Bed was very firm if you like that. Wall outlets will let things fall out, sink doesnt work very well and the toilet felt like it was moving around on the floor when you used it. Overall not a very good choice.

Bed bugs in room 245. Also black mold on ceiling in bathroom.

Surprisingly clean. Very quiet. DQ next door. Walmart & everything else nearby. Staff not very friendly. Pool closed for no apparent reason while I was there.

Affordable rates clean rooms.

Ducked off in the corner, and in an award position. Not the biggest problem, but the hotel is dated and ran down. For a McDonough property I guess they could do better, but by the dynamic of guest staying at the hotel, I see that most are living there. Sooooooooo… Maybe that's why it's in that condition? Who knows… But I wouldn't ever stay here unless I had no choice. It screams bed bugs.

Very old and dirty, had problems with our toilet the entire time. Broken lock the first night which they later fixed. It stunk and did not feel safe there at all. Ridiculous for the price.

I got ice cream at Dairy Queen and Google Opinion asked if I enjoyed my stay at a hotel. Ooook.

Not the best. Not the worst in the area but good continental break fast.

Would not even listen to me when I tried to show bed bug bites on my skin. The manager said “ no bugs I’m calling police”. Room was halfway decent. Bedding could be updated and cleaned better. Bed bugs in room and we tried 2 different rooms. Carpet dirty. Outlets don’t work. Rude staff.

So called on the phone to check prices and ava. Was told room for 4 people 62.89 tax and all I get here he says 80.00 plus taxes. I started to leave and he dropped the price back down. Rooms was nasty peoples toe nails on the carpet where it had not been clean. Bathroom smell like pee. So next morning we are eating breakfast at the lobby when the lady of the motel says get out breakfast over. We was there on time but really rude. I would not stay here again. Waste of money.

My door would not close tightly. The deadbolt did not work. The peephole was broken with something stuffed in it to block the opening. There were many children running and jumping upstairs and down the stairs which were right outside my door. Adults held conversations outside my room instead of inside one of their own. The front desk clerk was unconcerned that my door would not deadbolt. She acted like it was no big deal and said that there were cameras, as if that should make me feel safe. They were quite nice when I called to say that it would take me a good bit of time to load my car and that I would bring the keys, ASAP.

I stayed one night. I woke up with bedbug bites all over me. The next day I called the front desk and they wouldn't give me a refund. They refunded half my money after seeing my bed bug bites on my skin. I showed the manager where I saw the bed bug on the comforter. We looked together and didn't see anymore, however I saw them And I am soooooo disgusted. Don't stay here!

It's okay. Everything else was booked so we decided to stay here. It's definitely in a more sketchy area than even the hotels on the same road. The room is clean and smells fine. There is only one outlet in the entire room and that's in the bathroom. The pool is pretty small but is nice looking. I didn't hear any noise from the neighbors. Parking is a little limited. Basically the hotel is just okay. I wouldn't feel safe if I was by myself for sure though.

Horrible customer service approached hotel manager to see if I could view the room before purchase because I have small children and I'm concerned of cleanliness of room. She told me no the rooms are clean you don't trust me? I said I don't know you to trust you and the fact that you can't respect my concerns and show me the room proofs that you are not trustworthy. Horrible and rude. When you approach this hotel just keep on going. It's not worth it.

Room was OK… Price ok. Ok overall not great but ok.

DRUGS & THUGS — I've had to stay here several times in the last year due to the other hotels being booked up — One time there was a drug raid, and the other times all I saw day and night was hood rats coming in and out of the rooms, parked in the parking lot sitting in their cars — I even found a bag of weed outside my door on the ground — internet connection is horrible — rooms are very outdated — I complained to the inadequate people running this joint and all they do is throw their hands up in the air and tell ME to call the police! WTH? This crap isn't my problem but they refuse to deal with their customers complaints — for the price of this dump it should be alot better — it is slowly going down hill.

Non-smoking rooms had the smell of smoke, didn't stay.

Cosy and good prices. It was a shame that only spend 1 night. I highly recommend it.

Wallpaper hanging off the wall, shower water went from boiling hot to freezing cold when other people flushed. Right next to freeway, pool not open though is advertised. Mini fridge in room was clean, TV was flatscreen, ac was on when we got here. $50 plus tax apparently turns into 68 total for 2 people, but there are 4 other hotels in a row with this one includibg econolodge for $10 cheeper, should have gone there. Revised: I stated my concerns to the desk guy in the morning, he offered a $20 refund, which helps us not hate yhe place. Cleanup still needed of the rooms wallpaper To make it look not like a crack den.

This place is beyond awful. There's mold everywhere, dirt, and dirty room. This is unacceptable.

Truck needed repairs so GM put us here. Male owner was nice but the woman could hardly speak english and was not very service friendly. Air was cold pool water was nice and TV is nice. Could use a little more updating with the room.

Dear God where do I begin! A homeless man would find this place unworthy. Thats all I have to say.

Best place to stay in the winter. I was there last year and it was such a nice place to stay. No one disturbed you and the air and heat was Amazing! Really friendly, the people at the front desk are nice but the ones on night shift and early mornings I feel try to rip you off by jacking up the price on you in the summer which I feel is not right but other than that I recommend you stay here.

Very rude front desk people! cant speak english. Will not honor their coupons. We didnt stay, we went across the freeway to the econo lodge, where the staff was very friendly and helpful.
