You will end up on the floor the bed has no support, it’s like the cheapest government lot purchase mattress you will ever find my back is way past hurting now, the pool is cold as ice in mid May so to cheap to heat the indoor pool, the air conditioner was ok but if it were over 100 outside good luck it has one real setting and that is mediocre, the workout room and breakfast were standard to a little better than most, value for the $100 paid was about half, would I ever trust a Fairfield again as a first time customer. Absolutely not or Marriott, management should have long since addressed these issues.

Great Fairfield. Nice staff and great room. Used points for free night but still treated like a paying guest. Very clean in lobby and room.

For a hotel to cancel reservations for no reason is totally wrong, and does not get my business.

This was the best hotel experience i’ve ever had! I had an extended stay with my two small children (5 yo & 9mo) to visit my husband who was graduating from Fort Benning. The drive to and from base was easy, and to and from good restaurants and shopping was also easy. It was near a chic fila and dunkin donuts. Best of all easy access to 185. The place was the cleanest hotel i’ve ever stayed in. They were constantly cleaning and very accommodating. I slept comfortably as the hotel beds were the best i’ve ever been in! I will never look anywhere else if a fairfield inn is an option!

Had a wonderful experience with our Mill Creek theatre troupe this week+weekend! Your staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. This morning, Viviana in the breakfast service went above and beyond in her kindness and hospitality! Thank you for a fantastic time!

The hotel was off the main road and quite secluded, which may or may not be good depending on an individual's situation. I booked online, but there was a $20 accidental fee, which would be refunded to my card "5-7 business days after check-out, " which I thought was a little inconvenient. The room was very clean, but there were no liners in the trash can. Not really an inconvenience to me, but rather to whoever cleans it. Breakfast is served from 6-9. Since I'm from a different time zone, I didn't make it. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the temperature was adjustable. Overall, a great stay.

I'm always happy with Fairfield Inn and Suites. The beds are so comfortable and the front desk lady at this one was very sweet!

Room was clean. Hotel staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was the mini fridge didnt work very well. It didn't even keep things cool.

Room was spacious and well furnished. Description said room included a kitchenette, which ended up being a microwave and mini-fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was a great experience! Very clean, nice staff, even called my room to make sure everything was how I wanted. Nice breakfast in the morning and a very reasonable price. I’ll be back here when I’m in town for business again!

The hotel was very clean. The staff were dressed neatly. The staff were also extremely catering & nice. The guy staff were dressed neatly, so saggy pants.

Great stay so far. Have 2 nights left on our stay, and I would definitely stay again. Housekeeping was very helpful with extra pillows upon request… all with a smile.

Stay was for a hospital visit. We had to extend our stay and the hotel accommodated us with no problems. Breakfast is good.

My wife & two daughters enjoyed our stay in room 321. The room was clean. There was a lot of space in our room, but table/desk space was limited in the main room & bathroom. This hotel is in a GREAT location; everything you would need is just 1-3 turns away. The hot breakfast was very delicious, and the staff overseeing the breakfast did a great job! The indoor pool was a little colder than I would have liked.

Ok I must be honest… the only reason this place is not receiving a 5 star from me is that it is "not" a true 5-star level facility, but nobody told the staff. The service by EVERYONE here: front desk, housekeeping, security/service gentleman, breakfast team… EVERYONE, across multiple shifts… had a smile, a positive attitude, and a fix for any problem I threw at them. My full party in two rooms had a delightful 2 days here.

I cannot say enough about how nice the staff and hotel is here in Columbus, Ga. I have traveled the world over staying in 4 and 5 Star places. This very inexpensive hotel has an indoor pool, fitness room, and a very good breakfast. The room is literally a suite with a large flat screen in each room, a refrigerator, and a microwave. It was also quiet and very comfortable. I will be back.

Very nice. Staff were helpful. The indoor heated pool was not really heated enough to make it enjoyable. We only stuck our feet in, and decided it was too cool!

Our daughter graduated college on December 15th, 2017. “Kristina” made our stay amazing! We can’t thank her enough for showing excellent customer service. It's was a good stay. Everyone was nice, breakfast was good. I found something wrong with the room (just a little dirty) and they immediately switched me. It was a good stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean quiet beds were extra comfy. But the highlight was the breakfast. Very good continental felt more intimate than any regular continental breakfast great options and delicious variety. Will definitely return.

It was cool, bathroom lights weren't great, kinda dim, good heat though, best sleep I've had in a while, and I liked that the sink was separate from the shower area ya know? That's a biggie when sharing rooms.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The only downside is that they charge a $5 fee for an "upgraded" wireless internet speed. What comes standard as "high speed" should not be classified as such. Otherwise, great place to stay the night.

My family is from Tampa and stayed here "escaping" Hurricane Irma. Rooms were clean and exactly as described. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs. I'll keep them in mind for a future visit.

I barely write any reviews. But this time I have to. I'm flying to Columbus for my boyfriend's boot camp graduation. I'm arriving on Thursday and leaving on Friday. I had overnight flight so I did not get any sleep at all last night. When I got to the hotel at 8 in the morning. They told me that there is no room available for me and they don't start checking in until 3 pm even though I booked the hotel one month ago. So there is no room for me! Even someone checked out the room, the housekeeper is not here yet (by8:30am, they still haven't started working! ) they have to clean the room first. So I have to wait in the lobby with no any sleep state since 6pm last night! This was the first happening to me. I've stayed in so many hotels, before there has never had any hotels telling a guest that you have to wait, there is no room available! I'm feeling so sick now since I had an overnight flight. Never stayed in this hotel again! First time and also last time! So if your flight gets you to this hotel before their check-in time 3pm, they wouldn't check you in, you have to wait until 3!

Had a nice single night stay. The room was nice, clean, and welcoming when I arrived. I definitely rate the quality off the room higher than the rate I paid. The staff was pleasant and they offer a complimentary breakfast to all their guests. There is a small pool and a fitness room with a bench and a large selection of dumbbells and there's a single treadmill and an elliptical. The parking lot is convenient for access to and from the rooms. The only negative I have is that the people entering and exiting through the pool door somehow managed to slam it open and shut over and over. Please see if there's a way to soften or silence that door! All in all a great stay and will most likely be my hotel of choice in the Columbus/Ft. Benning area.

We've stayed here on numerous occasions when in town. Always clean and staff courteous and helpful.

Got the wrong room with the same rates and the toilet stayed torn up the whole time we were there. They never offered any additional discount or anything for me nor them having to plunge the toilet everyday. Kept having to ask the maid for additional towels and cloths. The toilet was overflowing and it was a mess. The pull out sofa was dirty and the sheets hadn't been changed in awhile. The breakfast was good and the service was good. I was able to accomplish what I needed during my visit but please fix the plumbing and get the reservations right.

Nice property. We arrived late, and slept in — so we didn't use the pool or even sample the breakfast. The noon check-out time was beneficial. The room had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Only issue may be that the property is located close to the highway — you can hear some traffic noise if your room is on that side.

Great place to stay near Columbus State University. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel is kept clean, too.

I won't stay anywhere else when I have to visit Ft. Benning. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is professional and go above and beyond! One of the managers even helped me remove a deer tick from my hip! I can't thank her enough!

Very nice hotel. Recently renovated from previous stays. Rooms have comfortable furniture, good air conditioning, and one TV per room. With a decently sized kitchen food is easy to take care of.

It is in a good location in the area, I had no complaints about the room, helpful staff… the indoor pool was small though.

Rooms were very clean! The mattress was comfy and the bedding more than adequate. Fitness center was small with only two machines. Breakfast was a nice selection buffet style. I appreciated the non-pork meat option. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was reserved and used during my wedding ceremony in Columbus GA. Mrs. Veronica Williams with all her works are wonderful, accommodating, loving and caring with excellent attitude to everyone who stayed during this ceremony. They also presented us wedding gifts which we weren't expecting. I've logged in hotels before but this is unique with experience workers who treat you like king/queen.

NEVER EVER EVER! will I go to this hotel AGAIN! This hotel was nothing like the fairfield hotels I've been to. And plus I caught one of the staff smoking Marijuana outside the hotel. So on top of being treated rudely and witnessing that! Immediately packed my things and left! NEVER AGAIN.

Never Never Never Stay at this motel! Rude Staff they were all black. I wen't down to get breakfast in the breakfast room at 9:15 and it closed at 9:30 and I was about to cook a waffle and she took the cups and plates away and I told her that I was cooking a waffle and she said "Breakfast is closing and I need to get the plates and fruit put up before anyone else comes. " psss. Townesplace inn marriot is better or holiday inn.

Came to Columbus to attend a graduation ceremony at Ft. Benning. This hotel is conveniently located to the freeway and a short drive to the base. The accommodations were comfortable and the staff was AMAZING! Very friendly, very accommodating and always smiling! Would definitely stay again.

The staff th at checked us in was wonderful. The room was clean, great location for Basic CT graduation and the breakfast was great.
