Great place to stay with friendly staff and great service.

Stayed here 5 years and counting. Always happy with our stay. Never have had a complaint.

Very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning. The front desk was prompt and friendly.

Great place to stay. We had to leave before they served breakfast so I can't comment on that. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean.

Very nice and luxurious place to rest and put your feet up for a reasonable price. Provide a very good hot breakfast with a variety of choices. Staff are very friendly and personable.

We are truck drivers, came through and done a 34 hour reset, nice CLEAN facility! The only thing that didn’t work was the hot tub, down for repairs. Hospitality was great! We will be back!

I had a very good experience at the Sleep Inn. Beds very comfortable, can not speak for the pillows because I brought my own. Room was very nice and I loved how it had a microwave. Wish the hot tub had been working though! Maybe next time.

The hotel was fairly clean. The in room HVAC unit would turn on every 20 minutes even when the system was in the off position. The shower head needed work. It sprayed water when pulled too far down and didn't like to switch modes. Coffee was tolerable. Didn't try the breakfast.

Not a good place. The room stunk. And guests staying there apparenly live there too many people slamming doors coming in and out of the hotel at all hours of the night. And breakfast was the worst was cold and not cooked all the way.

Excellent Accommodations conveniently located a block from Downtown. Close to The Dalton Museum and dining on 9th St Downtown.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Facility and room clean. Beds comfortable and the pillows were the best I've ever laid my head on. When asked for a 1 hour extended stay the front desk did not hesitate for even a moment but immediately and with kindness extended our stay with no additional fees attached. The hot tub and pool were clean and in good working order. We ate at the hotel's breakfast bar. Pancakes, waffles, fried eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs, yogurt and pastries and hot and cold cereal were offered. My kids the pancake maker. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking lodging or just as a weekend getaway.

We were overbooked and thus were told we could not use the meeting room although we were promised it's use when I booked the Kansas Full Gospel Churches International. Also we were moved to another meeting room as an alternate. We were told there was not enough room for us to eat the breakfast that we were promised at Sleep Inn Suites, and instead coffee and sweet rolls were sent to the meeting place we were provided away from the Sleep Inn Suites. We will not attend Sleep Inn Suites again.

The room was nice for the price, the staff was friendly and welcoming. It is an overall nice building with great service, but it books fast so sometimes it is hard to get a room here.

The room feels incredibly humid unless the AC runs constantly, which consequently makes the room super cold. It's nice the lobby constantly has coffee and iced tea though.

Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean. Very little outside nose. Warm breakfast. Can't ask for much more.

Very kind and accommodating. I stayed with a very large party in Coffeyville, KS. We divided up into 4 rooms and had a wonderful stay. Rooms were comfortable with fluffy pillows. My main complaint is that there wasn't a very good place for the family to gather other than in the rooms. There were a couple of rooms off the lobby for rent, but we weren't allowed to go in without paying more, even though we were guests of the inn.

I like the hotel we are in alot. I just wish the couch bed had sheets so I dont have to feel bed springs.

We recently stayed 4 nights at the Sleep Inn and enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and they provided a crib when requested for our baby. Our room was very clean and quiet (we stayed toward the back away from the street) with the exception of the train whistles, which you can hear from pretty much anywhere in town anyway. We used our baby's white noise machine (there are also apps for that) and she didn't waken from the trains. The staff and management at the hotel were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Coffeyville.

Staff was wonderful. I came in here unexpectedly and they were so courteous. The only drawback is that occasionally there is a train whistle early in the morning since there are nearby tracks.

Rooms smelled of stale air, somewhat musky. Grout in the bathroom shower seemed dark like a fungus was growing. Service was great, breakfast was mediocre, beds were very comfortable.

Nice on the outside, beds are comfortable, inside was a little outdated. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was clean. Our room did smell like stale air at first so that wasn't the most pleasant. The staff was very friendly and they did offer a continental breakfast (not the best selection but it is there! ). I would stay again if ever venturing to that town again.

I enjoyed my stay. My only comment is about the shower. Shower head has some calcium buildup and the hot water didn't seem to last as long as I needed. Everything else was great. Comfortable bed, quiet environment, good breakfast, and a welcoming staff.

The staff was exceptional from maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk. Every shift was nothing but the best! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I spent almost a year at this hotel and everything was fine until my last stay. I am an elite diamond member with over 130 nights just this year. So on June 2nd I checked in 2 rooms for 15 days and actually extended it until the 26th. Well I never received my points for the stay, they said I had cancelled my reservation. So I have spent 2 weeks calling between them and choice, and no one has corrected the issue. Every time I call sleep inn they say to call back tomorrow left my number repeatedly with staff for the manager. I never got a call back I had to call. Then I spent an hr on hold with choice, first time called got transferred twice, got to a guy who said he would handle it and call back in an hr. I asked for a direct line to call him back he gave me a number. Gave him 2 hrs called back, number was just a joke spent 40 minutes on hold got another person. The guy before never made any marks or comments on my account, so he failed to do his job, so know I had to repeat myself again at least she typed it all in. So I called back and got Teresa the only helpful person there at the sleep inn. I asked for copies of the bills for the two rooms. She emailed back. I stayed in 302 while my guest was in 313. I get a bill for room 308. Now a week before I never stayed there according to them now I have a bill for a different room and no points for even that room. After a week of the manager dodging me I got hold of her, she said yeah something seems funny call back tomorrow.

The delux suite was excellent. The rome was clean, service was fine and I had an enjoyable stay.

I'm a regular at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, and has been since my very first visit. That is a big part of why they continue to get my business. The room is always clean and well appointed. Rooms also seem to be well insulated to keep out any noise from the outside world.
