Great indoor pool. Very quiet area.

Great staff, great atmosphere, very clean rooms, outstanding Continental healthy breakfast, indoor heated pool and great location.

Inside pool, Large Suite, free Wi-Fi.

Not great! Stayed in early August 2018. Room and hotel lobby had a very worn look, almost "beat up". The toilet paper holder in my room was held in place with masking tape. The exhaust fan didn't work and when I made mention of this I was told "all the exhaust fans have been disconnected". Stay elsewhere. There are many other hotels in the area that offer better service and are much nicer, especially in this price range.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. Clean, quiet, and within walking distance of shopping areas and food. Full breakfast including real bacon and sausage put them over the top. We haven't checked out yet and we've already made reservations for next months visit.

We've been staying at country inn and suites in several states. I most stay this one doesn't live up to their general standard. There is no hot tub, the pool is the size of a large bath tub and breakfast was awful. On the plus side the stuff is very nice.

Exceptional staff… pleasant, personable, goes out of their way to be helpful. Conventially located to Ft Benning and the Columbus Civic Center (where Muskogee Co. High schools hold graduation). The only down side is it is difficult to find the road entrance during daylight arrival. The sign on the building which is lit at night is hidden behind trees and cannot be seen in the day time and there is only a small gray sign indicating where the 2 turns into the property are located.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and the rooms are great. We had a king suite which is almost like a little 1 bedroom apartment. Lots of room and privacy from the kids. Indoor pool was nice, and the coffee and cookies in the lobby was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again. Oh and the bed was awesome!

This hotel was clean and staff was great. The continental breakfast is slightly lacking with variety and quality. Conveniently located near freeway entrance. Offers a great Government rate. My room had plenty of space for my small family. Room contained a mini fridge and a small microwave. Overall our stay was good and will return when in town.

Location was ideal. Staff was very pleasant. Details were lacking. Refrigerator wasn't chips and had no switch. Shower curtain bar was drooping. Breakfast was kinda gross. But the place was clean and the beds were comfy. I'd stay again.

After driving 10 hours from Norfolk, Virginia I was exhausted. Called the hotel to see if I could check in before 3pm… I was blown away by great customer service and for them being able to get me checked in. The hotel is very nice… room was clean and spacious… had a very peaceful stay. Everyone there greets with a smile… will stay again!

I highly recommend! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and economical. This is our 2nd trip to Columbus, and stayed at several hotels/motels close to Fort Benning but those hotels/motels were over priced and old.

One of the best Hotel's we've ever stayed at. Professional, friendly staff, clean, clean, clean on your rooms,, pool and hotel. A great hot breakfast at an excellent price. Doesn't get any better… We will be back, Thank you❤

Enjoyed our weekend here. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was above my experience with " Continental" and had different hot foods each morning. The two room suite design was asome for our family and a nice change from our "one room hotels" in the past.

Great hotel, beautifully decorated. Checked in due to a family death. Only problem I had was it was expressed that we needed to get into the room as early as possible due to the wake that afternoon, after a 3 hour drive, church then lunch, our room still wasn't ready (it was 2pm and check in was at 3). We finally got into the room at 3 (after requesting an early check in) and had to rush to get ready by 4pm. Same with next day, I requested a late check out as the funeral was at 11 and check out was 12… couldn't be arranged, so we had to pack before and take the luggage to a funeral. I feel like since the entire reason I stayed there was for a funeral and this was noted up front, they could have been a little more flexible with times. Other than that. Very lovely place, very comfortable beds, great location.

I love this place and it was very close to where I needed to be for the program I needed to attend… the service and people were so nice and friendly… will use again… Thank you for your service…

Stayed January 2017. Got two queen suite. Beds very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Nice indoor pool for kids. You can tell new owners are making good progress in updating and cleaning up, room furniture needs updating. Breakfast is fine, bagels, waffles, coffee, tea, juices just like most places. You might have to ask for more towels no biggie. Coffee and tea 24 hours but it wasn't hot, again I'm not too picky and just warmed up in microwave but I'm sure front staff would sort out if you ask as they were friendly. I stayed because I liked the idea of a separate sitting room. It's not the 4 seasons but for the price it's good value and on par with other area hotels. Close to lots of shopping and restraunts 15-20 min from ft. Benning main gate. I would stay again. They just need to polish up a few details in remodeling but it is clean. I checked beds and bedding no bugs at all. Pillows kinda suck but they give you plenty.

I booked this hotel as a birthday gift for my daughter. She likes staying at hotels. I like Country Inn and Suites hotels. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. We didn't get in it because it didn't look well maintained. I don't know what was biting us but we had bites on our arms. We won't be staying at this facility again.

People who work here were pretty nice. Beds were soft. I slept right through the night. Pool was a little yucky tho and felt like the ocean. Could be a better bathroom hook for towels. It took a while for hot water to come thru the shower. I gave you at 4 star because of your kindess and because of the beds. Thank you for offering to take us to a different room that had actual hot water.

Loved staying here on my trip to Ft. Benning to see my grandson graduate from Boot Camp. It was an awesome trip. The staff at the Inn were so awesome to me. They really have the southern hospitality! They were willing to help with anything I needed. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good! On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 10+++ If I ever go back, I will stay with them again! Thanks to all the staff!

One star hotel at a five star price. My wife and I were in Columbus for a wedding the same weekend there was a soccer tournament. This was the only place we could find a reservation a month in advance. The cost for a king room was $133 per nite + taxes which came to $159. The desk clerk admitted they had raised their rates because of the tournament. Mold over the shower, carpets were grungy and smelled stale, and we could hear the people walking upstairs all evening until they went to bed. Don't bother with this hotel if you can find somewhere else.

Location is good. Target, Publix, Fresh market and more are in walking distance. I stayed here once before and at the time liked everything. But this time my stay was not that good. Our room smelled funky, toilet paper holder was broken. But the worst was the fact that our towels were so old looking and so stained with hair from previous guests. No place should have towels that bad for guests. Just unexeptable. Plus we had only two big towels when there was supposed to be four. But when we asked for more towels we had to wait until they wash them (we waited about 5 hours). Hair was also around the toilet and the tub. And toilet seat was sliding. Breakfast was a struggle. Guests were arriving for breakfast just to see empty trays. We all had to wait for everything to be cooked or just simply put out. One day we heard an excuse "lady that takes care of the breakfast is on her break". Really? Breakfast was from 7 until 10:30. And no one to cover for her. Such disrespect towards guests. Bottom line unclean bathrooms, towels looking like dishwashing rags, and not organized breakfasrt. All things that supposed to make any stay easy and comfortable simply were not there. I will think twice before staying there again.

The room wasn't completely clean. There was no remote control for the tv. When I asked for an extra towel set before leaving in the afternoon, and came back at 9:45 PM and had to go back down stairs to ask for the towel set again. My door didn't lock, and I told the desk clerk, she said she knew, but yet allowed me to check in and leave my belongings there with no warning. The breakfast was terrible. Not much to choose from.

I will just make a list. Seems like the simplest and most helpful. 1. We reserved 2 suites and were only give regular rooms. They had not suites available so had to wait an extra day and then waited until almost 3 o clock the following day to move to the correct room. 2. Furniture was filthy and stained. Lampshade had jelly on it. Main staircase was disgustingly dirty. 3. The free breakfast was nasty. Selection was scarce and luke warm. Cereal with NO MILK available. No eggs, no bananas. The dining person was an absolute grouch. 4. Quite a few lamps did not work. TV remotes that didn't work. 5. Pool never had towels available. We had to ask every time we swam. The windows would not open in pool area because they were so broken. It smelled like fish in the pool. 6. Workout room had old rickety machines. Only one of each machine so you always had to wait. 7. YUCKY! YUCKY! YUCKY! The whole experience made my skin crawl. Would never come here again. 7. I'll add a couple of positives. The water in the shower was hot. :) The cleaning staff was very friendly and kind to my kids.

Checked in, very crowded, was put in a handicap room. Went to use the shower and the shower head, arm and control broke off the wall hitting me. I did inform the front desk. They apologized but never sent anyone to fix or offer to move us. The shower was also very dirty, stained and broken pieces on bottom wall of shower.

Rooms were cold. Vents were nasty. Customer service was good.

Excellent service! Friendly staff. I would look forward to visiting again Syretha at the front desk and Tonya in breakfast are so friendly! A "must stay" hotel.

False advertisement. We are out of towners and stayed here w/ no ideas about the area, just reading reviews so we stayed here and we stayed at this hotel in different locations and they are very nice. But this one are not true. We have no air condition last night, we were so tired. So I asked for a fan for overnight used. We checked out, they charged me more than the price I booked, front desk spoke with the owner, Mr. Patel and willing to give us minimum of 25% discount off, so 25%off was not taken out from our bill but we were told that the Gen. Manager, Ms. Wanda will take care of this stay. We will be waiting for Ms. Wanda's call. Hopefully we will get a call and get refund or better answer… I will post once we received the response.

So, let me start off by saying that I'm pregnant, in my second trimester, and super hormonal. I was here from AZ to see my little brother graduate from BCT and the trip started out pretty rocky. Being pregnant, a little rocky turns into "sucky-est day ever" pretty quickly. I booked my hotel through a 3rd party company, but for the wrong night on accident. That third party wouldn't switch my reservation without a huge fee. The ladies at this hotel were so accomodating. Arielle, the woman who helped me to finally set up my reservation, was such a sweetheart. She didnt hesitate to put me in a great room for the price of my original reservation. Both of the women were very down to earth yet professional. The bed was great for me, as I now like a decent amount of back support: I'd say the beds were a medium firmness. The sheets were soft! Carpet was clean; the pool was nice and warm and open until midnight; they even had a book for me to borrow from their little nook that reminds me of my grandparents winter country home ♡. Thank you County Inn and Suites, for having a nice place to stay and WONDERFUL employees. P. S. — a huge thank you to everyone on staff that is so amazing ♡
