Friendly staff and nice rooms. I love the room layout. I am here for a 3 week stay. The TV has Netflix, Hulu and HBO. There are lots of options for did in the area and a Publix just up the street.

The room was dated with no outlets near the bed and worn carpet. The room was clean enough and breakfast was very good. The gym and pool were also average but at least the staff we met were very pleasant.

Staff was nice, and location was close to the interstate highway, and lots of food places nearby. Comfy beds and room.

It was very good we just visited family staying there but every thing seemed to be very nice I will recommend it to others to stay at.

My family and I were so excited to take my 5 year old, Savannah to Savannah to begin our vacation in Orlando. We booked two room at the Residence Inn months in advance and completed mobile checking as we would arrive in the middle of the night. Due to traffic and many unexpected stops of traveling with kids, we did not arrive until 3:00am. When we arrived, the front desk clerk was completing the night audit. We waited for 25 mins to be given a key to one room. My husband and two children suggested that my mom and sis in law along with her children to go to room that was ready. After another hour of waiting for room key, I decided to take my girls to the room with my mom. After another 30 mins. My husband and I were told we could go to the sister property (Home 2) next door and they would comp the room. We finally were given a key after I asked twice at 11 am the next day. Once I layed down and showered my children and myself I asked if they could clean the room again. I was told that they would bring towels. Well, after touring the city all day, I arrived back to the room to find that my room had not been touched and they did not even replace the towels. I also found a bug in the kitchen. I will never stay here again and be subjected to such poor customer service and lack of care for families. The room my mother was in smelled of crab and seafood and the bed was never maid from the first night.

Been waiting 35 minutes to check in as they haven’t cleaned rooms yet. I stay over 200 nights a year and the staff working on 6/14/18 at 6:10pm seem indifferent to the situation. Didn’t even offer water or any thing else while 3 different customers wait.

Rooms were nice and clean, the two ladies at check in was great. Their customer service was truly genuine. They made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good but the front desk supervisor was beyond obnoxious. She was dealing with a customer on the phone and we heard her all over in the breakfast area. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Amazing! I was in a hotel for a week and then decided to go with Residence for the last night. Wish I had stayed there the whole time. Amazing! The room is basically a small apartment and the beds were so comfortable and the pillows were full and fluffy! If I have to stay anywhere more than a couple days I'm only going with Residence from here on out. Life changing.

New hotel, nice size rooms, free shuttle to airport. Came here St Patty’s weekend but for a family wedding. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everyone we came in contact with always said hello and asked if there was something they could do for us. A special thanks to Dorothy and the front desk team for checking us in early and helping us out.

I am on the road 21 days a month and always stay at a Residence Inn because they are usually true to the brand, clean rooms, clean facility, the team members are friendly and it's usually consistent regardless of the region of the country I'm in… not this location. After checking in I noticed the dishes were still dirty and were in the cabinets, there was long hair in the bed sheets, the floor of the shower was filthy, the cabinets were sticky… I wrote 4 pages of issues and provided to the front desk the next day. I spoke briefly with the housekeeping super and was assured it would be taken care of. I returned to the room about 10 hours later to find 2 of the items were addressed. Outside in the courtyard area, several lights were out, more out than working and still not very clean. One morning I was in the rear parking lot getting some things out of my car when about 5 team members came out on break and began venting to each other about how horrible their supers were and how poorly they have been spoken to in front of others and treated by the new manager. This was 2 weeks into my stay and I had assumed they were without a manager due to one, the condition of the hotel and two because this is the only one I've stayed at that the manager did not make it their priority to greet and speak with their guests daily. Only two of the team members spoke during the 3 week stay there, the others would speak but only after I spoke to them… again, not at all their brand.

The rooms are comfortable and the place is nice but lacking a little more cleanliness in the shower area.

Very nice room — spacious for 5 and modern decor. Quiet, although lots of families on a Saturday night. A little short staffed for check-in and keeping the lobby restrooms stocked with supplies. Breakfast included.

Nice room. Great layout, clean. We had the king studio. Check-in was quick and easy, staff was efficient and pleasant. Unfortunately, breakfast was a bust. Understaffed, food was cold, no silverware or napkins. Sucks when you want to eat and get back on the road. That was the only glitch. Could of been an anomaly. I would definitely give them a second try if we stop in Pooler again.

It was good. Nice room. Nice heating system. Clean. Decent breakfast choices. The reason for 4 stars is primarily because the sheets for the sofa-bed had not been changed, as they were still crumpled in a bag. When we tried to use the room phone to call housekeeping, we realized that the phone didn't work. The sheets were immediately replaced once we stopped at the front desk. I would give 4.5.

The staff is excellent and the breakfast is very comforting. I loved staying here when I'm in town.

Great rooms that are clean and spacious (includes a kitchen and living area) with a reasonable rate. $100 nonrefundable pet fee. If you have pets, they have a lot of room to walk them. The beds are fairly comfortable, but not the best. Breakfast (Greek yogurt, fruit, cereal, eggs, sausage, etc. ) is included. I think my favorite thing about this hotel was the location — around shopping centers and a bunch of places to eat, which makes for an easy and convenient stop.

Very dirty! The floors had hair on them, the microwave was dirty. No soap to wash the dirty dishes that were in cupboard— yes dirty! Went to get snacks and they were out of everything! We had to go to Publix to get food or snack? They didn’t even have water when we went down. So bad and I do not recommend.

First of all it was located in am awesome spot near tons of shopping and eating… it's decorated modernly with a great continental breakfast that is open longer than most hotels… there were lots of sleeping accommodations in the room as well… and all the amenities were in working condition!

Comfortable, contemporary extended stay rooms. Every single member of the staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Convenient to outlet mall, many dining options. Bonus: in-hotel bar between 6-10 PM.

Everything was great except the breakfast went fast and they didn't replenish much or any of the food, even with an hour left. There was still some to eat but not much variety at that point. Overall, I was happy with the experience though.

The best complementary breakfast of any hotel I've been to. Large, contemporary rooms, great amenities, and even had a small kitchen area in the room. Only problem was the directions to the ice machine on the first floor according to the wall signs are wrong, do I ended up walking up and down a hallway a few times before finding it in a different hallway.

Ms. Liz welcomed my family and I quickly tonight and made us feel so welcome after a long road trip with 3 children. When my children and husband came in, I introduced them and they all just took to her right away. I was impressed that she asked me first whether we celebrated Easter — and then invited us to come down in 30 minutes after settling in to do an Egg hunt with prizes that were perfect for my little boys. What a huge hit and unexpected surprise! This was such a relaxing way to let us get our wiggles out after a long day and a fantastic start to our Spring Break. She even made the boys kid-size frozen slushes that were just enough to stay their appetite before we stepped out for dinner. Before all that, my husband was able to grab a beer and bring me up a cocktail from the in-house bar to the awesomely decked out room with sofa, desk, power strip, full fridge, kitchen cabinets and counter space o'plenty. I am happy to recommend this wonderful hidden gem full of great people. We've stayed in Savannah several times, but this stay will be a forever memory and our new spot in GA. Thank you, Ms. Liz!

Newer hotel in a good location to visit Savannah and Hilton Head. Rooms are standard for this generation Residence Inn. Staff nice. Room maintenance has much to be desired. Ants in the bathroom along with someone else's hair (I didn't complain, just will inform on check out). The loudest air conditioning I have ever heard. I am a platinum elite member, but no arrival gift that I would normally get. I stay in Marriott properties over 100 nights a year, and this is not one of the better ones. I would stay again if there are not openings elsewhere. Not the worst, but not the best either.

Good location and very nice room! The work area here was very useful and had a great window view. Comfortable and clean.

I stay at a LOT of Marriott facilities. This one is 1 year old and in nice shape with very friendly and accommodating staff however there were several issues. -My room toilet ran constantly until I adjusted the float. -The kitchen in each room has tile and large wooden chairs that screech and clunk from any adjacent room. -2 of the 4 washing machines were broken over the entire 3 week period I stayed. -Handles on the furniture were loose. -I could easily hear conversations on the other side of the bed wall. -workout room clock battery was dead the entire time. I removed it and took the battery out and laid it on a bench. Still no resolution at this time. -Room TV's auto-dim to the point where I had to light up the room to make the TV viewable. No adjustment available apparently. Food was fantastic and rooms were clean. Staff was great.

Had an amazing stay. Amazing rooms and amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants. Full refrigerator and kitchenette. I especially like being able to cook a steak on the grill in the courtyard. My new home when I work in Savanah.

I've been staying here for four months now — — and I'm a die hard Hilton member! I travel for work and I'm sick of restaurants, so having the Publix nearby is awesome. You have to wash your dishes when you check in, but you cannot beat having a residential kitchen in your room. It is usually very quiet at night, but I'm coming up on my first travel season, so the loud families with tired kids may be just around the corner. So far so good!

Amazing place! Had never stayed in this brand nefore, but loved the bedrooms. Each came with 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed and a kitchen (fridge and microwave). Definitely will stay at this brand of hotel again.

Beautiful interior, pet friendly, and comfortable beds. The exterior grounds were a bit hard to walk the dog around though; the grass was way over saturated and extremely muddy, and yet the sprinklers were still going.

First off, this hotel is very hard to find. I spent forty five minutes circling the area in heavy traffic before I figured out where it was (it was not showing up on my GPS). Second, the entrance of the hotel looks like what most hotels would use as the back end. Pro tip: When you see the pool, you're at the front entrance. This is a very new Residence Inn and if this design is how things are going to go in the future, I'll think twice about staying in these newer hotels. The rooms are smaller than the old Residence Inn. I can live with that, I suppose, but I really appreciate a good hot bath after spending a day walking around … the new hotel has showers only.

The accomodations were great. Everyone was very attentive to our needs. The studio type room is available, and the bathroom had a modern look with cool lighting, and a glass panel, walk-in shower.
