Very comfy, quiet. Nice room. Salty I can't open the balcony window.

Great place to stay. Came in at 2AM friendly and easy check-in. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfty. Great choice in booking Courtyard Marriott super convenient location as well!

The Courtyard Marriott Atlanta Perimeter knows how to welcome guests, and The Construction Duck Crew greeted me; the friendly staff provided a fun goodie bag with water, pretzels and wine. Plus the room has a nice brand of tea. Freshly renovated hotel. This beats a chocolate chip cookie any day.

My favorite place to stay when I go visit family. They have wonderful customer service.

Friendly front desk staff at all hours! The lady at the bistro in the mornings was great as well! Rooms are nice, I love the balconies off the rooms. Spent my days by the pool! Will stay again!

One of the best Courtyard hotels I have experienced. The team is incredibly dedicated and it shows in their relationships with all guests. I would always stay here if in the Perimeter area. Far superior to hotels like Hyatt Place in its market.

Great hotel. Easiest and quick check in ever. Room was roomy and clean. Hotel was quiet and the food at the Bistro was awesome. The shower had extreme pressure which was nice. The only compliant was that it was hot in our room. We had the thermostat at its lowest. It made us stuffy and until to sleep under the covers. I think the thermostat was not correct. Will stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Long story as short as I can My family arrived during huricain Irma after driving 9 hours that morning we were greeted by a less than friendly reception at check in which was the start the big issue came when unloading no one would help or even offer I was told to pull around to the side of the building which is completely uncovered and to use the cart by the elevator which are far to small for a family with a 8m old infant note the uncovered spot to unload during a huricain and even with no less than 4 employees at the front desk and me being the only person checking in at that time. Upon returning to move my car after finding the room. I now see a different family being helped and given a much larger cart to move their luggage as I was asked to move my car. So I moved my car and proceeded to unload my families item in the huricain force rain and wind needless to say I was completely soaked as well as the majority of my faimlys items. Best of all due to the small cart it took 2 trips to get everything to the room as my wife had to stay in the room with are 8m old. I have been to many Marriott hotel's and prefer them but this will make me think twice especially when traveling with my family. And just to cap it off I was glad I paid extra for a suite to be treated to poorly.

I was there for a training event, it was easy to locate, it was clean, staff was helpful and friendly however the room was too hot, the temperature of our meeting room is the difference between the 4 that I rated and the 5 I would like to have given.

So this past weekend we decided to stay here since both of our favorite hotels in the area were booked. This was my first and LAST stay. Upon arriving we were given a room that was different than what was on our reservation, but the main issue with the room was a strong mildew odor that made me absolutely sick. We went to change rooms and they were able to accommodate us with little issue. Entering this room I did not notice a scent… until we turned the air up because the room was too chilly, the mildew smell returned so I just left the thermostat at 68 degrees to keep the smell at bay. We decided to just keep the room and let management know so they could remedy the situation. At the end of the stay I let my concerns be known through the website and was contacted by general manager Jerry Clement, who pretended to not be able to find the reservation, I sent him the email we received after booking the room and he proceeded to ignore me and not return any emails. I suppose he thought we wanted a refund or a free stay but we wanted neither, simply to voice that our visit was not up to par so that he could improve the conditions. We don't typically stay here and will not be returning. The room smelled disgusting and the service from management was inexcusable and in poor taste.
