After staying in this hotel more than once and experiencing the surrounding hotels I would rate this hotel an overall 3. The rooms are nice and spacious and comfortable bed but that’s it. You can hear everything through the walls. There is constant traffic in the hallways and slightly rude front desk attendant. They say they’ve been going through renovations, ok I get it, but you took the peacefulness out of the place and no type of convenience of a snack or bottled water (no vending machines). Stay doing the week but don’t stay doing the weekends.

Awesome customer service! Found this place by accident when Best Western plus accidentally cancelled my reservation. Even while being remodeled the room, pool and breakfast was really enjoyed by my family!

My stay was extended to seven days, the staff was outstanding and my suite was home like. The hotel had begun a renovation project and the Manager apologized and offered any help to make my stay more comfortable. I would surely recommend this location to anyone visiting the area wanting to be near the Atlanta airport.

The hotel was fine. The lobby and outside entrance were under renovation. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast area was well maintained. I would stay at this hotel again.

I want to thank the evening staff from last night for being so helpful, kind, and accommodating to my family and I. Every staff member I came in contact with were absolutely wonderful and made our stay great. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you!

We stayed here during their remodeling phase. The room was clean but the bathroom needed a few upgrades. The hallways could use some help. Customer service was pretty good. Check in and checkout, as well as breakfast was fast and friendly.

Great cookies and seems to be a haven for construction workers as there's some remodeling/renovations going on and they tend to congregate in the seating area out front.

The television channel remote didn't work even after handyman changed batteries and reset remote. & television, I was not able to get a picture on the television. The room was very cold from air conditioner blowing cold air during night. The desk staff was wonderful, professional and courteous, answered all questions and concerns made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

The staff was super friendly and over the top helpful in answering any questions I had. LaKita was probably the nicest front desk personnel I've ever met! The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great!

Google says pet friendly. Website DID say pet friendly. We booked the room around a week ago, under the impression that pets were allowed as that’s what it said everywhere. Suddenly, when we called to ask what was the price was for a pet, they said they don’t allow them. Then changed their tune and said they do, and it’s $50.00 a night. Okay. We get into the room and the floor is disgusting, with stains and spots everywhere. Furniture is filthy. Air conditioning unit rattled as the motor is loose, had to rig that so we can even sleep for the noise. If you do not allow pets, take the time to update your websites. The cost for the quality of this room is insane. And $50.00 a night for a small, 8-pound dog? And a floor that’s already soiled and stained? What a joke. Stay away from this place.

Wifi suked only one set of washers and dryer's breakfast was mediocre rooms are ok bathrooms are decent shower had very low water pressure.

All employees were so friendly and helpful! One guy would come in at breakfast and say good morning to everyone! Felt like home. Pillows and bedding very clean and comfy blankets with feather duvet in between not too heavy and not too thin just right.

Terrible experience all the way around! Water is just warm. Tv in the suite didn't work! Toilet handle was broken. Told front desk next morning that my room was not worth half of what they charged. $130.00. Management tool 30 off the bill. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again 2 nights later and told the front desk I didn't want the same room or same problems again and all of the sudden they couldn't find my reservation at 10. Pm when I come to check in.

Worst stay ever. Messed up my check in dates up. Unprofessional staff. The supervisor is nasty and rude. Had my husband and I standing at the front desk with our newborn for about an hour. Denied to fix their mix up. Charged us for a night we didnt stay. The floors sink in. Smell like weed in the third floor hall way. Over this experience. You live you learn. Thank god for the professionalism of expedia.

Very nice not as easy to get bedding for the couch bed as I had hoped had to fetch the sheets no pillows or blankets offered.

Worst by the minute. Check in lasted an hour and I was passing by for one night so I was there waiting from 11 pm until midnight. Room was deceiving. Look clean but I found an alive cockroach in a drawer and a chair with some oily stain (wishful thinking it was oil). They said is remodeling but if you see previous reviews they are remodeling since May 2017 and is December 2017. Breakfast BEWARE! Uncooked eggs and reviews before mine talk about the eggs and even food poisoning. Now the last straw. I have been charge $50 and might expect that back in 7 to 15 days. This place is a trap! Not sure how they get positive reviews and charge so high when all negative are true. Also my reservation was for a king bed and I was told there were non available that I can take an full bed or leave. The weird thing or trick is that they act really nice to you.

Seems like a nice hotel. Nice staff. Wouldn't be my first choice of a place to stay at but would do the job if needed.

Marika gave us great customer service on July 5. The rooms were clean and the indoor pool was nice. The only small things that we stayed in room 308 and the A/C was not cold enough. The unit was blowing room temperature air. The breakfast was little below average but the girl in the breakfast area was very helpful as well. All in all, I would stay here again.

My family and I (2 Adults and 2 kids) had a good stay. Check in was easy, rooms on the first floor have extra ceiling height, Wi-Fi was fast and free, and breakfast had the expected plethora of choices kept fresh and organized. We found the pool was kept at a reasonably nice warm temperature, which made up for not having a hot tub. The in-room TV allowed me to use an HDMI cable I brought to connect and watch Netflix, though the screen is probably only 36". Bathrooms are clean, with adequate pressure and flow on all fixtures. No bathroom vent fan. Thermostat was simple, accurate, digital, and easy to control. I turned off the mini fridge to ensure it didn't make noise. Staff are friendly and courteous.

Everythig is great but the room stinks of smoke and ac is very loud.

Nice location, great staff. Parking is a little scare in the front but no issues. Lots of food options nearby.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast could be better but it is included and buffet style. The internet was also included and fast as well. Over all it was great.

Thermostat is a little off and some design flaws like faucet too far back. Overall happy that they provided a room with upgrade to a suite.

Friendly & helpful front desk staff. On vacation from Florida with my 4 kids. Rooms were spacious & clean. Nice desk for my college aged student to get some work done. Good hot breakfast includes waffle maker My kids like those. Would stay here again!

The front desk staff, Joe, was extremely helpful when we arrived — exhausted from too much Thanksgiving! He was quick & friendly. The accommodations were excellent, the beds wonderful — neither my husband or teenagers had a complaint! The pool was a nice surprise. We enjoyed breakfast (real scrambled eggs — no hockey pucks! ) and relaxed a bit afterwards before hitting the road. All in all a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

If you enjoy waking up to car broke into come and stay. Our vehicle along with four others was hit last night. Although I saw a person trying to flee and him being arrested it is doubtful he will stay in jail because they have had non working security cameras for days without having them fixed. Staff does care however GM could care less that people pay to stay, pay to have vehicles repaired, and lose money from not working so they can stay at hotel. This happened at 4am however he chose not to even come in until after 8am to show concerns or help with cameras. We've been using this hotel for almost a year weekly and disappointed that after all the money we have spent its better to loose business rather than offer something (a free night stay or two, ect) for all the hassle people endure for broken safety features they brag about. We even parked right in front of door under the lighting. Detective advised that the cameras even if had worked are so horrible they wouldn't have seen a description needed to really prosecute. Sad.

One of the few hotels in the area where I could take my dogs. Reluctant to park here overnight, but it was fine, I just took everything into my room with the dogs. It was clean, smelled good and had good service. The breakfast they served varied each morning, which was a pleasant surprise. I'd stay again.

HIGH CRIME AREA! I chose this hotel to avoid Atlanta crime but little did I know this hotel has an ongoing problem with vehicle burglaries. I awoke the next morning with a shattered window and several belongings gone. The investigating officer told me this a normal occurrence here. Management is aware of this problem but act as if I deserved it after paying $113.

Quite location, pool clean, room very clean, new TV model with video game connection, mini frig and microwave and coffee maker. Soft beds and pillows booked online thur priceline.

Avoid this hotel like the plague. Booked a room and later cancelled. Hotel proceeded to attempt and charge my card despite canceling within guidelines. Called to figure out what was going on, person took a message but never received a call back. Had to call Amex to prevent the charge. The same thing happened to other people we were traveling with who booked at the same hotel.

So my family and I are traveling for nine hours on the road. We finally arrive at the "pet friendly" hotel that we booked in advance, online. Upon arrival, we are told of a nonexistent "pet friendly room selection" option. Because we did not select this nonexistant option, they "could not honor the reservation. " The staff refuses to help us any further, and the manager is so cowardly that he talks to us over a hotel landline and just like the staff, he can't help us and that we did something wrong in the booking process. So there we are, stuck in the parking lot, tired from the long drive and with a cat who is ready to get out of her kennel. We frantically call hotels in the area, and are saved by the "Drury Inn and Suites Northeast 5655 Jimmy Carter Boulevard" even if they could only spare a room for one night. Flash forward a couple of weeks, we've already made a complaint to the Corporate Office for Country Inn and Suites. We receive a phone call from the hotel manager. Even now, he adamantly believes that we are to blame for the error and even tells us this over the phone. So the icing on the cake here is that he can not refund the money for the hotel room because it was a pet friendly room and pet friendly rooms can't be refunded. So we payed for a pet friendly room that we couldn't use and didn't get a refund for it, and adding insult to injury the manager tell us that we were wrong. Stay away from this hotel.

Stayed three days there with my kids. It was a good value for the cost. The breakfasts were good, the pool was clean and the kids enjoyed it. I was a bit bummed that the hot tub had been filled in. I was looking forward to that after a long drive. The beds were pretty stiff and could have been much better with a topper. The location was great, out of the city rush. The employees were all helpful and friendly.

Dont Stay here! What they dont tell you is they have high theft in the area. In addition, to the bugs in the room and just as a side note when we complained the front desk said I have a hard time with bugs in my home as well. What does that have to do with our experience. We came out on a beautiful Sunday morning and our Dually Truck was stolen. Unbelievable! Then we discover that random abandoned cars stay in the parking lot for periods of a time. When we asked the front desk clerk why they dont take notice or interest in their parking lot they told us that they are not allowed to check the parking lots per the GM, Cren. When have you ever heard of that. The police said they contacted the FD Manager about two weeks ago regarding the random cars in the parking lot and never got a response. Country Inn states there has not been any theft in the area. But they didn't even take the time to make their other customers aware who were still currently checked into the hotel. Yes, it may be embarassing but make them aware so they can be mindful. I guess its all about business and money. We weren't even offered a refund on our stay. And now we are praying that the hotel security cameras work. Oh by the way not one staff member knows how to work the cameras. Which means they don't understand their own security system. We were told that we have to wait until a detective comes to work on Monday inorder to view the tapes becasue not even the owner knows how to work the cameras.

The staff that work there are unprofessional, they treat their workers like poop, they don't give them a chance or train them long. And they don't explain things well for you to understand. If anyone leaves tips make sure you give them to the front desk for the housekeeping people to get. The assistance housekeeper steals money from the rooms.

Top of the Line. The indoor pool and hot tub combo are a leg up on every hotel that doesn't have them. The staff was quick, friendly, and professional. The Wi-Fi worked well and was faster than some other hotels. The location was quiet and only a minute from getting back on the Interstate. The breakfast might have been the best I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms were comfortable and nice. This combination of quality and price are rare.
