Room was clean. Bed is comfortable. The air conditioning took a while to bring the room temp down. But that can be expected. Staff was very nice.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Staff is wonderful and very friendly! Rooms was clean and tidy. Only complaint was was the kitchenette had no cooking utensils/pans/dishes, etc, but we already had that stuff with us anyway so it worked out. Would definitely recommend and stay again with out two small dogs!

This hotel all in all is disgusting. It was very dirty the sheets had nasty spot on them it like they didn't change it from the previous people, they had roaches And the TV is extreamly small and stinks in there. My boyfriend and I didn't even stay a full 24 hours because how disgusting it was they did not refund us and seem like they didn't really care I wouldn't recommend going to this extended stay.

Stay here to attend Georgia Driving Academy for cdl. The room was keep clean by myself and my roommate because housekeeping only came thru on Sundays. If u need anything like linen, you have to bring your old stuff to get new stuff at the front desk. No ice machine and the breakfast is muffins, granola bars, coffee & juice. The parking lot did stayed clean.

Sheets where dirty ended up going to Walmart and buying my own but other than that everything was good.

It's been renovated so it's nicer than it used to be. It was clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable and the kitchenette with an almost full size fridge was nice to have. The people at the front desk were really nice too. Great price, would stay there again.

Worst hotel experience Ive ever had in my life. The room service literally went into my room and threw away my food while I was gone. Tossed my clothes into a bag all without contacting me. (My room was paid for mind you) the front counter wanted nothing to do with the situation and refused to call managment to assit until my 8th time walking into the office to complain. Do not stay here!

The room was great for how cheap it was! They don't have many amenities that most have (they charge extra for housekeeping, etc) but if you don't need those things like us then it's perfect! No breakfast but they have coffee & muffins. Very friendly people!

Wall outlets not very easy to get to if you have a lot of things to plug in like I do. Clean pretty good modern rooms. Elevator needs to be fixed to go faster. I would advise trying to stay on the ground floor if you have a lot of things to bring into your room. Decent price for the area.

The rooms are fairly clean. However, there was something that looked like food crumbs on the floor and a clothing tag left behind on the shelf. The bathroom and bed were clean though and that's the most important. The walls are thin. The next room bumped the wall at 4:38 am and it moved my pillow and woke me up. An hour later I could hear them screwing. Luckily, he could only last about 2 minutes. I considered going over there to show him how it's done but I fell back to sleep. The staff is friendly.

Other than my truck being stolen from the parking lot and the hotel is not accountable pretty good stay…

The room was nice and clean. Check in was easy and the girl that did it was a very pleasant person. We are planning another trip to Columbus in the near future and there is no question as to where we will be staying. I highly recommend this place.

I stay in a lot of Extended Stay America hotels. This is one of the nicer ones. This hotel is far nicer and friendlier than the one across town in Bradley Park. I like the outside access doors opposed to the indoor ones. Management really needs to have the stairwells pressure washed, they're kind of nasty.

Cold room the month of December. When the weather out side was 31 degrees. No Continental breakfast as advertised. It was just a coffee bar. Dog barking through the night. Just a bad experience.

1 star because I had to give something! BIG ROACHES… SPIDERS… WEBS… non smoking rooms but burn holes in sheets… blood stains on ironing board… YUCK! on top of it all check out is 11… at 11:01 housekeeping bangs on door asking are u staying over or checking out.

The rooms are very nice. It is located in a good area of the city.

Whatever you may need for the kitchen they have at the front desk. Staff is super polite room super clean and nice and comfy really enjoyed our stay.

My brief visit was accomidating and pleasurable. I was nonetheless only picking up my medication from my wife.

I visited some relatives who were in town on business. I was impressed with the rooms and all that was offered for the price.

It was nice. Water pressure in shower could've been a little stronger lol. But it was worth the money.

The staff here is super awesome (no family or friends work here). I was taken back with the kindness and helpful staff here. Stayed over a month. Some issue's with bugs but they came up and sprayed.

Definitely feel like home whenever I stay here! You can NOT find ANYTHING better for the price! I would recommend anyone here!

Nice rooms! Very Clean! nice and cool in the Georgia summer heat! One of the nicest places in Georgia! Comes with pots, pans, dishes and utensils if you need them to cook in your nice mini kitchen!

One of the cleanest Extended Stay I've stayed at "EVER". Its great to have a full kitchen to prepare meals. Customer Service was good at check in and check out. Thanks.

Awesome hotel. I would highly recommend if you are on a budget and are seeking a long term stay. Unlike many extended stay hotels, this hotel offers pots and pans, toasters, can openers, coffee makers, ice trays, and hair dryers available to guest at no extra cost. The rooms are VERY clean. I stayed at this hotel for approximately one month and had no problems with pests.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Even though the price is very reasonable, pay the extra $20 and stay at the Sleep Inn next door. Our room was roach infested and since the lobby closes at 11 pm there was no one available to help us move to another room. We are not sure if I wanted to anyway… Waste of our money…

Not a bad place to stay. They don't have anything fancy or frills, other than the grab and go breakfast, which is basically breakfast snacks and nothing more. Definitely under 3 stars as the back side of the hotel is just a few hundred feet from the highway and passing cars are easily heard within the room.

Decent room. Staff are idiots. We were already in a room and we booked again at the same hotel in advance for the next day. Well needless to say we had to move hotels to there other location which was extremely inconvenient. Never again will I stay here again. Not worth the headache.
