Wonderful people who make your stay enjoyable. Room was clean and comfortable. Make sure you eat dinner there. The grilled chicken is to die for. Would definitely recommend and will stay there in the future.

The rooms were spacious and lots of amenities.

You can hear everything from rooms next to you and in the hall. Even with the ac turned all the way down it was to hot to sleep. Was told that’s how they are designed to save money.

I wanted to take the time to say what a great experience we had the other night Thanks to two of your staff members. The front desk was slammed yet Cardellia Carter. Never let it slow her down. She is one of the most courteous and helpful members I have ever had at a Hilton. While doing laundry, taking orders, running the bar and covering the front desk she never let it get to her and made each guest feel special and welcomed delivering everyone’s food order to them at the table even though it was supposed to be pick up with a smile on her face. She was literally doing five people’s job. We were exhausted and did not feel like going back out for food and Grace in the kitchen made us a wonderful meal that tasted delicious even on the limited menu and helping us make sure we took care of my daughters gluten-free needs.

The place is nice and clean. It is not far from the main town.

Got here after flying from South Korea and everything was just what I was needing. Great customer service, breakfast area, the rooms are fantastic, and a black out curtain to where I can get back onto the east coast time zone.

The staff is excellent the food is fabulous I would highly recommend.

I was a host for the "Dinner Detective " show there and had a blast! The staff at the Hilton were top notch to work with and made sure I and the rest of the cast had everything we needed to have a successful show!

I stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The front desk staff was 3pleasant and friendly. They accommodate my kids, and they had a good time. Their breakfast staff was great.

Really close to the airport. Recently refurbished, the rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful, which also makes a big difference when starting for several days in a row, as I usually do. Highly recommended.

No concerns. The hotel is neat and quiet. Ordered dining in-room. Reasonable time for waiting. Smothered chicken is uberdelicios.

Located back off of the main road the hotel was situated on a quiet dead end road right next to a small lake. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a special parking requirement with a truck and trailer and they quickly helped us a solution. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was available in the hotel. Room rates were comparative with other hotels in the area.

Nice hotel and clean, but the only thing is is you have to pay for breakfast. They don't have free continental breakfast. But the hotel is nice. Nice customer service.

We paid $500 for a 3 night stay. This would have been fine IF the amenities were worth it. We had what looked like a 32 inch TV, dogs were in the swimming pool (which is fine IF you’re at home), the snacks were EXTREMELY expensive and the room attendant (cleaner) we had decided her phone calls were more important than listening to us. The shower had rust in it and was not as nice as we thought it would be. I would not stay there again. The 2 stars is only because the hotel was near a lot of attractions.

Great hospitality the woman that greated us on arrival was very helpful. Restaurant staff evening and morning we're great. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay.

It was a nice place great breakfast great service nice beds very comfortable. Not many pillows though and breakfast is at 7. Pool is warm and nice only goes to 4 and a half feet. Overall very nice hotel.

The room was fine, the front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was pure chaos. The gentleman cooking was trying hard to keep things moving (and my omelet tasted good) but the rest of the staff was struggling. One stood by the front having a conversation the entire time I was eating disputes her coworkers trying to keep up. One young lady cleared a table for us and was trying her best but this was NOT a good experience at all. Not a repeat for me. Absolutely chaotic!

The room was nice, but our TV did not work. So we had to take everything apart and replug it. Like everyone else the food cost 11.00 at this price it should have been free. All these advertisements about amenities this price should have been noted.

Nice clean hotel, but for the price you'd think they would include some amenities. Plus we had a lovely view of the air conditioner farm on the lobby roof.

The room was very good.

This hotel is amazing at the price point. The staff is great: very helpful. The hotel itself, mainly the lobby, is beautiful. However, the hallways with the rooms are a bit lackluster. The rooms themselves are pretty great. The bathrooms could be improved upon, but nothing sticks out as necessarily bad. The snack pantry is extremely expensive for what you get, with the products marked up in the neighborhood of 125 percent. Nonetheless, this hotel is great and I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel; however, we negotiated a complimentary breakfast buffet for our group rate in advance. When we arrived they refused to honor the breakfast agreement after speaking with multiple hotel representatives. Huge inconvenience…

The staff here is incredible. My friends and I stayed the night, last minute, after our flight home was canceled. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel was also very pretty and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Went for an open call audition for kids ages 4-17. The inside lobby was nice, but very hot inside. The room that everyone had to audition in was also very hot. They had blowers going, but all it was doing was circulating hot air. Would have been a much better experience if the a/c were working.

Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel was very accommodating for all of our needs. Breakfast is $11 per person and the in-house chef will prepare pretty much anything to your liking, so definitely worth the cost. Overall, a great visit with a short drive to downtown Savannah and River Street.

This hotel looks good outside and in lobby area however, my room was aweful. This Hotel do No offer free breakfast. In door restaurant food was sub par. Staff not helpful we waited for our server to assist us when we were the only people in the restaurant and noone was willing to help us resolve any issues we have… I had to call cooperate office for assistance. Please watch your bill I was quoted one price but there were two different prices on my bill. This Hilton Hotel did not impress me and I will NEVER go back or recommend it. I will stick to Hampton Inn and Embassy Suites.

They are having some renovation going on and our floor hallway was a mess. We were greeted with mountain of empty paper boxes outside the elevator when we got to our floor. Thank goodness that we only needed to stay there for a night on our road trip. When we came out of our room the next morning, there were crew of workmen in and out. Not a peaceful, quiet stay I'd have expected. Breakfast is not included which was fine. We paid for the buffet but we were underwelmed. We thought it would be better since one needs to pay for it but it's not as good as other hotel's (like Hyatt next door, we stayed there when we went the other way) included breakfast. The best part was the bed. It was definitely one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

A very nice hotel. Service is good and the staff was helpful. No "vending machines. Small pantry, not very well stocked. Didn't have my favorite drink, like Coke.

Its clean and comfortable, very typical of any Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wasn't there long enough to use the amenities. There are a few places to eat nearby which the shuttle will take you too.

Rude front desk lady that works 3pm to. Whenever. Stayed at several Hilton owned properties and never had an issue. Short staffed at breakfast time.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The property is clean, the rooms are serviced every day, and they come with a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven. This hotel is very close to the Savannah international airport and they have FREE SHUTTLE service to and from the airport, all it takes is a call to the front desk and they will set it up for you. This hotel is also very conveniently located to dozens of off property restaurants, BUT, they do have a restaurant in the hotel, if you would rather dine in. Lots of stores to choose from, if you want to go shopping, around the area. Only 16 minutes to historical Downtown Savannah by car and the museum of The Mighty 8th Air Force only one exit away, on I-95 south. All in all, I rate this as a 5 Star hotel in its category. You won't be disappointed if you stay here for one night, one week or one month.

Everyone is super nice and willing to help. The shuttle service is great. Not only to & from airport, but to restaurants & outlet mall for shopping.

Great location. There's a variety of places to shop and eat near by. Front desk greeted with a smile and was polite. Room was clean.

There is no free breakfast buffet, you have to pay. They do have dinner. You have to pay. We ate dinner here, the food was really good. And so eas the service. The rooms are really clean. Nice atmosphere.

Got in late and was able to get a room quickly and without trouble. Location was easy to get to. Room was clean.

Our flight was cancelled, and so we chose to stay here based on the highest reviews and best pricing. Location is convenient to the airport, the receptionist was very friendly. Rooms are spacious. Everything else, you get what you pay for.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are dated and bathrooms. Upgrades and improvements are desperately needed. Our tub would not drain. It would fill up to our ankles while showering and then take at least an hour to drain. Bed was comfortable. For price and location I expected something a little more elegant. At $147.00 a night, it's grossly overpriced. Overall our stay was ok, not the best.

I must say a huge thanks to the hotel for all of the help during my recent visit. Long story short, my flight was cancelled, I booked a reservation on expedia at an econo lodge that was a huge mistake. When I arrived at the other hotel I told the staff no thank you and would they please call me a cab back to the airport. In the meanwhile, I found a room at this HGI, but the econo lodge couldn't get a cab to come to the neighnorhood I was in. So I waited 2 hours. I then called the HGI and asked could they call a cab and beg them to come and get me out of the horrible situation I was in. And within 7 minutes a cab arrived. This is a very short version of a long and horrible eveing for me. But thanks to the staff at the HGI I made it out of the area safe!

Excellent service by the very friendly staff (front desk, house keeping and everyone). Clean rooms and great location as it's close to the airport, restaurants and outlet mall. I had one issue and they took care of. Special shout out to Morgan O. For being very friendly, professional and such a good host! Hilton u got a great employee here!

The room was nice and I think Hilton properties are the best however I did have issues with my stay Friday night. Thought that if I chose the top floor I would not hear noise above me. That was a bad idea I was up most of the night from very loud kids running up and down the hall, doors slamming Just very disappointed with this site. Told front desk in the early evening and in the morning at checkout. I didn't call during the night because my wife was sleeping and did not want to disturb her. I think in the future I will ask if kids are all over the floor without supervision first. Not sure after paying just under 200 dollars for a room I would stay there again. I have several trips that have to be made to Florida and will choose a different hotel.

I recently celebrated my Faithful 50 Birthday Celebration at this fabulous establishment. They did a spectacular job. Everything was planned accordingly and well organized. I highly recommend this establishment for any and all occasions. Awesome and Amazing group of people!

Very clean room, front counter staff were extremely helpful, and the room staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and asked for. Will definitely be staying here next time we're in Savannah!

Great place to stay. Good location especially since it is only about a mile from Tanger outlet mall. All the staff was very courteous and willing to help make our stay enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee, fruit and afternoon cookies.

Friendly staff, reasonable price. Noticed a few minor cosmetic issues (a leak, some chipped paint, ect) but other than that, everything was excellent.

We stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi tub. It's very nice and updated in the lobby but the rooms were lacking a little. The bathroom was a little dirty. There is no complimentary breakfast but the restaurant is open later than expected.

Hilton Garden Inn by the airport is such a wonderful hotel, clean, friendly and wonderful fast customer service. The night clerk was friendly and fast. I was so thankful for him as I was very tired when I checked in.

Room was clean and the staff was courteous. I only stayed for one night so I can't comment on the amenities.

Rooms were small and in need of a few updates. Bathroom was also in need of a new grout job and calk as it was partially black.

The hotel is very clean. The beds with the dial do not work. Maintenance guy could not figure it out either. He said he guessed it worked. Lady at front desk "Caneda" she is loud and was on her personal cell phone for over an hour answering calls and never hung up with the cell just kept going back to cell. When asked for warm cookies because they were out when we arrived she said she thought they were not making anymore for the night, this was around 7pm. She then called saying to the restaurant, "you not makin anymore cookies tonight right? " They must of told her they would and we waited for apx an hour in lobby for the cookies, that is how I noticed she was on cell phone. Garden Inn is the only Hilton with the dial bed and so In future we will avoid Garden Inn.

Great staff… made me feel welcome to be there… definitely would give 5 stars but the Wi-Fi was terrible.

Staying while in town for business. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Conveniently located as the name implies next to the airport.

Nice staff. Very to airport, planes' noise not a problem. Bathrooms needs upgrade. No complimentary breakfast.

Horrible customer service. Charged my CC for "smoking" in the room without any notification or reason once-soever. Had to wait two days to hear back and another day for the charge to be reversed once disputed. I was actually threatened by one of the managers as well. Terrible. Would never recommend to anyone.

The facility was clean and well equipped. The room was nice. The biggest plus is the staff. From the man working the desk at night (morgan) to the man working in the dining area (Terry), the staff was wonderful and friendly, and they had great attitudes that far surpasses their positions and my expectations. We felt safe, and welcome which is more than you could ask for when traveling. And breakfast was great for a hotel.

We had a couple issues at the hotel. The first night the fire alarm went off at 5 AM, the second day at breakfast the waitress struggled to ring up our breakfast on our card and came back to me the next day saying that she accidentally rang it up as cash, thirdly our room keys didn't work and after going down to the desk three times to get new keys we were told it was most likely the battery on the lock and they called the maintenance man who was at Walmart. About 45 minutes later we were finally let into our room. I think what bothered me the most was on our second to last day at the hotel, we realized that we had to most likely check out a day early due to a family situation. When I spoke with the manager she said that they would need to charge us for half the night stay because housekeeping had already left and they wouldn't be able to turn over the room for the night which I understood. As it turns out we ended up needing the room and when we came back to the room half an hour after checking out, it was in fact cleaned and ready for a new guests. This bothered me because we were told that they weren't going to be able to clean it and that was the reason that they were going to charge us. It just felt dishonest. On the positive side the breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was good. What I say here again? Probably not. Would I recommend it to someone? Probably not.

My wife and I stayed here in Nov 2014 for the Rock N Roll Marathon. The first thing I noticed was how friendly the staff was and 2ndly, how clean and perfect the room was. I am already making plans to stay there again for the same event in 2015. The breakfast the morning after the race was off'the'chain! definitely 5 stars.

We were able to walk in at 3am with no reservation for a super quick check in. The people were so friendly from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were adjustable in their firmness and there was a refrigerator in the room. For a long haul, Florida to New England d trip, this was a perfect stop. They even had toothpaste for us since we forgot ours. Breakfast was not I clyded, but the room rate was $60 less than the Hilton garden inn in Midtown and it was closer to 95. We will stop again. For sure.

Excellent rooms, very clean.

This is a nice hotel. Clean, well equipped rooms and friendly staff. A 5 dollar charge for" full internet" access seems silly though. I didn't bother and pretty much everything that I tried to do on my tablet worked with the free Wi-Fi.

Arrived before noon so room not ready. Other than that nice hotel.

Rooms were nice, fresh. Service was great, host was very helpful and friendly. It was a little expensive but that is partly bc it was labor day weekend. No complementary breakfast. 9.95 for breakfast there.

Lovely from check in to the room quality to the omlet station at breakfast. This is 5 star in my opinion.
