DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Please listen to the reviews! When I checked into the hotel the front desk Nyesha shorter checked me in. When I got to my room I noticed the hot water did not work. The water was running literally freezing cold and did not warm up. I went back to the lobby to let Nyesha know that my room doesn’t have any hot water. She then went to put me into another room after she volunteered information that they’ve been gettin complaints all week and how the maintenance man is family to the hotel owners and he hasn’t been in claiming he’s “sick” so the next room she put me in wasn’t even touched by housekeeping! The bed was unmade sheets were thrown on the couch. So I go back to the lobby FOR THE 3rd TIME! I was then put into a room that Nyesha told me the lights didn’t work for a customer a day before but she still proceeded yo check me into that room… I go to the room and what do you know NONE OF THE LIGHTS WORK! Now I’m back in the lobby for the 4th time! Nyesha told me “yea I know the lights doesn’t work” she then offered to call the manager. She called between 2 managers Jessica and Laura. While nyesha was On the phone with the managers she’s making it seem to them that I am just a complaining customer and nothing is making me happy… I literally paid $819 for my stay hot water and lights at least should be included! I was not rude or disrespectful even though I had all right to be!

Very clean. All of the staff were so nice.

Unexplained charges, rude manager that didnt acknowledge our problems, phone didnt work in room, no sheets on pull out bed and had to go get them since phone didnt work, not much breakfast at bar and didnt have milk for cereal, burnt eggs, rude manager that had to unlock pool that should have already been open.

Love this place! My wife and I are constantly traveling and we've the opportunity to experience many hotels, resorts, suites, inns and lodges, this Staybridge suite is quite possibly the best we've stayed in on the east coast! Perfect accommodations and pleasant environment for peace and relaxation.

The rooms we're incredibly clean and well kept, the service was pleasant and timely, and overall my stay was wonderful. It made visiting Fort Benning so enjoyable!

Lovely place and would have given it a 4.5 stars if the bed had been newer. King and lumpy and old. New beds would make a world of difference.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, each for 4+ days, and cannot say enough how pleased I am each time. From the front desk staff, to the ladies who prep the food, even Eric one of the maintenance men, have been nothing short of stellar support and professional service. Little things like having a small kitchen complete with utensils and plates go a long way for someone who is on the road often. The lobby and dining area are top notch, also thank you for not serving weak coffee as many of us need that extra kick of caffeine before work or hitting the road.

I try to be understanding. Everything can't always be perfect. But we travel exsclusively within the IHG hotel chain to the tune of every other week and we are spire elite members. I reserved two rooms There was an initial mix up with points versus cash payment. I understand life happens. But this hotel has the thinnest blankets. And the A/C will not cut off. We expressed the chilly issue with staff and nothing happened. Advise someone would come at 9 am the next day. I think ok, things take time. But it is 10:30pm and I'm officially over it. Am very disappointed and will reconsider our loyalty to IHG brand.

We're back for another stay! Helpful staff, evening social and a great breakfast. We love the 2 room suite layout. Excellent access to Fort Benning as well as all the shopping and dining you could possibly need.

A nice hotel. Staff were all nice. The food offered isn't the gold medal winner of Staybridges, but it's done well enough. A bit older, and missing a bit of polish, but does the job.

Wonderful staff that are friendly and attentive. Breakfast and Social hours are plentiful with good food and drinks. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Left something expensive behind when I checked out. Called the hotel and they verified they had it. Took my credit card information and said they would mail it to me. Only problem it's going on 3 weeks since they have claimed to have mailed it and I only live 4 hours away in the same state. When I call they just say to keep waiting longer. Not a good experience. Stay away from IHG, I've had far better experiences with the Hilton family of hotels.

Nice and clean, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday they have social time so they have free food. Make you own sandwich, potato salad, chips and other stuff the night I was there. That was nice since I traveled most of the day and did not want to go back out to grab food. Room was clean and well stocked with towels, pillows etc… I would stay there again without hesitation if I am back in the area.

I really like this chain of hotels but this one needs some updates. The TV was confusing to use because of 2 remotes and no directions to operate. The blow-dryer didn't work. Small issues. Staff very helpful and breakfast was pretty good. Sad thing… I watched a lady wipe out all the fresh fruit and muffins. She must have been very hungry.

I travel to Columbus frequently on business and usually stay for about 4 weeks at a time. The staff here are wonderful, friendly and accommodating. It is the only place that I stay. Highly recommended!

Great impression of them. Evening social had excellent food and drinks.

No one mentions that this hotel is across the interstate from the airport. You hear interstate and airplane noises all night. Our air conditioner did not work. When we opened the pull out sofa we found crumbs and a peanut butter cracker wrapper — — yuck! Housekeeping failed to empty our kitchen trash which was bad since I had cooked. Breakfast was just ok. Front desk staff was very friendly so that is something. We will be staying elsewhere when we return in 6 weeks.

This was my first stay at a Staybride suites. Very nice! Tons of extras. Kitchen with full size fridge. Full breakfast, movie room, computer area, pool & firepit. The shower head & water pressure was to die for. I have arthritis & a good shower goes a long way! I will return when my son comes back to ft. Benning.

Love it! Location, beds are extremely comfortable, staff is really friendly. Breakfast ever morning, and dinner Mon — Wed & free wash & dryers.

This is my favorite place to stay when in Columbus. The rooms are very nice for the price. Each room has a full kitchen. (Can't remember if it has an oven but there is a full size stove top for sure. ) They even include a bag of popcorn as a complimentary welcome. The breakfast served is well beyond any complimentary expectations. They offer free washing machines. You really won't find half the ammenities elsewhere, much less for free!

Stay bridge Suites in Columbus, Ga is a very nice place to stay. Breakfast Buffet is great and they have social hour Monday through Wednesday evenings. Staff is very friendly as well.

I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast spread was just a bit more than what you'd get with a continenal. Room was very comfy and clean. There's a nice little patio area out back that's good for reading and a quiet theater room if you're interested in watching a movie in a recliner on a bigger screen.

Spent My Birthday in this Lovely place! This Suite was an Amazing, with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, accommodation for at least 8! It's the perfect place for my daughter's 18th Birthday Slumber party. Beautiful place, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for Luxurious accommodations and quiet comfort!

We stayed here for our sons family weekend and also for his graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms were so clean and very nice. We loved it and will be back.

We love this place. Have stayed 2 different times. They have always been so friendly and helped us with anything we needed.

I had the pleasure of staying here in August for two nights. What stands out: The friendly and helpful staff, the super housekeeping, the comfortable bed and very quiet and comfortable room. Incredibly reasonable price.

I love Staybridge and the whole ING family! I never have a bad Mark til this stay. This property needs and serious overhaul from the interior in the hallways to the furniture in the rooms. I've never seen holes in a chair in any of my rooms and worn out Furniture before. They are missing parts of the baseboards in the hallway light fixtures are totally missing leaving the bulbs exposed I've never seen that in the State Bridge before the TVs are old and need to be exchanged. I am totally disappointed.

The staff treats you like family, the rooms are up to date, clean and the beds are huge and awesome! Good breakfast 7 days a week and Monday-Wednesday socials include free dinner and each adult gets 2 tickets for beer/wine. I wish they were located everywhere!

First time staying here. Our experience was good. Room was nice. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Staff was friendly. Location is good. Close to a movie theater and coffee shops. Would stay here again.

Sherry PAYNE and Lora little made our stay very worth while made it like a family experience very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of will always stay there when down this way great place to stay.

We absolutely love this hotel. The staff is always amazing. They are pet friendly. Rooms are clean. An darn good breakfast buffet… not just waffles an bagels. Eggs an bacon or sausage. Breakfast chanel daily!

I stayed here for work. Great location in Columbus because its close to a lot of establishments. The rooms were clean and very spacious. They had a cool happy hour where guests had appetizer options and wine or beer tickets. Staff was wonderful.

We stayed here for 5 days while waiting to PCS out of the area. The rooms are spacious, the beds are huge. The staff was always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was decent, can't complain when it's free! & they give you 2 drink tickets a day ;) The location is great, right where you want to be in Columbus. My only "complaint" is the water took a good 5 minuets of running every day to get hot. I just think that is wasteful. Lol I would most definitely stay here again. We are currently in a hotel in Hawaii and I wish I could move the staybridge here!

We stayed for my son's boot camp graduation. The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful! Always wanting to make sure we knew of fun things to do around the area. Would highly recommend the Staybridge to any and everyone! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Exceptional staff that are willing to go well beyond the extra mile for their guests, very very reasonable price for the quality and amnemities you will receive. Very clean, very comfortable, and very welcoming.

Very customer service oriented. Quickly spoiled with the free breakfast and dinner socials. Very functional rooms with kitchenette. Needs an update, which is scheduled sometime this year.

This hotel is crap compared to the other Staybridges I've stayed in. You walk in the front door and all you can smell is body odor the girl at the front desk was rude as are most of the staff when I stay at this particular location. The AC unit in my room would not cool the room below about 73 and it was at least 78 in the lobby which was a constant complaint from the girl at the front desk. You know it's hot when the staff is constantly fanning themselves. When I asked for a dinner menu from her (normally they are left in the room at other locations) she wouldn't even get off her cell phone to answer me when she finally did she told me "it didn't matter anyways they don't serve dinner on Mondays. " This poor excuse for a Staybridge needs to be managed by someone else. Everytime I've came here it has sucked I've just never been pissed off enough to leave a bad review until now. I wish my company would stop booking us here and use another hotel.

This place is great. From the second you walk in the door and talk to Justin till eating the solid breakfast this is a great place. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again for sure.

This hotel is the best place I've stayed in along time! The hotel is extremely well-kept, the staff is fantstic, the food is great and they make you feel like family! Our puppy even LOVED the stay! Recommend this hotel to everyone it's a must-stay if you are in the Columbus area.

The indian owner is a perv and I wouldnt be surprised to find a hidden camera in your room somewhere-im not kidding-stay somewhere else unless you like that kinda stuff-.
