I'd stay here again. Only thing do better on breakfast. Need it hot.

Great hotel staff and very friendly especially Ginger, Mikey and mary! The beds are super comfortable and room was very clean. The hot breakfast is great with several choices (biscuits and gravy were awesome and fresh). We really enjoyed our stay. The staffs patience is exceptional! A group/family reunion of people that stayed at hotel when we were there were very rude to staff, disrespectful, nasty and had no common courtesy for other hotel guests and my heart goes out to staff that had to deal with it. This is a great hotel!

The hotel was clean except we had ants in our room and they switched us to a smaller room, beds was good and most of the staff was awesome. But the front desk was definitely understaffed. The lady who did breakfast didn’t fill it and closed the breakfast for 30 minutes on Saturday and was very rude that morning when being told that something was empty and just stood there. We had a family reunion and was told that we could sit in the lobby until 11 and gather there last year when my cousin toured it to fine a hotel to hold. I’m sure we was getting loud but instead of telling us that we were too loud they called the cops about a fist fight that never happened and screaming (same kitchen lady) at us that they was going to kick us out at around 830 pm. So they called in a false police report. My cousin who puts on parties for a living informed them last year that there would be around 35 rooms and that we would be socializing in the evening. They told us that they would accommodate for us for a creamer price than next door. We should of stayed next door. If your staying and has 1 room it would work but the conference room is small and dinning is also. Not good got a family reunion.

Very clean facility and staff is friendly. Also the breakfast is good. There is a lot to choose from. The beds are so comfortable!

Nice new hotel with big clean and comfortable rooms. All the main areas of the hotel were clean and kept up well. There's not a lot in Coffeyville, but it's close enough to everything there to be convenient. If you're in the area, this is a good place to stay.

Cara is awesome! Made my family feel right at home, even made us fresh cookies!

This place has been great. It's clean, has big rooms, a salt water pool open 7am to 11pm and a work out room open 24/7. The employees are very friendly. There complementary breakfast is very good. My family and I have been here since the 5th and will leave on the 11th and it has been great. I don't have a single complaint.

Stayed here during a very hectic and emotional time in my life. The staff was kind, courteous, and compassionate to our situation. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

Nice hotel. My room was not ready when I checked in, front desk and housekeeping were very nice, they got it ready pretty quick. Wi-Fi was not very good in my room, but I could use Ethernet, and that worked good. Shower pressure was good.

Nice hotel. It was a bit strange to see a tip envelope right there on the bed. The people were nice and the room was clean. If I go back to coffeville I am sure I will be staying at this hotel.

Nice and clean new hotel. We stayed on the first floor and didn't hear anyone around us on a Saturday night. The room sounded hollow but the bed was soft which was a relief. The shower and bathroom was spacious. There was a little area to purchase cold drinks, chips, candy and a few health products.

Home away from home,, it was so clean,, and oh so quiet,, this will definitely be our place to stay from now on, so friendly staff. And the best part the price,, very reasonable with it being a new place.

The mattress and pillows were amazing. The room was spotless. Impressive. When walking in my brothers name was on the board. He's a member of something important I guess. The breakfast was really good. I've never seen a pancake machine before. The only problem I had was we were supposedly called in for a noise complaint and we weren't being noisy at all. Our TV was low and all we were doing was opening gifts and eating snacks. A great place to stay on Christmas Eve.
