Great place to be! The staff are amazing!

Where do I began my family and I had an amazing experience. Mrs Wanda, Mrs Amy, Mrs Christel, Mrs Latrice my favorite bartender and personal chef Marquis and yes Mrs Ann all the staff treated the Tanner party like royalty. This was my first visit to Columbus Georgia I had to much fun here I hated to leave. The atmosphere was very cozy

Except for Ann, who is over breakfast area, place is great. However she has a bad attitude and is extremely hateful!

I was there to DJ at a wedding! The ceremony was outside and reception inside. The facilities were great and food was delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Me and my husband were very impressed by the rooms. Very comfortable spacious and stylish. Everyone from the Front desk to the staff were very Professional and friendly. Also there was a beautiful water front area to enjoy as well. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything about my room was awesome as well as the hotel! The staff were very accommodating, they were very pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!

Great front desk and management staff… needed to check in earlier from after a medical procedure, and they were super friendly, understanding, and accommodating.

I have never stayed as a guest at this location. I attended a wedding and it was excellent. I was professionally greeted upon entering and the attendant assured my comfort while I waited.

Very nice room, amenities, and location. The one downside that I ran into was only having warm water available between 8-9am before I left each morning. Even with the shower turned fully hot, only warm water was left. Kind of a bummer to start the day.

Very nice hotel. Food at the on site restaurant was good as well.

Clean quiet. Staff was very efficient and respectful. A bit dated but not too bad.

Everything was good at the hotel but what put the stay over the top was the restaurant. I've stayed at other Hilton Garden Inns but no comparison. So much better and more extravagant meals. I had a pistachio crusted Salmon with spinach and grilled polenta in a delicious sauce — Phenomenal! Once again at breakfast just a few extra ingredients not normally found made my omelet extra special. A good hotel (slightly older), with a great restaurant.

Super value! Rooms are clean and nicely appointed, staff was friendly and helpful and responsive to my multiple requests. Nothing better for this price!

Enjoyed celebrating granddaughter Birthday here. Clean and everything inside and out to the other customers. Nice relaxing visit after all was over. Internet, fax, office equipment, pools, bar and food.

Hotel is located in a nice area called Bradley Lakes. There is a beautiful lake right next to the hotel also a nice two mile walking path going around the neighborhood. Now I say neighborhood but there aren’t any homes around here; strictly businesses. If you plan on staying here, make sure you have a rental as there are no restaurants or entertainment within walking distance. Now the hotel does have a bar and restaurant but you can only eat that so many times. My room was clean and quiet. No issues there. The gym seems to need some love. It has three treadmills and one elliptical. The first day I went in there none of the treadmills were working and there was no water in the cooler. After advising the staff, the next day only two of the treadmills were non-operational. They do have a weight rack (up to 50lbs dumbbells) some matts, medicine balls and that’s about it. Breakfast is usually good at Hilton Garden Inn’s but the lady that cooks here burned my omelet, twice. I hate burned eggs. If you are looking to be near any activities this is not the place. If you are looking for a private location this is it. I would recommend you try it out. Tip: If you are a Hilton Honors member and are eligible you can choose whether to earn points for your stay of take a free breakfast. Just ask the front desk.

What a great place! The room and Jacuzzi were amazing. The drinks, food and staff were amazing. In the morning we got breakfast and it was so delicious, the staff offered to make us coffee or refill juices. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Nice and clean rooms. With a nice pond next to it some rooms overlook the pond and it's pretty to look at. Staff is very friendly however if you are looking for coffee or tea or really anything after 9 the answer is always "we don't have anymore". I've stayed at a lot of hotels and they always keep coffee and hot water in the lobby at all hours. Need shampoo at 9 PM? Well they "don't have anymore". The gym has 3 treadmills but one was broken when we visited and the second broke while we were here for a week. The pool was also closed the entire week. Lots of parking outside as well with multiple entrances. There is a pokemon gym just outside in the parking lot and a poke-stop inside the hotel.

We loved our stay here! After searching and searching for an available room late one night before going to watch my little brother graduate. We had previously left a hotel after taking just one look at their room! We were so incredibly happy to have found the Garden Inn! Thank you to the wonderful staff and so thankful for the comfortable clean rooms! Me and my sister are pregnant and we absolutely LOVED the beds and the breakfast! Haha.

I don’t know why this took me sooo long to write this review. My wife and I spent 3 nights at this hotel about 2 years ago. From the moment we booked reservations to the end it was fabulous. We’re from California and was there for a military graduation. I told my wife about southern hospitality and how they are so friendly and She loved it couldn’t believe the change from west to south The staff at the hotel were sooo nice. Such a big difference from California. They made the stay a delight. I would recommend the place. Good memories.

Nice place in nice area, but stayed here in August. Very noisy and no security visible, but thought due to hurricane refugees but this time same situation now, plus dirty room! They didn’t even shake out crumbs from granddaughters pop tart eating, just pulled sheets up and called bed made!

I was there for my niece's 18th birthday party. The staff was professional, attentive, helpful and extremely nice. The level of customer service was more than I expected. My sister loved everything they did for her.

Wow so clean and the prettiest gardens. Wild life surrounds this quaint setting with a pretty view of the lake in the back gardens. Best of all the whole staff including the front desk, housekeepers, and maintenance took every opportunity to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. We wanted a quick getaway and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Great location, we will return.

Rooms are very clean and well kept, it's pretty much the standard for most Hilton Garden that I have stayed in in the past. The room that I was given was a little smaller than normal but for one person it's quite cozy. I would say The only discrepancy I had was that the bathroom was Tiny I'm sure there are other rooms, based on the map view that are larger. If you are a gold and diamond member you are given a choice between extra points or breakfast.

Our Red Hat ladies had a wonderful Christmas luncheon. The service was terrific, the food was very good, and the price was nice. I have been to Hilton Garden Inn in the past for larger get together’s and it was just as nice then as well. I’ll be going back.

This place is very well kept and super clean. The room is very inviting. Although it is an extended stay it is still good to stay here. No breakfast in the mornings. Since it is an extended stay there are movies you can check out and a multitude of snacks for purchase. There is a fitness facility. It's a pretty standard one but that expected from a hotel.

The Hilton Garden Inn really went above and beyond our expectations. During planning, we were working mostly with Gayla, and for the day of, we worked mostly with Brandon and Amanda. I must say that those 3 really did their best to make all of our guests feel special and love their stay. We used the Hilton for our wedding reception (feel free to ask for pictures), and I could not have asked for more from the staff. The bartenders were tons of fun, and the serving staff the night of even joined us on the dance floor towards the end of the night! We did have 1 small minor issue the evening before with the front desk, but that was all taken care of by Amanda & Brandon. Really, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for making our day such a special, memorable day.

Well for starters we had opened the window in our room because we had lite a incent and it was kinda strong so we opened the window to air out the room alittle but an orange light on the wall behind me started flashing well to sum it all up my card was charged $250.00 for opening that window. They said they charged me that because we smoked in the room! Ahhhh no I didn't! Then I let them know we was staying tell Sunday at checkout. Well needless to say Saturday morning we had left to go to the store and was gone for a couple of hours and when we returned our key cards didn't work. Spoke with a lady told her what was going and she put us back in the same room well I asked her where all my stuff was that was in our room we had clothes, food, soda's, oh yeah and the money because. In the dining area said give m
so she damn.

Nice hotel. Second time there. Saw a bedbug when I pulled the covers back to get in the bed. Got it with tissue and flushed it. Checked self and belongings, wrote a note to housekeeping, then left.

We can't say enough good things about this hotel. We were evacuated from Florida because of Irma and couldn't have lucked upon a better home for 5 nights. The staff was a amazing. From the welcoming desk clerks to the gracious morning servers to the bartenders, everyone had a beautiful smile for us. Asha, Misty, and Adrienne in particular should all get raises! Seems like Fort Benning visitors in the know and other business travelers have found, as we did, a welcoming refuge. Nice pool and hot tub. And Columbus itself won us over… check out the infantry museum and downtown. We'll be back!

Very close to Columbus airport, around a 10min drive. The service is amazing, all the stuff are well spoken and polight. The room service is also amazing and the food is really good, when I travel in the USA I usually try to stay at Holiday Inn. And comparing to the Holiday inn Jopin, this once food is prepared a lot better. Guess the Southern folks know how to cook their meals. Only downside I saw was the washroom were not that great in my room 207. In the bathtub the water didn't drain. For sure the washroom need to be renovated.

Hotel rooms are filthy. The showers smell really bad like humidity on the curtains from so old. The furniture is very old and I also asked for a crib and the lady in front desk said don't have one then She said she was going to check but that I had to give her time and never even bothered to advise if she had one or not. Lazy. The front lobby looks really nice like a new hotel but that's it everything else is old.

Hilton Garden Inn definitely exceeded my expectations for my 25th Class Reunion, my event was held July 29th, 2017! From the first day I walked into this hotel and met Amanda & Gayla in Sales. I have been blown away with the amazing customer service that has been shown to me. For Saturday night's event, the staff (Shakia Peterson, Tanae B, Shelia Hawkins, & Marcus McCullough) helped to make me and my Classmates 25th Class Reunion a memorable night. Their service was on point all night, serving the drinks, food, and assisting in anyway that was necessary. Shakia, helped me before the event with some items I needed help with because I was running behind. Her willingness to help with no hesitation shown me that the staff will go above and beyond to help their customers in anyway they can. I appreciate all the help she shown to my Classmates and I. Everyone did an amazing job. Reading the negative comments scared me, but please don't based someone else experience off what you may think your experience may be. I have not one complaint about my Event held at this hotel… Everything was good. The staff were amazing, and the food was delicious! Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for doing everything to make our 25th Class Reunion a Success!

We stayed the weekend for family days with our son. We had a blast! The room was always cleaned to perfection. Breakfast was great. The staff made our experience even better. Friendly, helpful and always smiling. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is in a nice location. The grounds are maintained well and there is a nice little lake adjacent to the hotel. I was greeted as a diamond member when picking up my room key at the front desk and given my bottles of water. The staff was very nice and cordial. The hotel seems to be a little older but well maintained. Breakfast was what I expected from Hilton Garden Inn and the server went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I would certainly stay at this property again in the future.

Service was very good. One concern the food served at the buffet was not hot. It might be good to rotate different hot foods served. I give the people who work there five stars. Thanks.

Amazing Hilton. The ground are gorgeous. The staff was friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and room service was fast and easy. Made my long day end great!

Breakfast is good. Service is great. We were here for the lifetouch photography seminar for an entire week and I had a nice time. Housekeeping is great and the front desk people are fantastic. The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 is because the front desk told my work group that they ran out of coffee for our group LOL. What kind of hotel doesn't provide coffee for a conference? We need that to stay awake! ) :

When I checked in receptionist didn't smile and very grumpy I was un happy, other staffs are friendly Restaurant plates and cups are not clean but Foods are delicious Don't believe their website, there are hidden cost.

Drinks were strong as hell. Food was alright. They were out of wings which is frustrating.

Good facility, clean, comfortable beds. Not the most convenient location to town, but cheap.

My husband is stationed at Ft. Benning and we stayed at this hotel for Memorial Weekend. It's a very beautiful property and the interior is also beautiful. Our room was very clean and house keeping also did a great job on a daily basis. Great water pressure, great whirlpool tub… everything was great!

Best Hilton Garden Inn I've been to. They made every accommodation to our group's event and satisfied our every need. Would definitely book here again.

Nice hotel that is kind of set back from everything. Had a good breakfast buffet. Employees need a little more training. Checked in but was not told about my buffet vouchers and a couple other small things.

Very clean hotel in Columbus, but make sure ypu have enough towels if travelling with others… I had to dry myself with small little towels. Other then that though it's a beautiful little gem and the Jr suites are a great deal!

Our toilet was and still is broken in the room we are staying in. The staff is nice and the place looks up to date and is clean.

This Hotel was very nice and professionally kept. It is on beautiful landscape and is a freat getaway.

Worst Hiiton Hotel I have ever stayed at! The manager Mr. Donato Nosce is definatly not customer focused! He went so far as telling me directly that since I was using the Hitlon Government rate for my stay that I was already not paying what a "normal" customer was paying. It also took them three days to fix the micowave in the room. Bottom line was that Mr. Nosce made me so upset that I switched to the Hampton Inn for the rest of my trip. P. S. Hampton is is the better Hilton property in Columbus GA.

We loved the stay. Everyone was very attentive and so friendly. The waitress at breakfast was especially friendly and the room attendant on the 5th floor was so sweet. Great job.

Just hosted an event for Serenity Hospice fundraiser for Relay For Life and Serenity Foundation. To help the fight against cancer and make lives easier for our patients. The staff was incredible. They gave us an awesome deal and believed in both causes for the event as much as we do. The food was great and we had a blast raising money. Mrs. Gayla is heaven sent. We are forever grateful to you all and all of your hard work and big hearts.

Terrible customer service in the reservations department. I had to attend a class for 3 days and was told that I could get a discounted room rate ($89). I called to reserve the room and was told that the discounted rooms were full and that I would have to pay full price ($139). Now there were only 18-20 people in the class, so I find it hard to believe that there were not enough rooms available. I received no offer to make it right, even though another person from my same department was going and got a room at the discounted rate. Very rude lady. So I proceeded to go on the website, I work for a government entity, so I put in my government code and received the exact same room for $83 per night. :).

Jewelry was stolen while we were out to dinner. Don't stay here.

Best hotel in Columbus, and I have tried most of the Hilton hotels. Nice, clean, professional staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful surroundings. I stay here every time I travel here, which is quite often.

We had the most wonderful time at the hotel. All of the staff, cleaning and serving were great. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great each morning with lots of choices and the wait staff was great. The rooms were clean and nicely organized. We were there for a reunion and everything was organized and done with precision.

Hotel was very nice and clean and I had a great view of the lake. The best part was the staff, everyone of them was extremely nice and helpfull. I would stay here again in a second.

Rooms a little dated over all clean comfortable king room very small friendly and outgoing personell. Resteraunt needs work food good but pricy.
