Good service. Have proper area for parking. Food is good. Staffs are also good.

Good rooms comfy beds nice shower no breakfasts but it’s good coming threw from Chicago.

Staff and owner is a very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and always clean with amenities stocked daily. This is not a get what you pay for place. Best price and accommodation. I would stay here again.

! Best customer service in town! We are in town for a family member who is in hospice here. The weekend we came the whole town was sold out because of a debate tournament. The owner is amazing and didn't raise the rates and actually helped us out with a small discount. The best costumer service I have ever had. The owner treated us like family. The room we stayed in was very clean very large and comfortable.

Would not stay at Regal Inn again! Furniture is poor quality. Toilet would not flush! Owner said he would get plumber to fix it tomorrow after we left. Way over priced!

I really wasn't impressed with this place. For starters it is NOT American owned and operated. Secondly the bed is as hard as concrete. The prices are ok and pretty clean. It's better than nothing and the lady at the desk was willing to get out of bed late to rent a room. The facilities are a little run down and there's no continental breakfast offered but they are half the price of Best Western. In Coffeyville I recommend spending a little more and staying at Sleep Inn.

Upon trying to receive pricing information I was told that a pet fee would be $15.00. Then was told "We would have to clean everything. " That was his reasoning for it being so high. If you have a pet just know that it is going to be very expensive.

The stay was amazing every thing was clean and great employees everybody was nice and helpful.

I found bed bugs and a few others in my bed, the bed also had blood stains and I left feeling itchy all around don't go here if you want a quality hotel experience.

Tale off two stories. The outside is dirty and may but the rooms are clean.

My stay was great. Staff was courteous and professional. I left money on the bedside table every day and everything was there when I got back. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. Room was clean and trash was picked up every day. The only complaint I had was that the mini fridge had no freezer.

I was going to stay here for one month for some work at the plant, but had to return home after one night. They return all my money and were very nice to me. The room was very clean the bath tub was new and the A/C was great. I would stay there again.

We planned to stay for a week, but after the 4th night a family friend offered to let us stay at her farm. When we went to check out, they told us they would not refund us any of the money for the nights we would not be staying with them. We expected them to charge us the nightly rate and instead of the weekly rate, but in no way thought they would be so petty and unfriendly as to keep our money when we did not use their services. Here's the wording in the contract, verbatim "NO REFUNDS. (weekly rates-after three (3) days no refunds). Will charged reg. Then refund. " When we pointed this out, they got hysterical at us saying it is very clear. Obviously English is not either the man nor the wife's native language. We will also be reporting them to the better business buearau. $200 is a lot of money to get for nothing. Other terrible things about this place: No closet, tiny towels, part of the fixture in the bathroom fell apart if you touched it, if you stay on the bottom floor you will hear every footstep of the person above you, the carpets are dingy, they charge you before you stay, there's some sort of refinery nearby and there was a test of the emergency notification system while we were at the hotel — definitely will make you nervous about a toxic gas leak. Generally the other people who stayed there were road crew and pipeline workers, so they had very large trucks and machinery that took up almost all of the parking lot.

A good place to build a motel.

This roach motel is so terrible it does not even deserve a decimal of a star. The owner and staff are very rude and useless! After staying in this hotel for many days the hotel owner screams at me and then pursues in raising my weekly rent for an additional 150.00 dlls. Since there are no other vacant hotels in the area in which she is aware she has totally abused the fact of non occupancy. Please do not ever stay in this hotel it is terrible and the staff only worse. I will be reporting this to The Better Business Bureu with hopes no others have to live this awful experience for themselves.
