Very nice hotel, and great staff! Me and my family of 5 stayed here for three months due to an house fire we had in Jan. The staff really took care of our needs, they made it feel like a home away from home. We really appreciated everything and everyone here at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Fairburn. Our new extended family. Thank you The Bennett Family.

So much nicer than you can imagine. This is an up and coming area so you have to be careful. I’m in the film industry and needed to be close by set after a long day and early morning. This place is great. Not just being nice. We are loyal Marriott people generally and this one is by far better than anything in the area.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and updated, all very nice. My only (small) issue was with the breakfast. We were down no later than 8 each morning but it seemed as though they were already out of some items. This is not a deal breaker though and will stay there again the next time we are in town.

Clean rooms, great shower and bathroom. Continental breakfast was good as well. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Brand new hotel, with comfortable rooms. I loved the anti-fog mirror in the fairly large bathroom. My king room was roomy and modern. The staff was great. We were allowed to check in a little early, the manager also told us how to get the special rate, for our business trips there in the future. The breakfast area was clean and organized. Housekeeping staff was even really nice and as we got off the elevator, walked us to our room, rather than just pointing and giving is directions, even though we were just a couple doors away from the elevator. This would be my first choice on our next business trip to fairburn.

After checking in around 3:00am and not having a crib available for our 18 month old we had decided to switch hotels in the morning, when I went down to check out I spoke to Jabari who quickly remedied our situation by locating and having Brett bring us a playpen. Brett was so polite, quick and even setup everything in the room for us. Tanisha also helped make our stay more welcoming by locating a blow dry for my wife and providing my kids some fruit and snack even though she had already start to put the breakfast stuff away. The following morning Jabari and Tanisha gave us recommendations of places to visit and eat and Brett brought us some fresh sheets after the baby had a mess. Overall the service was incredible, I asked everyone for their names and a corp email because I believe that great service should never be over looked because you rarely get it nowadays. Tell them thank you for making my family feel at home in your hotel.

Very clean and well kept hotel. The staff was helpful and overall great service. Had a slight problem with cleaning but they fixed it right away.

Jabari Golden is awesome. His personality is all that. His customer service was AMAZING! We had my sons 9 th birthday party there and he made us feel more than welcomed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Usually I am a complainer… but I did not have one single thing to complain about here. Even the breakfast was good. I will deco Orel this be returning. Great job!
