5 stars. They are the best as far as I'm concerned. They are a clean environment and they worked with my daughter when she paid cash and we DID NOT have to have a 200$ deposit upon our room cost unlike the one next door.

Great hotel, the staff was excellent! Breakfast was good and there was plenty of it.

Never have stayed in a Best Western before but in this area it was the only major brand I recognized. Had a wonderful breakfast, pool and hot tub that didn't smell overly like clorine, and high speed internet. Comingfrom Texas and staying in Kansas, we didn't know any of the local places. Colton at the front desk was extremely sweet and helpful. The staff at breakfast was also kind and accommodating. Overall great hotel to stay in. So nice in fact we decided to stay in another Best Western the following night in Missouri.

The breakfast was delicious! The gravy was tasty and not watery, which many times at other places it is. The manager was very nice when we found out the reservation had been set for the next weekend (I clicked on the correct date online, but it changed for the next weekend. I should have double checked. ) Thank you for everything!

Really great staff, very nice rooms very good breakfast and I enjoyed the hot tub.

When we arrived we were met at the Front Desk by an very nice young man named Colten. The room was nice, had plenty of room for one adult and three children. Breakfast was amazing for a hotel. We would definitely recommend BW Bricktown Lodge to anyone who visits Coffeyville, KS.

It was ok, price and taxes are a joke. Breakfast could be better, and walls could be thicker. Overall it was ok.

When we arrived we were met at the Front Desk by an very nice lady named Laurinda. She made sure the children and I had plenty of towels and etc… She ask if we needed extra pillows for the pull out couch in the Suite. Our stay was very pleasant. The children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was amazing for a hotel. We would definitely recommend BW Bricktown Lodge to anyone who visits Coffeyville, KS.

Hotel is old. Bathrooms are updated. Breakfast is okay as far as hotel breakfasts go. Price is good for the value.

While the Bricktown isnt anything to look at on the outside, the inside and room was very clean and well maintained. We came to let the kids swim for the night. The pool is smallish but to me that is a plus with our young kids. They loved playing in it and the water was sufficently warm for the cool weather outside. The hot tub was the perfect temp! The front desk clerk was friendly and made us feel welcome. We will be back.

Great room. Awesome breakfast. We worked nights and slept days so room service adapted to our needs and was superb service. Great staff.

I make it a point to stay at the Best Western Bricktown Lodge in Coffeyville, Ks. When I am in town. The employees are pleasant & professional. The rooms are comfortable & clean. The breakfast is one of the best I have experienced at any motel/hotel.

You just have to watch your card you put on file because they apply charges when using reward points but it's a nice place.

Excellent place to stay, very clean, made our reservation online. Easy check in front desk was awesome. Pool room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Most definitely will come back. Deserves a 10 star.

The room and bed were both quite comfortable. The hot breakfast was better than those included at most motels and even changes some items from day to day.
