The management was so helpful and the staff very friendly. Great breakfast bar. The room was a queen suite and was extra roomy and modern!

We checked in late on August 27, 2018, the room itself wasn’t bad but I didn’t realize I needed to bring bleach to clean the tub. There was black mold all around it. Needless to say when we go back in November we will be staying somewhere else.

I had a late check out for noon and I went to church that morning and they cleaned my room as if I had already checked out. When I returned around 11:00 I saw I had lost about 50 dollars worth of souvenirs and groceries/leftovers that I was planning to take with me. When talking to the front desk they dug through the trash to find some squished peaches and said they couldn't find the rest… SO HELPFUL! Not. I know to some 50 dollars doesn't seem like much but when you're young it is a whole lot to just get thrown away or stolen by your housekeeping staff. Absolutely unacceptable and 100% the hotels fault considering I had not yet checked out or reached the check out time even. A voucher or refund would have been at least a small step in the right direction for their mistake but all I got was a heartless apology. : (

Nice recently built / updated place. Surprisingly large rooms, and the place is very quiet. Staff was friendly, and I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Based on my visit, I would recommend this place to anyone. No issues at all.

Please take a look at the star rating of this facility in comparison to the reviews. The hotel is rated 2 stars, however the ratings indicate 4.4 stars. The hotel exterior and grounds are well kept and looks great. Upon entering the hotel you will find a noticeable difference once passing the check-in desk. The hotel is need of drastic updates. Upon entering the common areas, there is a smell of dampness and mold. The rooms are no different. I was given a fifth floor room. The furnishings in the room were old; the leather chair was worn; the bed appeared lumpy; the grout in the tiled floor was discolored; the air was stagnant. I was unable to stay at the hotel. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Location is right in front of Fort Benning and is close to other stores such as military clothing and sales and Walmart. I really enjoyed the room. It has sink, small refrigerator, Keurig pod coffee machine and a microwave. There is a section with sofa and little dining table. Lastly bed. Bed was very comfortable and cozy. Linens were clean and AC worked very well keeping me cool. Breakfast was amazing too had 4 different types of hot food, milk, yogurt, bread and cereal. Unfortunately, pancake machine was out of order. Backdoor pool and small gym were well organized. Customer service was very friendly and informed me various perks about elite membership. I was very pleased with they stay and I will definitely visit again if I come to this area.

I'm 99% sure I have bed bug bites from our stay here on May 30th and 31st. We actually had purchased 2 rooms (5 of us). One room was musty/moldy smelling and we asked for a new room and the front desk was very nice about it and gave us a new room. The other room that didn't smell musty/moldy most likely had bed bugs in the bed. My legs and torso have small little red dots. These are not mosquitoe bites. Oh, and the "free breakfast"… dried out eggs and stale fruit. There were literally 2 apples and both were brown on the inside. The pancake/waffle maker didnt work on both mornings. We won't be staying at a holiday in, probably ever again, anywhere. I'll pay the extra $25-$60 to avoid bites on my body, be able to breath clean air and eat fresh food. UPDATE: management reached out to me and issued a partial credit and was apologetic. Nice to see. They seem concerned so hopefully the problems will be addressed and fixed.

Great customer service, clean, plenty of parking, very clean swimming pool, beautifully decorated with support for our troops. Fantastic place to stay!

Great Breakfast food but the rooms are out of date… and the housekeepers really don't clean the room as well as they should.

Great hotel. I am a repeat customer. This hotel is clean & is located next to several very good restaurants.

Staff was friendly and ready to help. My room was clean and exactly as expected. I did not hear a lot of noise from the neighbors which was surprising since there were several guests in town for the event. They are pet friendly, and of course serves a continental breakfast.

Located a short drive down the road from the Fort Benning Visitor Center, so if you are visiting the base, this is a great location to stay. Pretty decent time and service. Free Wi-Fi for guests (via captive portal), but over an unsecured wireless network, so either use the provided Ethernet cable or a VPN.

The staff was very friendly, however the rooms where very dirty and full of bugs and the heater in my room was not working. They had to move us to 3 different rooms for different reasons to end up in the dirtiest one… I never heard from the manager at all… so far the worst holiday inn Express my family and I have ever stayed in! I do not recommend at all!

Our family of 5 always has trouble finding a place to stay the night. 2 queens and a pullout fit everyone and it wasn't too expensive. The rooms were also clean and looked nice. Plenty of outlets.

Love this hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Great costumer service breakfast is amazing. My room was amazing as well.

The hotel has been pleasantly nice, and quiet. The free breakfast is actually really good. Definitely exceed my expectations.

We stayed for two nights. Our group had several rooms. The rooms were not cleaned. Their reason for not cleaning our rooms was that housekeeping did not have enough time to get to it. Several in our group asked for clean towels a few were able to get towels while a majority of our group members were told that there were no more clean towels. I had tried to cancel this reservation two days prior to our arrival but was told that my credit card was already charged and I could not cancel. Forced to keep this reservation, our group showed up and I was told by the desk clerk that I could've cancelled and my card was in fact not charged at all. I was very disappointed, we all were. The only reason I gave this Hotel one star was for the morning breakfast attendant who despite our disappointment made us feel welcomed. I do not recommend this Hotel at all.

Great location and amenities like free breakfast, pool, and gym. Didn't like the breakfast attendant closing service down each day at 0930 when the hotel states it is open till 10am. Had to quickly rush to get our food before it closed.

Cannot say enough how impressed we were with the customer service and how everyone went above and beyond. Breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Very friendly staff and trusting. We would definitely stay again, if we travel back to Ft. Benning. Thank you!

The suites had plenty of room and everything was very clean when I arrived. Wifi worked well throughout the hotel but it did not reach the pool so that was disappointing. Pool was clean and you did not get much Highway noise.

I was a little skeptical about the location of this hotel when I read the reviews earlier about the adult store across the street but found myself pleasantly surprised with our entire stay. The hotel is very clean & well maintained. The rooms are spacious (we had a king suite). Nice pool area on the back of the property. This was my first time visiting Columbus and everything seems about 15 minutes way no matter which direction you drive. We had a group dinner catered in and the night manager was more than gracious especially when it came to cleaning up. We had a light bulb go out in our bathroom and it was fixed immediately.

This is my first time at this hotel and I'm rather impressed. The rate was low, and the rooms are very nice and roomy. No complaints at all!

Everything was great! Everyone was very nice, even when my 2 year old peed in the lobby. : (I think I said sorry about 10 times and they just smiled and said it was okay and helped clean it up. The room was clean and checkout was smooth.

Clean rooms, great staff. Breakfast was a little bare, low stock I guess.

At first I was worried about some of the reviews telling me to stay off of Victory Dr, but it's so conveniently close to everything and loved the very helpful staff and the rooms where clean and spacious. I will definitely come back again.

Stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Columbus GA for 2 nights while I was attending a tournament. Beds were nice, a little hard, but nothing you wouldnt expect from a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a bit underwhelming. It tasted fine, but I think most people could whip up something better at home.

Breakfast was awful! But the rooms were nice and staff was friendly.

The rooms are nice and spacious. We had an issue where one of our rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The front desk changed the room without hesitation. The staff from front desk to housekeeping provided excellent customer service.

The staff, Vanessa and Ann and Dana, were so nice and helpful. They gave me greetings of encouragement on my new job and always asked me how my day was when I returned to the inn after week. They really made me feel welcone to a new town and a new job. Vanessa also quickly solved a booking issue for me when my quarters were not available when they were suppose to be. Wi-Fi was good and breakfast was convenient. I was very happy in my stay here. Thanks, ladies!

Staff earn 5 stars. Wi-Fi was HORRIBLE, AWEFUL! Wouldn't even work in my room. Sometimes worked in the lobby area, but even then only a few times. My phone would just freeze, shut down and start to reboot itself. Multiple times in a row too. Understand lots using it, but still it should 've worked sometimes. I kept it off. Too afraid it would fry my phone.

A five minute ride from Ft. Benning, a clean bedroom, and a staff that was able to give great directions and navigation of the area. I won't stay anywhere else when I go to visit my soldier!
