Peaceful, nice hospitality, only recommendation is a cookie a day per guest lol. Time was well spent.

I’ve worked here for 2 years give or take. The staff are so friendly and professional in all departments. We take major precautions with following social distancing, masks, sanitizer, and sterilization of rooms.
Fortunately, during covid we have been able to keep our restaurant and bar open. We have cooked to order breakfast, dinner, and bar. You are welcome to dine in or take out. Mon-fri we have happy hour from 5-7 which includes; drafts, well drinks, and select wines.
You may think I’m bias because I work here but, on several occasions I have recommended this hotel to family, friends, and strangers. Due to how confident I am their every need will be accommodated to.
I have also, stayed at this location a few times myself. Highly recommend!

Room was very clean. Beds are cozy and comfortable. Everything in the room was in great working condition.

Staff had a bad attitude. We waited for our room for 30 minutes when we first arrived because it wasn't clean. 18 dollars for a subpar breakfast bar. Marble slab beds. Ac barely works. stay at the marriott down the road. They have better and cheaper services.

When we reserved the room, we were not informed that breakfast was not included, as it is at most highway hotels. At $18 + tax per person for a basic buffet, it certainly was not worth the extra cost. After we were unceremoniously awakened by a kitchen-caused fire alarm early in the morning, we requested free breakfast for the inconvenience. The receptionist on duty (Brandon) denied our request, on the basis that breakfast for 5 would amount to about $100, and could only offer "points. " I explained that, since the breakfast probably only cost Doubletree about $5 pp, it would be a small price to pay for customer satisfaction. At any rate, they have lost 5 potentially loyal customers.

Beautiful room. Accommodated my family very well. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through. The water and cookies as welcome were a nice gesture.

There DoubleTree is a beautiful hotel for events. We attended a school function that the staff was very attentive to. The bar and restaurant area was right outside the conference room serving a full menu and full bar. The staff at the bar area was very helpful providing water and other drinks for use and several children. There is also a business area that includes computers, wired network/LAN jacks, and printers. They have a small selection of candies, sandwiches, chips, drinks, and fruits behind the counter for sale to guests. There is also a nice pool and fitness room.

There is only one thing I require in a hotel room… a clean room. The room was noticeably dirty upon arrival. Bathroom sink and counters gross. Mystery spill drops on bathroom floor. Soap build up in soap dish in shower. Desk sticky with crumbs. All counter tops obviously not whipped down. Small liquor bottle in sofa bed. No pillow/blanket/sheet for sofa bed. Something spilled in closet on the safe. Asked for a new/clean room, but the hotel was sold out. Manager was nice and professional. Immediately had two men "clean" the room. Only improvements were to the bathroom sink. The rest of the room was well below Hilton standards. Would not stay here again!

This place is NASTY. The health department needs to shut it down. Management was notified and nothing at all was done. Poor representation of the Hilton brand, although I’m silver and soon to be gold with HHonors; Marriott is looking better all the time.

We had a wonderful stay. Room was beautiful and clean. We didn't have a chance to eat in the restaurant but the breakfast smelled amazing!

Room was nice but a lot of dust, also Keurig machine looks as if it has not been cleaned in some time.

For a Double Tree this is a disgrace. Poor management. Waited twice for room past 3:00. Being an Honors member makes no difference here. Observed a senior lady trying to get the shuttle to the airport the next morning for her flight. Told there was no shuttle. She wanted to leave at 4:30. She was very frustrated trying to contact Uber or taxi. Pool and hot tub were not clean. Out of the three night stay our room was not cleaned and one day beds were not made or towels picked up. We were told by House keeping the second morning that they apologized for the long check in wait but they had only two people to clean and would make it up to us. This was the day we had no house keeping service. Location is great but there are many other hotels at same location. Will be very leary of Double Trees in the future.

Newer hotel in the many near the Savannah Airport! Very clean, the staff was accommodating, the hotel has a 24hr indoor pool, and there is also a restaurant/bar area. We were welcomed with Coca Cola products and the delicious Doubletree chocolate chip cookies! We come to the Pooler area at least once a quarter and will definitely visit Thia hotel agaimv.

Customer service was great. Rooms are comfortable. Convenient location. Shuttle service with 5 mile radius very convenient.

Needed to be dusted. I immediately started sneezing and about 2 hours after I left I was fine. It looked like they had done a renovation but not finished with some of the details… like painting doorjams, the outlets didn't work, the shower curtain was torn in 3 places.

Visited a friend. Everything was nice. Nice customer service. Very accommodating.

Nice hotel near a wooded area. It is on the east side of the interstate, opposite side from the mall and strip malls, so it traffic and noise aren't bad. The rooms are neat. Good size with a separate work/ living area out away from the sleeping area. The doors are compatible with the "send your key to your phone" option. There are two nearby gas stations, which h makes refueling and getting back on the road easier.

Great rooms, very fancy. Loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was great and very helpful. Great because there's a restaurant here, so no need to leave after arriving for the night. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff is ALWAYS amazing! So friendly and they always go above and beyond. One of our favorite hotel's in Savannah!

We made a reservation by phone from the car on Friday night and were not informed that our card would be charged $240 regardless if we stay or not. Arrived 15 minutes later and were greeted by an unpleasant lady at the dirty front desk (the door to the maintenance room was wide open and the filth there was disgusting). No good evening no hi but loud "next" instead. My mom has Parkinson's, so we asked to see the room. A man, nice at first, took us there. There was dirt in every corner on the way and heavy smell of chemicals, so we decided not to take the room. Despite obvious flow of customers (they would sell our room anyway), a man with the director badge refused to work with us and cancel our reservation without charging us. We left anyway and went to a different hotel next door where had a really nice experience. Hilton family should check out this Double Tree — it is a shame… Customer service is a must in hotel business, but if the director has no basic skills, one should not expect them from his staff… Go somewhere else if you can. Less $$, nicer people and you will get free breakfast…

Hotel undergoing a renovation in the lobby when I stayed, but my room was clearly finished. Beautiful room in a convenient location.

Room was spacious and clean. Check-in was quick. Wish they didn't put nuts in the cookies though.

Fairly nice room but not worth the price. Could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and it took me at least an hour to get the TV to work.

Nice and quiet. Easy access to main road. Close to airport. Close to everything, food, shopping, etc.

Standard double tree. Room was spacious and pull out couch was a bonus room was device by wall from sleeping and living area. Hot tub was small no more that 4 could be in it. Pool also small but both are indoors and heated. Close to airport and close to many shopping and dinning businesses.

When The Fairfield Inn gave away my room, they reserved one for me at the Double Tree. I received a warm delicious cookie when I checked in. My suite on the 4th floor, was fully equipped with a Keurig, mini fridge, sofa and big screen TV. In the bedroom, there was another TV, and the bed was super comfortable.

Not what I would expect from Hilton family. Sent to a room with wet paint signs posted and wide open door. Called front desk and was told I need to come back to front desk with luggage in tow. Assigned new room on same floor in same corridor so back up we go. TV in room has connections unplugged, one remote has no batteries and the other will not control the volume of either TV. External media hookup built into the wall is really just for show after looking inside bedside closet reveals that the hookup has no route to the TV and no cables any way. Called the night manager to ask about a remedy and they were clueless. Remind me why I'm a Hilton Honors member again please.

We have enjoyed our stay so far. The rooms are clean and well stocked. There is a mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave in our room and two flat screen televisions. We have loved the friendly service, welcoming staff, and fantastic amenities; a lovely pool, hot tub, and gym. We would highly recommend the Double Tree, however, our only complaint is there isn't a continental breakfast, but we can look past that with all of the other perks… free, warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in anyone?

Male front desk employee greets only certain ethnic groups with a smile. He would barely speak or look up at me during check in process. Hotel did not furnish toilet paper. How do you forget that? I actually had to request it, since there was not any at all in the room. No apologies. Female front desk at check out was pleasant and friendly. Promised additional points for inconvenience, but hotel never delivered.

This was a great place to stay. It was father from the beach than I realized, but that is no fault of theirs. Hotel was clean and quiet. Room was large with separate sitting space and large bathroom. We had a fantastic time!

This was a great hotel. From the lobby to the rooms everything felt new, which to me also feels clean. Rooms were a nice size. Pretty cool that the TV inputs were in the wall next to the TV and not behind it. Breakfast in the morning was good, made to order eggs. Much better than your standard continental breakfast. Quick trip to the airport and maybe 15 minutes to downtown Savannah. Would recommend.

My friend that was staying next door to me had 6 spiders in their beds. They had to call the front desk to get them to change all the sheets. When I looked at my beds for any bugs, I saw a brown stain in one bed that looked pretty new. I called the front desk, the lady said that she was going to send someone to change the bedding. 30 minutes later No one came to the room. My husband had to walk to the front to let them know. 10 minutes later a lady came to the room and handed my the new bedding. Never in my life have I had someone hand me bedding to change myself at a hotel when it is their responsibility to make sure all the bedding is washed. Now my son has bug bites on his legs that I noticed when he woke up. I will never be at a double tree again.

Excellent location and lovely property. Rooms were laid out very well with all the modern amenities. However, floor was dirty and shelves in bathroom were dusty. Breakfast buffet had many choices but biscuits, gravy, potatoes and bacon were all cold. At least Waffle House would have warm food.

Room had a musty, mildew odor. New minimalist decor looks nice however not very practical. Bathrooms very poorly lighted, make-up/shaving mirror mounted too high, could only see my eyes. Room not dusted well, the coffee maker nice but the dust and hair on the tray holding the coffee & tea, cups and other accoutrements made it unappealing to take advantage of. Shower grab hair poorly located, should be on tile in actual shower area, with my back to the shower spray I slipped and fell because grab bar located at edge of tile near water valves.

The location is great and right next to Tanger outlets. We were on the 2nd floor in a 2 bed suite and it was comfortable, however the AC was a little noisy. The service is also professional.

Two friends and I spent part of our spring break at Double Tree. The best customer service EVER! Every staff member made you feel like you were a member of their team. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Employees could not do enough to see that breakfast was enjoyable. Rooms were large and clean. Hallways were quiet at night, no disturbances, did not hear noise from adjoining rooms and even though we were near the Savannah airport we did not hear the planes. Awesome stay. Can't wait to stay again.

We were treated very rude by the breakfast staff. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. The walls are paper thin. Could hear children crying all morning as well as running around above us. The toilet did not work properly. Overall our stay was very mediocre. I hope we never stay at a double tree again. Please don't let them put you in room 344!

First of all, the employees are very courteous the suite that we stayed in was very nice clean and well-kept I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was wonderful! Very comfortable beds, and the 24 hour hot tub was lovely after 12 hours in the car.

Excellent. Loved the mini suites, and the fitness room was the best I've seen on this trip. Cookies were a nice touch, too!

Wonderful hotel, clean, modern rooms! It was a bit tough to get in and out of hotel entrance during peak traffic hours.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon this past month. The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating. The rooms are very nice and clean and the hotel (or maybe Hilton in general) is very earth friendly. If I am ever in Savannah I would definitely come back here.

Surprised their average rating was not higher. Desk staff was super helpful, breakfast was delicious, clean spacious suites with microwaves and refrigerators!. I would definitely stay here again. I am a Hilton Honors diamond member (so I have stayed at quite a few Hilton brand hotels) and this was one of my best experiences by far! Only minor problem was that the housekeeper was suuuuper slow and didn't leave me soaps so I had to go downstairs. Other than that it was a great five days in Savannah!

We stayed in December 2014 in room 337. They consider it an "upgrade" room. It had mold around the bathtub/shower caulking. Management said it was an "engineering issue" and thanked us for bringing it to their attention. SERIOUSLY? We will not be back! The Hyatt is right across the street.

This is our second stay at a DoubleTree (first was outside of Chicago; outstanding hotel). This DoubleTree in Savannah was darn near perfect. Service was outstanding. Rooms were approaching immaculate. I can't think of anything I would like changed. Highly recommended.

We were coming from Miami to Charlotte and decided to stop here to continue our trip on the next day. I wasn't expecting much from an airport hotel, located near the highway, but WOW! This hotel was actually much better than the DoubleTree we were staying in Miami (obviously without the view and amenities). The rooms were new, modern and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. We had dinner at the hotel and aside from being the only ones there at 9:30pm, the chef did a fantastic job and we got a super friendly and personal service. It was a great way to end the long day in the road. On the down side, our toilet was completely clogged and we only noticed late at night. I did not wanted to call maintenance at 11:30pm with two kids sleeping, but I got surprised that housekeeping let this slide. You should never deliver a room to a guest with some plumbing issue that is checked in a daily basis. The walls are also thin and we could hear other guests with loud TV and conversation. It did not bother us though, but it may bother other guests. If you are staying here to go to downtown Savannah, it is kind of far but not that much (25 minutes drive).
