I'll never stay at this property or any other Hilton property as I had the absolute worst experience with a hotel that I've ever had. I booked and pre paid for 3 nights 2 weeks before arrival for a double queen suite for 4 adults and 2 children for 7/15/2022, 7/16 and 7/17 We check in and are given our room key and open the room door to find a terrified screaming woman wanting to know what we were doing entering her room! We went to the front desk and informed them of what happened and long story short, they couldn't explain what happened and told us they didn't have anymore double queen suites available but could put us in 2 separate king suites but not adjoining which defeated our original desire to all be in the same room. We were told they would talk to the manager in the morning and try to make it right and compensate us. The next morning the manager told us that if we were willing to keep the king suites that they would refund the card we used $292.88 and we agreed to that. Upon checking out we were given a receipt reflecting the refund. We were told it could take a few days to get the refund credited back to our card. 10 days later we hadn't received the credit. I tried numerous times to call the hotel directly and nobody would ever answer. I left several voice mails, but never got a return call.
