Felt welcome from ALL staff no matter where I was in the hotel. Always willing to assist at breakfast! Made a special trip to correct remote issue in fitness room! Hotel is clean and comfortable! Great location, eating places really close!

It was an amazing stay. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean and the employees are very nice. I will definitely stay there again. Overall a great hotel, a home away from home.

I was welcomed to this Best Western PLUS by friendly staff. Giving me a snack bag they told me to go to their pantry and get two drinks and two snacks. It was nice to get what I wanted instead of what someone else chose. The room and bathroom were perfectly cleaned. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. After a great nights sleep the free hot complete breakfast complemented the perfect stay.

Nice hotel with good sized rooms. The continental breakfast is great, served from 6-9. Free parking around the hotel, though there is only one door at the front of the building. Express checkout is available.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. Their rates are pretty low, so I didn't expect much. However, the employees were super friendly and nice. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable. And the breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I've encountered. They had bagels, muffins, cereal, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, and maybe some other things that I'm forgetting. Everything was fresh and delicious. It's obvious that they really care about their guests, and if I ever need a hotel in Fairburn again, there's no question that I'd be staying here.

Customer service was excellent! Staff went above and beyond to assist us. Room was very spacious and clean. Accommodations excellent! Hot breakfast was very enjoyable and plentiful. Highly recommended.

Despite my card being charged again when we checked in (online reservation), this place is lovely. Nice and clean rooms. The breakfast was ok. Definitely would stay again!

This best western was very nice. The staff were very helpful. I had prepaid via the cheaptickets app and only needed to show ID upon arrival; making check-in quick. The breakfast is good (buffet style). The workout room and swimming pool are a nice size.

Very clean and well kept hotel. The staff was helpful and overall great service. Had a slight problem with cleaning but they fixed it right away.

We stayed two nights with our infant daughter. The hotel was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels, pillows, etc. Breakfast was good, we got there at 8:45 and there was still plenty! Milk was cold, coffee was hot, there was bacon one morning and sausage another. The waffles were amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the employees were all extremely friendly. You could hear from some of the rooms in the hallway, but not inside the rooms. Inside was very quiet. We visit this area once a year and will definitely be back to this hotel! Thanks for a great stay!

Location location location… You can't beat it you have Wendy's, McDonald's, chick fil a, waffle house, dunkin donuts in less than 2 minutes from the hotel. The room was clean the staff take extra care in making sure everyone is happy. House keeping are very pleasant. I would definitely stay again.

Great place but most importantly George (Dining Services Mgr) is who makes this place an A Plus. He was so attentive to us and made sure we were well prepared for our business day ahead of us! His southwestern eggs are delicious! Way to go George… your friends from Houston, TX.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The Hotel/rooms were clean, the bed was nice and comfortable, the breakfast was good. The only thing that went wrong was the pool was not heated so me and my daughter couldn't go swimming as we had hoped. The area is filled with different places to eat, and close by the highway. I will definitely go back and stay there again.

Nice and very clean! I would recommend this hotel. They even had turkey sausage @ breakfast it’s not offten I can find a hotel that serves turkey products. I will definitely come back.

I’m a traveler and in my 4 days stay I can tell you, my room clean every morning, front desk staff with a lot of attention and breakfast awesome! Hot Cold and coffee 24 hrs I don’t write reviews but I had to this time, the hotel staff are very friendly. All you need, gym, pool, laundry, breakfast and a clean comfy bed for a razonables price.

The Hotel we stayed at in Georgia was great. The Staff was GREAT. I really could not put it any other way… Extremely Helpful in many different aspects of our stay. Really Above and Beyond they made our stay so welcome… THANK YOU so much…

Room and hotel was nice and clean. Hotel had a contemporary feel to it. They offer a continental breakfast but its more than just bread and pastries. Waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel came highly recommended. While it looked pretty nice the bed quality was very low and we had issues with our heater/ac in the middle of the night.

Stayed here for 5 nights while taking a class nearby. Great hotel, appears new and the decor is very pretty and well-maintained. Super-comfortable bed and very clean room; good towels in bathroom. Room seemed very quiet — which never seems to be the case at hotels. Plus there was construction on the next lot over, but I never heard any of it. Breakfast was actually delicious and a lovely gentleman named George made sure everyone had what they needed/wanted. His egg dishes changed daily and were actually very good (real eggs! ). Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Wi-fi worked well. My room had a fridge and microwave, which was helpful. Mostly fast food nearby, except for a Cracker Barrel and a really good Mexican Restaurant named Los Mariachis across the main road (a little tucked in the back of a small shopping center).

Good value for money, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Breakfast poor in sweet food, as well as in American standards. About 10 miles from downtown Atlanta, but easily reachable because close to the highway.

We couldn't figure out why this hotel is considered a Best Western Plus. It is outdated and a bit run down. The walls are paper thin. Breakfast was mediocre at best and there didn't seem to be anyone working in the area to restock items. There was no hot water for our showers. On a positive note, the employee at the front desk was friendly and polite. I wouldn't stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel and I loved how spacious the room was. This will be my go to hotel whenever I stay in Atlanta and I will recommend it to any one who visits there.

The hotel is very nice and updated. The staff was nice but I gave this hotel 2 stars because they had no wash clothes and we could not take a bath until 1:00am in the morning! We had gone to a anniversary party and didn't get back to the hotel at 11pmsleepy and had to wait on wash cloths.

Lovely stay. Comfortable bed, hot breakfast, whirlpool corner in the pool and quiet. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Nice accommodations and reasonable price for a one night stay on our way to Florida. Easy access and outside of Atlanta which is what we wanted. Staff was very pleasant and room was comfortable.

Rooms and bathroom are very clean and look like the pictures online. Nice complimentary breakfast, pool, and fitness center. Has a 24 hr coin laundry! Location right next to popular fastfoods and small stores.

Newly renovated. Nice environment. The one problem was a church service on Sunday morning that was noisy and woke us. I would stay again but request a room on a higher floor to avoid any noise.

Excellent housekeeping and front desk staff. Very clean environment. People are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. My only complaint is that they should replenish the coffee more often. If coffee is being offered all day, it should be fresh and changed every few hours. But this is a minor complaint as the overall experience was an excellent one.

Great stay! They were able to give us a room, even though we'd accidentally booked for the wrong weekend. The room was huge! Very nice! Very clean! Right above the conference room, which was hosting a graduation party, so we had some noise from the party for a while, but we didn't mind because we were so very happy to have a nice room and because congratulations to those kids! We've stayed here before and been very happy and we will return again.

Nice clean modern up to date renovated hotel. Close to interstate. King bed suite has a separate seating area with a sofa and desk area. Comfy bed and linens. Large open all tiled shower but can only use a portion of it as the shower head is at one end… The open end is an entrance. Staff friendly and helpful. Heated indoor pool with spa in the pool. Did not get a chance to use as we arrived late and only open until 9 pm. Luggage carts should be larger and cannot hang anything on them. One was broken. Would stay here again.

Stopped as an overnight stay on a 12 hour trip. Loved Mrs. Vicky at the front desk, she was very warm, inviting, and friendly. Comfortable rooms with updated features. Would love to return.

We had a good experience here following a flight cancellation at Atlanta Airport. The staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable and help us settle in. Breakfast the next day was beyond our expectations, and the staff continued to be helpful during breakfast. The rooms are bright and quiet. There were amenities. We understand the hotel has just been renovated, and it had a fresh smell rather than any cover up perfume odors. We would return.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel last night. It was so dirty I could not believe what I was seeing. The bathroom was not cleaned, there were dirty towels hanging on the shower rod, the tub was visibly dirty. Someone left there belongings in the room and the staff dos not pick them up. The sheets were literally dirty. And not to mention the smoke detector constantly beeping because the battery needed to be changed. I have never stayed at a hotel and the room had not been cleaned. It is one thing to possibly forget to pick something up but it is another thing to basically not do the job that you are being paid to do. And when the concerns were addressed with the person at the front desk, it was basically blown off. I will never stay at a best western hotel and will advise friends and family to do the same… Worst hotel experience ever.

The hotel is clean and well-appointed. We had a problem with the fridge in our room workout after arriving and they had everything taken care of within minutes. I'm pleased and will likely be staying here again next time I come this way.

The bed was ok but pillows were amazing. Ac started smelling like something was burning but finally stopped after 30 minutes. Didn't get to enjoy the amenities since I left so early and returned right on time to check out.

Great customer service. Room was clean and front desk ladies took care of any problems that I had. Good location where you can find any sort of establishment at a close proximity. Very content with my stay here.

There was no cold water. They are charging $5 for a lost room key card. The pool is out of commission some of the time. This place is under construction, not good enough to be a sleep inn anymore or a best western — what they are working towards. We were told they would only be working on the first floor, but the Renovation has been on every floor. The breakfast is lacking coffee and meat and anything hot. My room has missing tiles and a broken towel hook. The hot and cold water are switched on the shower. This place is a nightmare. I'd never stay here if I wasn't here for work — completely paid for. Our rate of $68 a night is NOT worth it. I am not usually a complainer and I live in hotels for a majority of the year. I will not take this job next year if they put me up in this hotel again. There are three hotels just across the street that are also housing our people and they are far better. Our whole crew would move if there was another place to go.

The room was half way clean. When I went to leave in the morning my door wouldn't open. I'm still waiting to for them to fix it. I'm glad there was a fire in the hotel last night.

This experience was crazy. Traveling from North Carolina and we get a room and we had to clean it before we could lay down. One of the beds were used so they gave us new sheets and we had to make the bed. Then I went half with my best friend and she paid cash and I paid card. They charged my card full price twice. When I called to make them aware they were very nasty over the phone. Still waiting for my bank to get my funds back. Other than this it was a very nice hotel. Just wish the room was cleaned and they didn't double charge my bank card.

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because the room was clean and the guy who checked us in was super nice. The following morning the woman at the desk was a total jerk. We were traveling with a 7 pound chihuahua (who we paid an extra $35 to have there for the night) and the woman told my husband she couldn't walk through the lobby we had to take her out a side door. It said nothing of the sort in the pet policy. I took my kids to get breakfast and was able to accommodate their needs but not the adults. I plated the last bit of eggs for my husband to eat in the room since their policy didn't allow the dog in the dining area or her to be left alone. When I walked out to take the food to my room the same woman told us we couldn't take food in our room! What a load of crap then why is there a microwave in there!? The eggs also ended up the trash because they were actually green on the bottom. If you're going to stay here plan on something else for breakfast and if you bring a dog just hope that same lady isn't at the desk.

The morning breakfast never jas any eggs. The cream cheese is out of date. My room had one towel in it. There was a stench coming from the drain in the bathroom. Everything electric made a noise so I had to unplug it before I went to bed. Garbage under the bed, the only reason I knew was because it was all sticking out. The free hbo makes a loud ringing noise. Unfortunately if it was up to me id never stay here again. Just go behind and pay the money for the holiday inn.

We needed to stay in GA a fairly long amount of time. Even though their rates were already better then most, the manager personally helped us out with a great rate so we could stay. We were welcomed and attended to through out our whole stay. They were friendly and did their jobs well, any maintenance problem or personal need and they were right on it. Large open room, comfortable king bed, lounging chair, desk, and large double sink bathroom, so we were able to live quite comfortably. Laundry room was clean and easily accessible. Indoor pool looked good, but we never got around to using it. We are late sleepers so never got to continental breakfast, but were very pleased at the maid's willingness to work with our schedule. Computer connection was about average. All was clean, we felt safe, and in good location. I recommend it to any visiting in this area.
