Very clean and love that there is a breakfast buffet nice big rooms.

We booked a room and were unable to make it due to sickness, We canceled the room received an email confirming that we canceled it. They not only charged us but they charged us twice. Two different amounts, and when I called they said that we didn't cancel so we had to forward them the email they sent us to prove that we did, so they sent us back one charge (did not receive it yet) and then charged us the full amount for the room we did not go to. I will no longer work with this establishment and recommend that no one ever does.

Ac works perfectly,, room service, spacious room,, food is good, and front desk polite.

Rooms were big, clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical. Bright lights make the parking lot safe, but the curtains are not solid and light shines very brightly into the room. It felt as if we were sleeping in broad daylight. Walls are ultra thin. We woke up to many disturbing noises all night long. No sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. Not even in the closet.

I've used Comfort and Suites McDonough, twice now. And I want to complain about the front staff. They have no customer service what so ever. After checking into my room, and later after leaving. Not once, that I get greeted by anyone that was working at the front desk. Normally when you stay at a hotel room, you are greeted while entering and leaving the hotel. But not once was i. I just want to know if it was a RACE thing. Or if I was good enough to be staying at the hotel.

This Comfort Suites location has the main things that we look for in a hotel. Indoor rooms tops our list for the safety factor. Next we want clean rooms to enjoy our stay. Third our children really want an indoor pool to have a good time. This hotel had all of that plus friendly staff and an okay hot breakfast. The location is close to several dining options and some shopping. It is fairly easy to get to, but out of the way enough to be safe. We will stay here again.

Best hotel I havd been to in a very long time. The staff is very very nice and friendly. The breakfast area is very nice as well. The rooms are very clean and they are really nice. I enjoyed my stay and I would love to go back any day.

I stayed a few days during 4th of July. Mason at the front desk was very nice and professional. My room was ready way before the 2:00 pm check-in and the room was nice and clean. The only issue was the king mattress because it was pretty worn/soft and I am used to a firmer mattress. I found out that they were still up grading (mattresses). The breakfast was good and I especially liked that whirlpool! Overall, I did have a very relaxing stay and would come back again.

I am giving them a 4 because their breakfast was just okay, nothing great. The beds were very comfortable, staff was super attentive and friendly, very clean and affordable for a family of five.

The hotel was very nice. The staff where friendly and nice. The rooms where a good size, beds where comfy, couch with a roll way bed where really comfy, and everything was clean. The only thing was some of the channels stopped working for about 10 minutes but then it worked again. The swimming pool was a great size and the hot tube was really nice. Breakfast was also pretty good they had eggs, bacon, dainish, cereal, yogurt, toast, waffles (original and strawberry), coffee, tea, cranberry, orange, and apple juice. Overall I had a pretty good stay.

Stayed at this hotel due to a family emergency. Dealt with the most rude & inept Curt. Training in customer service is needed for this one. The hotel is in fair condition. The carpet is frayed and separating from wear and tear or poor installation on the 2nd floor. I tripped because of the difference in levels. With so many brand new hotels on the area, I wish I’d given my business to another establishment. I called the next day to speak to a manger about my experience with Curt, he answered and was more rude than he was the day before. I filed a formal complaint with Choice hotels. The general manager falsely stated to the Customer Service Dept that my complaint had been resolved via email. Guess what? I have yet to receive an email from the GM or any representative from this hotel. I hope the owner reads this review. I need a proper resolution! My family and I went to this hotel and everything was decent the room wasn’t cleaned and that was the least to our worries. The staff wasn’t rude but not welcoming either. We went to take a swim and noticed that there was bugs all over the pool area dead and some still moving. We thought maybe it was water bugs but as we approached the bugs we saw they were roaches. We immediately left the pool to check the room and saw some in the hallway and we shook off all of our bags and clothes. We told the manager about it and he responded as if he already knew they had a roach problem. We left immediately. Paying over $100 a night to live with bugs? No!

This place is the best, the front desk manager is absolutely just a pro at her job. When I got there to check into my room, the lobby was very busy, but Ms. Crystal was taking care of everyone so efficiently *even though it was obviously very busy due to baseball tournaments that week* The line finally dwindled and came to down to me, she was very friendly and apologized about the short wait. She got me in my room and everything set up in no time! Crystal was truly a great face for the establish and helped make my stay here much more enjoyable. Thanks!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, between the courteous staff that obviously care about their job and the cleanliness and great upkeep. Benson and Nichole were the most attentive and genuinely happy, friendly people that I've ever encountered at a hotel. I come to Atlanta every year around this time and will ALWAYS choose this hotel from now on. Fantastic staff, clean and good hot breakfast.

Clean, spacious room. Free wireless internet. Parking lot is well lit. Fridge and microwave in the unit. Many restaurants (a lot are fast food) all around. Some rips in the couch and light bulbs are a little dim. Not bad of a place at all. I would stay here again.

Bunch of us from Augusta came down for a car show. The hotel was great. The night time guy was cool and didnt mind us in the parking lot. Rooms where clean. Breakfast was hot. Definitely will stay again.

TV service in the room I'm staying in is very sub par. It's not in HD and is still analog based. Other than that very nice stay, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Location was good, my wife and I were looking for something close to Atlanta Motor Speedway. Room had been updated and was clean. Front desk operator was very kind while checking us in.

Crystal at front desk is awesome. It is very clean. Rest of staff are amazing as well. Highly recommend. We had a bday party and they were very accommodating and tolerant of 9 kids being kids.

Could have used more vacuuming in the halls. Good breakfast but long wait because only one waffle maker. Staff friendly and nice hotel for the price.

The rooms is CLEAN, everything in perfect condition, the matress super comfy. The staff are so friendly, front desk always with a smile. Housekeeping friendly too. I'm so impressed with the breakfast. For my next trip to Georgia I'm stay again in the same hotel. 100% recommend.

We landed at hotel in the early evening after about a 6 hour drive. The woman who greeted us was friendly, helpful and very efficient. We were happy with our room and especially the bed. The breakfast was "fine" but the women working the breakfast were very good. Our disappointment only came after we noticed they had charged us an additional 75.00. When I called they said the charge was for the elevator lights. I laughed and told them I never purchased elevator lights. The woman quickly told me I did not purchase them… I had stolen them! She put me on hold and spoke to a supervisor and then informed us they had proof. We had left the lights in the room! I was then told they would not remove the charge and if I wanted it removed I would need to take it up with my credit card company. Although the charge has now been reversed it was only after I got the corporate office involved… very nice hotel but watch your credit card…

I had become a customer that avoided Comfort Inn and Suites due to some disappointing stays. In this case, it was a last minute booking on a 'blind site' that sounds a lot like shot fire. I made the booking based on a very strong customer review rating, and the hotel didn't disappoint. For example, one of the tricks I've run into with CI&S properties in the past was 'whatever room the customer asks for, it's an extra charge'. Since you aren't permitted to select a room type (in this case), then if I arrive at the hotel, and need two beds, they say "sorry, that rate is only for a king". Or if you ask for a king, the answer is "sorry that rate is only for doubles". None of that here. Everything about check in was smooth, speedy and helpful. My room (407) was in exceptionally good condition, and very well appointed. The AC was a little noisy, but I usually resolve that by just putting the fan on full time (which worked in this case). The furnishings were first rate and while not new, they were in very good condition. After looking around a good bit, I finally found something that wasn't 'sparkling". I'll include photos, but the showerhead itself had some hard water stains. Otherwise 100% of the brightwork was spotless. It's rare that I can't spot just a little bit of mold or mildew on shower grout, but not here. Very well done. My sleep was restful to the point I almost missed breakfast (I still say 9:00 am is too early to shut it off).

I absolutely love comfort suites, including this location! I haven't ran across anything I could complain about. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. The place was quiet and cozy even though the parking lot seemed to be full. I didn't get to go down to the indoor pool, but I did see plenty of people having a blast in there. Being tired on the road, after driving for 9 straight hours. We decided to stay in a hotel. We arrived here at the Comfort Suites and was really impressed with the room, it was very spacious, clean, (no bed bugs) and up to date. We did not have a reservation, just showed up and they had availability. Looking for a good place to eat, there are many choices to choose from that was close to the hotel. Defiantly affordable, and they offered us a gift card if we stayed two nights. We did not need it, but it was a nice gesture. Defiantly would recommend to anyone.

Mixed review. What this place does well is provide a comfortable place to sleep. What they don't do well is to surround that environment with the quality of experience I've come to expect from Comfort. We specifically chose this location over several other options because of the large indoor pool and separate hot tub, but only after arrival did we discover that the hot tub was closed, and the pool is open to access from a community group, which included several loud teenagers and adults receiving swimming lessons. This should be clearly disclosed on the hotel website or at check, as we would have restructured our pool visit to avoid the noise and stress of trying to swim with our young child in the crowded pool. At least the noise seemed to be confined to the lowest level and pool area, so our retreat to spend the evening in our pool was still pleasant.

Nice large rooms. Clean and modern with comfortable beds, pull out couch, TV, mini-fridge and microwave. Also has a gym, small pool, and vendor room. The breakfast bar is small, and can be hard to work with when many people are getting food. Plenty of tables, though. The area is very busy at night but easy to leave in the morning.

The people were very sympathetic with me, and the breakfast was fresh.

Very nice front desk staff, and a great room. Two queen beds and a pullout couch, the room is huge! $103 for a drop in Friday night rate, great deal. Room is very large and clean, even clean smell.

Beautiful interior, modern, clean, great bed, great breakfast, great pool nice temp hot tub was small but perfect temp, very nice staff. Left purse in lobby they got got it got it to me before I knew it was gone. Quick check in and out. Great water pressure in shower. Highly recommend to you I75 travelers.

I have mixed feelings about my stay here. Let's break it down. PROS: 1. Conveniently located near a large variety of stores for shopping, as well as restaurants. 2. Spacious Rooms 3. Continental breakfast 4. The bed was extremely comfortable 5. Water pressure in the shower was decent CONS: 1. While most of the staff members were pleasant and helpful, there was one individual, at the front desk, who simply forgot that customer service was a part of his job requirement. His attitude and demeanor was nothing short of insulting, and there was clear evidence that he believed himself to be more intelligent than others. Even if it were true, it's my opinion that such an attitude has no place in profession that services customers. 2. While my fiance was nude and standing in the room, there was a knock on the door. Not even 5 seconds after someone swiped a room key and opened the door. When he saw me looking at him he offered an explanation stating that he was here to fix a lamp shade that was broken. He left, we looked around and could not find any broken lamp shades out of the 4 that were present in the room. Hummmm. 3. Rags and towels that were provided had stains.

We loved the place, room was clean and spacious, people were friendly. We plan to stay there every time we pass through if they keep that level of service up. Best value I have had in a long time.
