Nice place I would come back again.

Staff was helpful and welcoming. Also assured me as a single female traveler with two dogs to walk at night/early morning, they were watching the cameras and had security patrolling the grounds.

Checking in was a bad start, but after that we had an awesome stay. The room was very clean. Beds well made, slept very well, no bed bugs. The hot breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed making their own waffles and pancakes. The grits were good. Yogurt fruit etc. There was enough options to choose from. I enjoyed the staff as well. Down to earth people and everyone said good morning. Which was nice seeing people do not do that anymore. I would definitely stay again.

My husband and 5 of his friends stayed here for a night be fore going on a fishing trip the next morning. His friend was awakened by being bitten by bed bugs. They had 3 rooms, and the room my husband and his friend were in had bed bugs. They called the front desk, manager came, identified the bugs, apologized and gave them their money back for the stay.
It was truly crazy to get a call from my husband at 3:30 am telling me this. I told him to throw everything in a trash bag even though his bed did not have them. I intend to throw everything away. This is disgusting!

I checked in on Thursday realized that this hotel has no accommodations for the disabled, no elevators, I asked for a bottom floor, the clerk couldn't accommodate me a bottom floor room explained to her I had back surgery a few months ago and issues with my knee, it was like pulling a tooth so I just told her to forget it, I'll just deal with it, dealing with it has me in pain. No cell phone service in the building period. I will never return to the hotel again…

Front desk was friendly, rooms were good sized and clean, beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was great as well.

We were there for a wedding and bed bugs or something ate my daughter up! I showed it to the on-duty manager who didn't seem real sympathetic. I wonder if they'll even treat that room. Currently waiting on a refund which I'm still puzzled as to why it was even processed. Beware of room 171!

Friendly staff. Rooms are a little outdated, but they are clean and comfortable.

We did not want our room to be cleaned and left the do not service sign on our door knob and they came in and cleaned and tossed away all of our food that we were not done with yet! The vending machine took a $1.00 from us and the office did nothing to fix the problem. This place is run down and smells bad. The breakfast bar had a broken waffle machine and the food was terrible. Never book a room here! Stay in all the other places across the street. This place I had hotel staff hang up on me when I called the front desk to make a complaint. Terrible service.

All their workers were so nice and friendly! They have huge hook like breakfast room and the Beat hot breakfast even like pancakes maker was so cool! Room was cleaned and flexible.

My best stay in my vacation this year. Love my room my place and the nreakfast are delecious!

Very nice place to stay. Taylor, the young lady, working the front desk was very helpful. Large clean room, very comfortable, will definitely stay there again.
