Great hotel. Had a suite and it was like an apartment. Nice and quiet, warm saltwater pool, free stuff. I'll be recommending them to my travel clients.

The rooms where clean with a home like feeling. Everything was available that you could need … Very reasonable and nice staff.

I travel quite a bit for work. So I've stayed in many hotels. If there was a Candlewood Suites available in those areas I would definitely be staying there. Great customer service.

This newer extended stay hotel is a good value for the money. Just a note: it a a pet friendly facility so if you are not, dont book here! Luckily it was not an issue for me. The room was clean. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Traffic can get a bit heavy getting in and out but not unbearable. I will stay here again.

Booked two rooms one for 3 days the other for 2 days. (Paid with two separate credit cards when we arrived). One room didn't have a working toilet. Other room was flooded. Yes. They moved us to working rooms. After a few hours. Did not pay for either room with the same credit card I used to book with yet the day after I checked out 3 of our credit cards had room charges for the same days. So two rooms paid 3 times… mistake? I think not. This was done by the manager himself! He made a BS excuse after not calling me back. Beware of the fraud! I am filing fraudulent claim against them! I did not sign anything stating they can charge that card. Sneaky liars!

Free washers and dryers saved me in a pinch. Rooms are clean and pretty big hotel is located in a nice area… I would definitely bring my family here again.

Room very nice and spacious. Its a, extended stay hotel so no breakfast but you have a kitchenette. Staff extremely friendly. Reducing the rating due to stingyness with towels. My husband wanted a new one and I wanted an extra one. I don't know if it's a corporate policy or what but the 3rd degree I got for asking for extra towels was uncalled for and not customer friendly. I don't want to down the girl running the desk because she was super friendly and sweet. But come on candlewood… we had friends that stayed here that had an issue with the same thing.

The hotel sponsored a slumber party room for our annual Daddy Daughter Dance and it was a real treat for our contest winner! They really went all out for us. Thank you so much GM Sabrina and Candlewood Suites Northeast team for helping Daddy Daughter Dance Columbus bring families together!

Shared a room with a friend from out of town and have to say this place is pretty nice. Inside and out, easily accessible to restaurants and other local places for shopping. Definitely worth the stay.

Great place. Everything was great. Neat, clean, and had great staff. Everyone was so friendly.

Overall the stay was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The internet was fast and reliable. The room was clean except for the walls and interior doors. There was damage to a wall and they were stained and discoloured in various places. With white paint, dirt was very apparent on the doors and walls.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Clean and very nice staff! I would recommend you would come to this hotel! But the only thing it is a little pricey.

I always enjoy my annual stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff treats us like family!

Wonderful place. Staff was awesome and the rooms were more than we expected.

I absolutely loved the stay there. My kids loved it also. Both Cynthia (who checked me in), and Corey (who checked me out) were kind, attentive and very professional. Everything was clean and appealing. The mattress felt great. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was such a cool hotel. Most of the rooms have full kitchens in them. I've never seen that before. I usually stay in the holiday inns. This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean. The whole hotel was very resort like. Very nice bathrooms. Beds we're very comfortable. There is a 24 hour gym and pool. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here if your in the area.

For this to be a pet friendly hotel, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was some of the most friendly and polite I have ever encountered at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I think it's absolutely enjoyed my room! Guest service was excellent! The room was superb! Really enjoyed myself felt like I was at home in my own bedroom now that special!

We had a great stay at Sandalwood! Loved how relaxed the mood was there. Also, the honor-system "Candlewood Cupboard" was very nice!

We stayed here this past weekend. I was very impressed with there studio suite. I have never stayed at any hotel/motel that provides absolutely everything you need to survive. The full kitchenette came equip with a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, a pitcher inside refrigerator, a full size microwave w/ vent fan and other features over the stove area, dishwasher, sank, pots, pans, plates, silverware, cookware, coffee cups, toaster, coffee maker, bowls, drinking glasses, complimentary dish washer powder,, complimentary dish washing liquid, complimentary wash dish washing cloths and paper towels. Also, you are allowed to go the front desk and request additional kitchenware at no additional charge. The studio was very clean and modern in style. I was so impressed with all the complimentary samples provided in the toiletries as well. They also have a small store you can buy last minute items like deodorant, washing powder, snacks, etc. Not to mention, the location is near plenty of restaurants, a variety of stores, and shopping centers. We only paid around 140.00 for the two nights we stayed there. I couldn't have been more pleased with everything.

Good staff nice rooms. For a long stay, they are a good choice. The staff has been amazing going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even bought flowers and a get well card after finding out about a recent medical procedure.

Terrible customer service! The girl at the front desk quoted me an incorrect rate… turns out she put the wrong amount of nights. I went in to look at the hotels and make sure everything was good for the booking because I'm reserving them for an event a few months away. Everyone knows that you don't you don't charge for the reservation until after check in or checkout in most cases. I let the girl know I'm reserving them for other individuals and she said they could play at check in or check out. I wake up a few day later turns out these under qualified no experience employees charged my card nearly $2000 for an event that's 2 months away. I told them several times I'm not the one paying for this and I have different individuals coming in. I called back and spoke their low class unhospitable staff I even spoke with the manager who tried to make it seem as if I was lying. They were all unapologetic! Like come guess where is you class where is your so called customer service?! I will rather stay at motel 6 before I stay here! I do not recommend to anyone. In my book they are theives and crooks! The lady lied and said she put the money back in my account. Most definitely taking this issue to corporate! It's ridiculous!

Excellent hotel! Stayed here for a business meeting from hawaii and it was amazing! Very friendly staff and amazing housekeeping! Will definitely be a long term customer here because the cleanliness and food availability on the street is amazing! I had checked in first at the one on Victory Drive and I almost vomited, it was disgusting!

There was nothing to complete brekfast.

Live the food and the atmosphere. The service is very good for a small establishment. Who thought pimento cheese and chicken strips are great food companions. My taste buds enjoys the combo.

Hotel was clean, warm and inviting walking in. Very modern. Front desk Manager Mr. Williams was very quick and friendly checking in. My room was extremely clean, spacious, and modern. The beds are soft. Plenty of desk space for work. Spacious bathroom. Felt very at home from the moment I arrived. Will stay again next time I'm in town.

Very nice extended stay hotel, and the staff are awesome to say the least. The one thing that is different from all the rest of this chains is they do not give visitors free continental breakfast. The only thing included for free is the coffee. Not sure why this is, but this does not keep us from staying there.

We booked three weeks ago three a third party! Needless to say when we get there after a 9 hour drive candlewood has no rooms available! The host at the front desk was so sweet after almost an hour of trying to figure everything out they upgraded us to an amazing room! No complaints at all! Everything was clean very nice great beds and very very nice staff! Will deff. Us them again. Thank you some much for everything candlewood suites northeast we enjoyed it. Sincerely The Helmer's.
