A very nice place to stay. Had to take a room next to the laundry room but that didn't bother us any. If we are working in Coffeyville and don't want to drive to Pittsburgh to stay at super 8 then we will definitely stay here again.

Was a very nice location, room was great and very clean. Pool and hot tub was wonderful!

My wife and I have stayed here a few times now and love it. The staff is always professional and the amenities are much better than most hotels at this price point. The pool and hot tub area are very nice as well. The three times we have stayed, the rooms were clean and in good shape. The restaurant (which is only accessable if you stay at the hotel or work for the railroad) is a short walk away from the hotel and is excellent.

Very clean. Indoor pool has a small waterfall. Hot tub is nice after a long day in the car. No breakfast, but there is a diner next door. Very helpful and friendly check-in. Would stay here again. Only complaint is bathroom is very small.

Nice hotel unfortunately hot tub was under renovation and pools heater was broke so water was very very cold. They have a restaurant across from hotel would of been nicer to have been inside it or attached instead of having to get out and go across the street for it. Good food at the restaurant tho.

Not bad. I really expected something worse. But this place went above and beyond. Great staff. Rooms are spacious and clean refrigerator and microwave in room. It's like a diamond in the rough. Or a diamond in the country if you will.

El hotel tenía buena presentación, olía muy bien, el cuarto muy limpio, p pero, a las 10 pm el toilet tenía una fuga de agua llame al recepcionista mando a alguien medio reviso agarro una toalla del mismo baño la tiro al piso y asunto arreglado a la mañana siguiente había agua hasta la carpeta, habías ala recepcionista espero aunque sea un descuento, dijo por lo menos.

It's fairly nice, prices are decent, staff was friendly and courteous. The beds are comfortable, bathroom was TINY, the pool is filled with ice water though, no seriously the pool is like 65 degrees, the hot tub is nice and hot though, bathroom vent didn't work, tub drain was broken and drain was full of hair. The next door restaurant has good prices, we didn't eat there this go around maybe next time thougg. It's 45 degrees outside thermostat is set on 60 and it's hot in the room. (didn't turn air on though). All in all I'd stay again, unless I want a swimable pool, the pool here isn't doable.

Very cute place! Very accommodating staff! Will stay here again for sure! Right outside of the city square. Diner next door you can walk to. Love the pool and jacuzzi. Updated.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. It came with a mini fridge & microwave. The room was very clean. My grand kids loved the indoor pool area. Great rates. Staff very friendly. Would stay again.

Typically I do no wright these at all and ive put off doing this one, due to the fact I was so mad! I stayed here for 5 day I believe, cause my nephew was born, everthing was very nice. The room was clean, beds where comfy the other guest where friendly. The issue I had though was that I took a shower and after I got out, I was getting read when someone walked in my room! They unlocked the door walked saw me in a towl then walked out, after he walked out someone els walked in my room completely then walk out, while the other man is telling him someone is in there! I locked the door everyway possible (that was locked when they came in. ) I got dressed and my man and I went to the frount desk. We explained what happened to the lady working the desk and all she could tell me was that it was not her problem and proceed to get an attude with me. When two people unlock the door and walk in a guest's room it is your problem miss. I was going to stay there for fair week but after this I do not think I will stay again!

Bathroom was small, the exhaust in there didn't work. But overall good hotel for such a small town. The attedant lady was very nice.

Over booked, did not get reserved room, a $10.00 comp was all that was provided for the reduced room… Crappy coffee! Bed was comfy.

This hotel is centrally located in Coffeyville. I left to go to the Chinese restaurant, get a pizza, and swing by the liquor store for some beers-the whole trip took me 15-20 minutes. I could have skipped the whole thing though, because they HAVE ROOM SERVICE. I will definitely partake next time. Large pizza for under $10. Recently updated, good bathrooms, and parking lot easy to drive around in.

Nice clean hotel with a beautiful pool and hot tub kinda pricey though.

Great stay! Very clean room and friendly service. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Have stayed at hotels for much more… that weren't as clean or comfortable.

Hotel is decent for area but they need to work on details. No TV remote in room and when we got a remote it quit working. 3 stars is too low but not sure 4 stars appropriate either. I'll give them 3.5
