The pillows are the size of throw pillows. The air conditioner wasn't working so they had to swap out a different one. There was no trash can in the room. The pool wasn't open. There was a large family who very disrespectful the other people who are staying there. Not the hotels fault they did talk to them.

DO NOT stay here at all. What it says online to what you get for your overcharged rates, they should be ashamed of themselves. Our room was dark, outdated and smelled. We were missing lights, the refrigerator was broken, bathroom is very small and original. The laundry room and ice maker were broken and a wet mess and the pool was closed for maintenance. The second day people were sitting on steps, walking the premises — watching you. We were afraid for our lives and vehicle. They would keep coming over looking for money, food whatever. My daughter was petrified to sleep at night and wouldnt leave the room because of them. My husband had enough and we packed up and went to a safer hotel. Couldnt even enjoy most of vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful though.

The night clerk, Glenda is amazing. Our stay was very nice. Clean room, good breakfast and quiet and restful. The highlight of our visit was meeting Glenda. She is an asset for this hotel. Great above and beyond customer service.

This hotel could use some remodeling, but the staff is very nice and accommodating. I'm happy I got the AAA discount, or I'd been pretty mad because it's not worth it. But for the price I got, I'm not complaining at this time. Just be prepared for the place needing work and no pool. But, my bed was comfy, and the staff makes up for some of it's deficits.

We stayed there for a few hours and it was a great room! Right off the interstate and the beds were big. Comfortable and cozy room. It had a table and chairs as well as a hair dryer and a microwave. It also had a mini refrigerator. For only $65 it was amazing!

Friendly service and great house keeping. Always ask for Pam at the front desk she is the best.

Glenda is amazing, the staff goes out of their way for you and honestly with the type of hotels in the area it's nice to have one of this caliber that still upholds the value of a great stay. Room are CLEAN and BIG.

My mother and I spent two nights at this hotel bought on Priceline. I will advise all this hotel is not a three star hotel more like a 1 or 11/2 Star. Whomever wrote these reviews either has been paid or does not know what a three star hotel is. The pictures do not depict the real rooms. The photographer should be paid again for making this hotel look better than it does. The rooms are all filled with old outdated furniture, more than likely from the 60s or 70s. The bedding (bed ruffles and sheets) are tattered, ripped and torn. The bathroom door was hard to close. Smells of mustiness and smoke. The microwave is so old it had a twist knob (when was the last time you saw that? ). The refrigerator had a horrible smell coming from it. I ate in my car, because, I truly had the creepy crawlies trying to eat in room 228. Some of the people there appeared to be addicted to something hanging out in front of there room doors. Dogs were in some of the rooms, I love animals but I do not want to sleep in a bed where a dog slept. The pool was filthy and not available for use at all. The breakfast was simple, wasn’t too sure if I should eat the frozen sandwiches based on the hotel appearance. I was under the assumption the food would be just as bad and old as this hotel Now, let’s talk about this friendly staff… Not! that is a lie. The front desk has two older women who are rude to the people from check in to check out.

Room was below average. Desk clerk was advised of a non working TV, burned out light and a damaged towel rack. Returned to the room 8 hrs. Later, no change. Desk clerk's response "Oh sorry" no explanation given by him. Will NOT return. Very disappointed.

Sadly, this Baymont is not what I expected from a Wyndham hotel. It is in desperate need of updating and repair. The room was clean but needed a lot of small repairs, re: wallpaper peeling in the bathroom, etc. Friendly staff but housekeeping needs instructions on what clean linens should be provided (we had no washcloths left on day 2 of our stay). Breakfast was ok, same choices every morning. Room rate was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

— Front desk, rude.
— People hanging out outside of rooms and in parking lot.
— Had to get new room because there was poop in the toilet upon entering.
Second room…
— Room, outdated and dingy.
— Room door didn’t lock.
— Bed, lumpy.
— Sink, dirty.
— Toilet overflowed.
We left this place in less than an hour. Would never go back.

No, it's no Hilton but it was clean and reasonably reasonably-priced. We were at an event at the racetrack in Hampton and didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but we did actually grew in the parking lot with a bunch of people I no one complained. The people staying there and the staff were very accommodating. I have to stay there again for the same event next year.

The only problem I had was the bed and the Wi-Fi… bed was just a bit too comfortable for my liking and the Wi-Fi wouldnt work on some devices but would work sometimes with others.

Rooms are big tube is huge the head board and table legs and lamps could use some dusting other then that very happy.

The room was awful! Stained carpet. Stained furniture. Stained walls. Cracked sink. The TV didn’t work, and I waited 45 minutes for someone to come. The hotel is very old and in need of some serious TLC.

Don't recommend The room we checked into, in a motel describing all rooms as non-smoking, reeked of cigarette smoke. We were told it was coming up the ventilator shaft (presumably from a staff-only area where they permit smoking. ) Just close the bathroom door, they said, it will be fine. Also was advertised as having new memory foam mattresses, they were not memory foam. And free Wi-Fi, I found no Wi-Fi at all. The trash bins in the corridor were overfull at 6pm when we arrived, at 5am checkout, there was trash overflowing onto the floors, none had been emptied. We waited more than 15 minutes at the desk to check out, no one was there. There are very few options for places to walk a dog if you bring one. If this is representative of Baymont Inns in other locations, I would never stay at this chain's inns again.

Front Desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Room is nice and clean. They also except pets.

Rooms could use some work. Also smelled of like someone was smoking more than cigarettes. Not the safest feeling place I have stayed. Night clerk was very friendly and helpful though.

When I arrived to check in the front desk person was on the phone and stayed on the phone the entire time she was checking me in. Never did speak to me at all. Then at 8am housekeeping was trying to get in the room. I could not put the do not disturb sign out because there was not one in the room. And finally when I went to check out I had to wait about 5 minutes because the person at the front desk was not at the desk. One of the housekeepers had to tell her to come out from the back. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Let's call a spade a spade. Not worth this room $75 with taxes. Not for nothing on the site booking no photos of this hotel-this is an ordinary motel. And all that distinguishes it is only the name. Standard 2 storey building, car parking under Windows.
There is no sense of security-near the bustling highway to Atlanta, on the other side of the forest. No surveillance cameras, no security. Only one girl at the reception.
In the rooms-as in the usual motels, on the floor is dirty, the bed is clean.
Good cable TV channels, high-quality internet.
Near Walmart, McDonald's and plenty of restaurants and shops.

Me and my family came from Florida for a few days, the price was good, hotel room clean! But the AC was sooooooooooooooo dirty. There was dust and things inside it! Calledthe officethe lady said she will try to get the maintenance to come fix it. The toilet kept making noise. Current date12/17/17

Room 228 was nasty, dead roachs on ceiling bath tub was dirty, snot on walls. Staff said it was just "a used room". The front desk Dejan refused to switch rooms she saod I had a clean room. If your into the crack house inn look this is for you. If you're look for a CLEAN safe environment DONT STAY HERE.

Baymont Inn and Suites of McDonough was very welcoming! Want to give a big thank you to Ms. Dejah who helped me print airline tickets when I couldn't. She was my she-ro! The BEST GUEST SERVICES.

One of the most wonderful times I have spent in a motel. They have a great staff that go above and beyond!

Def great Hotel, spent several nights for a business trip and no complaints at all. Mattress was VERY comfortable I want to buy 1 for home. Would come back to no hesitation at all.

Bed was nice but the toliet ran all night and apparently they offer weekly rates and after checking in we found out because the room they put us next too, the guy lived there. The noise was crazy most of the night, you could hear full conversations through the walls. There are several other places in the area to stay, choose one of them instead of here.

Rooms are clean and close to food options. Microwave and mini fridge in room with a single cup coffee maker! Tv with cable that has movie channels and Wi-Fi. Plenty of parking and free breakfast. Beds are comfortable and pets are allowed which was a huge plus for me. Staff is nice. Enjoyed our stay here!

The sheets and down Comforter are very white, probably washed with Bleach. There was a mini fridge and microwave combo but no vending machine only ice. The Bathroom was tidy but only 4 Towels in it. The remote control did not work so we took the remote to the front desk twice. The front desk attendant was too busy entertaining a friend to really assist. He pointed the remote to the TV in the lobby and said it works. … but I still am unable to watch TV in my room. I am too tired to return to the lobby tonight so I will try again in the morning because there is no phone in the room.

Good basic hotel. Comfy beds. Good a/c. Pet friendly. Charged us $5 for each dog. Hard to see the street sign at the one in McDonough, GA. Trimming back bushes at entry would help that problem. Wonderful staff.

A decent place to get a night's rest, that goes easy on the wallet. It came with the basic amenities that one would expect in a basic room.

This place looks like the projects. The grounds are not well kept at all. The showers were nasty, our room smelled like cigarette smoke and our roof looked like it was about to cave in on us. The surrounding area is full or great places to eat and the housekeeping ladies were very accommodating but we for sure won't be staying here again. Not at all like the photos.

Nice tucked away hotel. Great quality for a good price. This is not to say the room was perfect but for the budget conscious it is well worth the stay. Room had mini fridge, micro and coffee pot. Bathroom was clean and no mold. Breakfast was included and actually had hot items not just the standard donuts and cold cereal. Attendant was very nice. If you are on business and need to use the business center don't bother, find a kinkos. Laptop if slow and antiquated. It took us about 1 hour to TRY to print tickets to the aquarium and we never were successful. Overall would recommend this hotel!

Two story inn just a few lights off I-75. There is a nice Mexican restaurant right next door with a path for easy access. The room was ok the door was hard to close and the AC worked well. The pillows were too small like half the size of a normal pillow you would expect. Soft bed, but rough towels.

Decent for the price. Basic breakfast, flat screen microwave coffee maker fridge'. Comfy bed and friendly service. Needs better towels. Clean inside, outside is ok. Would stay again for sure.
