KS and I couldn't face a night that hot. I stopped at Comfort Inn & Suites North and within 10 minutes, I was in a cool, air conditioned room. The rooms are comfortable, impeccably clean, and quiet… something I really needed for a good night's sleep. I travel alone much of the time and I felt very safe and secure in this hotel. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was well stocked and the attendant friendly. I have stayed here before… that's why I bypassed the other choices at this exit. Good job, everyone… you do the brand a great service. I'll be back!

Great place, exceptionally nice staff. We've stayed here three times as we are moving between states and they are midway between here and there.

Ck in was easy and friendly. We were greeted as a Choice member! The room was very comfortable and clean! Nice pool and hot tub area as well as a large exercise room. Breakfast was good and the area was a good size to accommodate a crowd. Had an evening food set up which was a plus. Beds and linens were really good. Would definitely recommend!

, didn't enjoy the barking dogs here Buckley said that to no pets allowed if somebody was caught with pants had to pay a $300 fee the desk said they all know we allow dogs so you need to change your book or get your desk people straightened out you asked for.

I hate finding something strange between the sheets when we check into a hotel. I tried to add the picture I took. It was a washed Kleenex tissue in the center of the bed. Not a pleasant sight. The tub was not real clean and there was no plug.

My room looked like a condo. It was huge! Oh and beds were nice and breakfast was great.

The beds and pillows are great. We had a mini fridge, mini coffee pot, and hairdryer. Lots of towels which is super. My only complaint was the hot tub, looks like someone put something brown in it and tinted the water.

Room was small, air was off when we checked in, so it was hot and stuffy for some time. Tub floor was dingy, nasty looking. Breakfast was cold biscuits for gravy, bacon that was gross, greasy. I stay in Comfort Inn chains often, this one was a disappointment in quality for the price.

It was an average hotel. It was hot in the hallways and it was a bit dirty.

Room was spacious and seemed to be newly renovated (new carpet, etc), but the AC didn't keep the room cool, so our sleep wasn't as good as it could have been. Breakfast was hot and tasty and the internet worked great! Would have enjoyed swimming in the pool, but it didn't open early enough in the morning for our schedule.

Good stay. The AC unit in our room didn't cool the room to a comfortable tempature and the room felt a bit stuffy but other than that it was alright.

Price is good, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was OK. The rooms do need some cosmetic repair. But I do feel like I got my money's worth.

Nice place, pool and hot tub are quality and the rooms have been very clean. Staff is friendly, Andrew was particularly knowledgeable and helpful.

We stopped here after a full day of driving and were looking forward to a good night's rest. We had our kids with us and needed to use the foldout bed in the room. I was disappointed when I tried to pull it out to see that it was completely broken. The bed frame was bent and didn't go into the sofa very well and the legs were broken so that it wouldn't support itself. I asked the front desk if we could have a different room, but they said that none others were available and didn't offer any other alternatives to solve our problem. We had to make do and just took the mattress off the foldout bed and put it on the floor. We weren't given any discounts for the inconvenience.
