Excellent location and great service! I stayed at this property several days this summer on family business. Cheryl and Mya always took good care of me and my family during my stay. I remember needing an adjoining room on one visit and every-single-person kept saying "we can't guarantee anything blah, blah, blah… " up until we checked-in! Not Cheryl! She took care of business and made arrangments so I did not have to worry. Kim, the Chef, and the rest of the kitchen staff were also outstanding. Breakfast was always fresh and served with a smile. The only place we will stay in McDonough!

Service at the bar was great. However do not let them put you in a room over the trash dumpster. The garbage truck came at 2:39 am to empty the dumpster which means the truck picking this huge dumpster up, emptying it and banging it a couple times to make sure it got everything.
All were got from the front desk was sorry, didn't know they came that early.

I have been here several times but they keep finding ways to wow me with their service and overall attitude towards customer satisfaction. This is and will always be the place to come when I am in town.

Ask for Bernadette at the bar & grille. I visited twice, about 3 weeks apart. She remembered my drink, my call liquor and I like mine up. She makes a very tasty Grey Goose gimlet. Super sweet and a great server!

Very unclean and not your typical Hilton! Love Tifton & Dalton Garden Inn’s, stayed once before here and this time our suite was so unkept we moved to another! Waited 20 minutes to get our check at dinner as well! Not too thrilled as a Diamond member we travel and stay @ Hilton’s because of the standard they set at each location unfortunately not this one!

I was in a meeting room, it was clean and coldParking sucks, on meeting days. And I'm handicapped and not enough parking for us & when lot fills up they dont care if you've got a tag or card, just park anywhere… they dont care… cops should be called and/or TOW AWAY those cars!

Our family of 5 were attending a conference nearby and had previously booked one night with Expedia. When we checked in the lobby did not seem busy but it took an inordinate time for "Bri" to decide to get us checked in. She was curt and I presume that even a smile during this interaction was too much to ask. She asked for our name and the reservation number. When she could not find it in their system she asked us to wait while she called Expedia. 30 minutes later (and after I also called Expedia) she "found" the reservation. Her response? Quote: "Sorry for the mix up. Here are your keys… "And to make matter's worse. The next day when we tried to sign into the Wifi we were greeted with an "invalid guest credentials" screen. Guess that was a "mix up" as well. Either that or "Bri" needs more training in how to deal with Expedia bookings and setting Wifi for registered guests. Those should be easily remedied. I presume that her customer service will take more effort to fix. Obviously we were very disappointed by such bad customer service. We have been Hilton Honors members for more than 10 years. But we certainly will never return to Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta South-McDonough.

I really love the place. Very clean and very nice employees. They were polite and professional. Will defiantly visit again.

I've stayed here multiple times the staff is always great but every time they start getting low on rooms the rates go up? This time I made reservations 3 days in advance I got here at 4:30 p. M. They raised the price $80.00 telling me it was the last room even though I reserved it! I don't think it's cool to do that at all therefore I think ill find another place to stay while im in town for work. Great staff shady pricing!

Clean hotel, friendly staff. I gave it 3 stars because my daughter n I went swimming and there were no pool towels. We went to the front desk, wet and cold, to ask for towels and they said they were completely out! So not only did we not have towels to dry the pool water off, but now we were short towels to use after we showered. In the morning I was a little disappointed that there was only coffee offered to guest, no juice or milk for my child. The rooms were not cheap and I guess for the price, I expected more.

I was there the week of May 9th wensday and out of the 12th Saturday. Room 224, one of the cleaning staff stole a pear of $700.00. Prescription sun glasses from my room and NO one will call me back… careful what YOUR LEAVING IN YOUR ROOM!

Very comfortable bed. $10 breakfast bought on line worth the price. Very accommodating staff.

Very nice very clean housekeeping was wonderful I give them 5 stars overall though for the price that I'm paying I would expect a complimentary breakfast and you have to pay $11 for it here.

The hotel has a great location, easy on & off from I75. It is by a mall consisting of a Penny's & Kohl's, etc. Plus restaurants. The building was a bit worn but clean. The lobby & our room were both quiet. However the air conditioner was very loud & woke us up each time it turned on. We ate dinner on site — both the hamburger and ribs were excellent. We bought breakfast (because we are only at the Hilton blue level — $10.99) This meal was also eggscellent. If in the area again, we would probably not stay here due to the air conditioner — we stopped for a good night's sleep.

We stayed one night. The room was clean. We did not use any of the amenities. We were happy with the hotel.

The hotel I loved is small but comfortable and very nice, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and cheap 10.50, the staff is very nice and helpful.

I stayed here for my friend's wedding. The rooms were first class, as well as the lobby. We enjoyed hanging out in the courtyard, the lobby commons, and at the bar. The place was relatively quiet (besides or crew). There were actually a couple wedding parties there the same nights. The rates are worth the experience.

Best hotel in the McDonough area! Great staff, clean rooms, and the breakfast is amazing! The location is close to good stores and only 1 exit away from the Tanger outlet in Locust Grove.

This hotel was very clean. Being an HH Honors member, I was offered extra bottles of water and a free drink at the bar. We chose the bed and breakfast package; breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices (with the exception of the coffee, which tasted burnt! ). The front desk staff was super friendly as well. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff and the rooms are very nice. I did not think the breakfast was particularly good, but it is complimentary so I cannot be too upset.

We stayed in their suit. The rooms features are separate bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, a Jacuzzi tub with separate shower, two TV's, mini fridge (no freezer), mini we bar/sink, and a microwave. We did no take advantage of any of the hotel amenities. We did eat dinner at the hotel and It was ok. The hot water takes a very long time to hear up. My daughter wanted a bath and I filled up the whole tub and the water was all cold. We had a maintenance guy check it and he told us it just takes a really long time. I did have a hot shower after letting the water run for several minutes before getting in. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't notice any noise from the halls. The staff was very friendly.

I was here for a business meeting for two days. The staff was all very welcoming and accommodating. Great food and very clean too!

The hotel was very nice and rooms were large. Our room had a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, all dishes & utincels were also included. Would stay again.

I freakin hate Hilton hotels big time. I visited this hotel, and it was the most terrible experience ever. The room was smelly, the view was blurry, and, worst of all, the bathroom was very tiny. I liked the warm water in the shower though. It felt really good and I stayed in there for about 5 minutes. Nasty as it sounds, this hotel is as worse as a Super 8 Motel. Lol. I hate having to stay at nasty, stinky Hilton hotels a lot. BOO! Stayed March 2016. Had a horrible experience as expected.

This was the 3rd Hilton Gardens and I must say it was the worst of any. Will I try a Hilton Gardens again, certainly. I feel this one did not speak to the exceptional service I receive at Hilton properties and my preference is always Hilton. I am a Hilton Honors member and I expect to see outstanding customer service from one property to the next… after all the only thing you really have to sell me is "customer service" because anyone can find a bed and a TV anywhere so its the customer service that will generate repeat business… and from the Netherlands in Cincinnati to the Hampton in Niceville and all properties in between have shown impeccable service until I checked into Hilton Gardens on Apr 06, 2016. I first ordered room service and what I received was not what I ordered… I was told the soup was no longer available so I asked if they had tomato basil and they said yes and sent me Campbell's tomato soup… they said they understood me to say tomato base and not basil… first, to begin with if you don't have chowder then take it off the menu… I ordered salmon on a bed of bok choy, but they did not serve it as such and then tried to tell me it was bok choy as though I didn't know what bok choy was… don't question my intelligence, I know what I eat and I know what bok choy is… they removed the charge for the soup and said they would take 10% off the bill which they did not!

We were greeted with a clean, welcoming lobby. We are total hotel snobs and this hotel was well within our standards. Helpful, friendly and professional staff made everything wonderful. The room was modern, clean and attractive.

I attempted to cancel a reservation for a friend's within 20 after it was made. They charged the full rate and refused to refund. When asked to speak to the GM, they declined.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to gas stations, restaurants, stores — right off the highway, and convenient to Hartsfield Airport and close enough to Atlanta that you feel close to the city, but not so far into it. The Front Desk staff is helpful and friendly. They have free treats in the lobby for the guests. The lobby is very attractive, the hotel was superclean, and there's ample parking. If you are one who worries about the area and safety when you travel (as I do), you need not worry about this location. It is perfectly safe. Great area! There is sufficient parking in the parking lot. The corridors of the hotel are well lit. Wi-fi is great! Here are the drawbacks: We checked in and our key didn't work, we went downstairs, they were kind and fixed it. The next day when we returned to our hotel, same thing, key didn't work, we had to go downstairs again. It worked on the last day. Yay! Also, I woke up aching every day because of the cheap pillows on the bed and the mattress was not comfortable at all. Pillows are very flat and worn. It is difficult to adjust the air in the room to a good temperature, but that is the case at many hotels. The tub was slippery! Wow! There are no grooves or anything for resistance. I was surprised. I had to warn my kids. I was tempted to get a mat because it was that slippery. Regardless of the cons, I would stay again. The hotel is nice, it's safe, and it's convenient!

Walked in and got a room for my wife and I for one night. We're driving through on the way to Florida. Quite expensive but I figure "It's Hilton, at least it should be clean". I sure was wrong. I gave the room a quick look over. Bed looks clean. Shower looks clean. Sink and toilet bowl look clean. I didn't check the toilet seat. Later when my wife goes to take a shower we find dried urine on the seat. (I took pics). I call the front desk. No manager on duty and housekeeping's gone home. They offer me a different room but I can't do that since we're already in the bathroom. The desk attendant promises to get me something to clean the toilet seat and call me back right away. 20mins, no call. I go down to the desk. She hasn't had the time to get me anything and I'll have to wait while she takes care of another (irate) customer, who leaves the hotel after getting no satisfaction from his problem. I tell I need something to clean it _NOW_. She leaves them comes back and tells me it's against Company Policy for them to give me anything to wipe off the toilet and wants to send the maintenance man in there. I tell her no because my wife's in there. To which she says that she can't help me then! I tell her to send the maintenance man up. He gives me the cleaner so I can clean the toilet seat. It's been a long day and I'm too tired to try another hotel. I'll be contacting the corporate office and sending them the pics.
