The channel selection sucks here. It’s in a great location. The public transit station is about a mile away. Plenty of restaurants surround the area. The guests usually aren’t TOO loud. But, don’t be shocked to here a pimp and a h*e arguing in the next room over. Nonetheless, get in, sleep and immediately get out.

When we checked in Albert was not only extremely helpful but he was funny and friendly as well. The room was clean and cozy. The problem came when we returned to the hotel after being out all day. There were people hanging out in the parking lot. There were also people in the front of the building smoking weed. I'm not sure if they were hotel employees or not but it was extremely off putting and alarming. I would suggest that the management encourage their evening front desk attendants to pay more attention to what's going on at their hotel.

Very bad experience. 1) No proper room cleaning. It is once in a week and that too trash was not disposed 2) Too many insects around us in the bathroom and near the kitchen 3) Whenever asked for dish washing liquid these guys say they don't have stock. We would expect them to be prepared when the stock goes down 4) We get calls at 10.30PM to sign the receipt.

Parking Lot was nasty, Lobby smelled horrible like filth and pot, we did not stay, the reservation was made through Priceline and no refund was given. We did not check in because of the filth and smell and they would not refund my money to Priceline. Do not stay there unless you are desperate.

Only thing positive about this place is the nite staff. She was very nice and tried to help. Rooms falling a part. Not enough cover or pillows for pull out. Have to ask for everything. Breakfast misrepresented. A small table with basically noting on it. Nasty nasty. Brought a group of kids on mission trip and hope to have clean safe place to stay. Room smells like cats.

I had the best service and care here. Miss Val who works at the front desk helped my 2yr old son and I so much. Blessings to her and family. The hotel is really lucky to have you. I stayed both at this one and the one at crestline which is just across the road. The hotel staff were really friendly and eager to help me have the best stay. I will never forget my time there_ I was going through a diffucult period in my life and being at extended stay America really took the load off. Thanks guys and keep it up.

Stayed here 5/7/18 Terrible dirty towel in bathroom. No hand towels! Asked for extra pillow was told NO they were out! Smelled like dirty Marijuana! Next night went to the neighboring extended stay “crest line” much better.

The building & the rooms reek of cigarette smoke & old Mop water. The room wasn’t that clean bug splatter on the wall next to the entry door, dirty carpet & even the remote control is filthy. Good thing I brought cleaning supplies & carpet freshener. This is my 2nd day here & im kind of forced to book another night because I work 8am-9pm & it’s too complex trying to go to another hotel. The price is by far the cheapest around & the location is great. The customer service was stellar. The lady was very friendly, courteous, & even sprayed freshener in the room for me. If the staff can work on THOROUGHLY cleaning the rooms & whomever is responsible worked on making the building smell more fresh this establishment would get better reviews. I never felt this level of discomfort at any hotel.

My experience with Extended Stay has been wonderful and I am thankful that the staff here helped create a home atmosphere for me during my stay here. Albert Goines, who is the assistant manager there, provides exceptional customer service, and establishes special and unique relationships with most of the guests. Extended Stay has been a weekend getaway for others, and there are guests like myself who have been here for over three months. The overall theme that I have observed with guests who have come and go, is their positive experience with Mr Goines. Mr. Albert Goines makes it a point to provide a joyous yet professional experience with the guests at the hotel, and they continue to leave satisfied because he understands the importance of making the guests here a priority. The majority of the staff are awesome too. I highly recommend this as a place to come.

Only clean once a week, do not even accommodate the bed once a day, has no oven or dishwasher, if you want to cook you have to order the dishes, cutlery and other items in reception and breakfast is very poor, ultimately it is a place to spend a night as A lot.

Had to move My room 3 times due to a number of issues. Staff was really kind at front desk but the hotel itself is just horrible. Water didn't work properly, weird smells coming out of the ac vents, I don't liking ragging on places but this place was anb absolute nightmare. Once I was in my 3rd bedroom I realized my fridge didn't work at that point I was over complaining about stuff. Just wanted it all to be over. Worst week of my life. Glad to be gone.

Turned me away by trying to lie about a 21+ rule and I’m about to be only 20… but it wasn’t a problem last week & I left the room in a perfect state last time & everything. Guess they were just mad there were empty alcoholic beverages from my older friend staying with me! So rude though. Went next door LOL :) literally checked the facts on line, check it out…

This place needs help. Corporate office needs to investigate this location. Always out of washcloths. Don't clean rooms when they're suppose to. Can't say I've stayed in worse. It's just a place to stay.

This extended stay was horrible the staff was rude and very loud when they were cleaning room letting the doors slam hard. They do not clean properly I had to change rooms because one was dirty and they other room TV had blown out while I was watching it. I wouldn't not recommend I will be calling corporate on them.

Overall Not a good place Pros: 1. Staff were friendly, polite and always greet you. 2. Good support and late night check-in went smooth. Cons: 1. Poor cleanliness. When I moved-in trash from the kitchen was not cleared before I moved-in and also found some other garbage under the bed. Fresh towels brought-in after house keeping had hair on them. Bathroom cabinets also had hair. 2. Unorganized. Customers checking-in, sent to new rooms, each time returning only to find none of the them were cleaned or prepared for the next guest. 3. Got charged for stay even after check-out and even the bill had the wrong dates. Had to call up customer service and get manager involved since the front desk wont agree based on what is in the system. Finally got it resolved only because manager had more privileges to check actual card swipes. Otherwise, my money was gone. Sad!

The staff is very nice and accommodating, but the facility needs updating. The beds are hard and they are stingy on pillows and towels. Some of the people staying there are sketchy. I smelled some skunk weed down my hall. There was something that might have been ice cream left in the freezer in my room. I'm only staying a week because of business and it was already paid for by my employer.

If I could give this place a negative staring would. It is not suitable for human occupancy. The first room she gave me the bed was not mad totels on the floor. The second room the bed was made but the sheets had blood on them. There is no house keeping being done. The floors are dirty it has s mildew smell no trashcan in room. The trash is running over stairs the elevator and it stinks. We sleep on the sofa with our clothes on. That was the worst hotel experience ever. Then I felt they just took my money because I was not satisfied and they didn't try to fix it. Never again!

If I could give this hotel no stars I would do so. It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in: the room smelled horrible, the beds were uncomfortable, and the bedsheets droken and stained of what appeared to be urine. All the trash from the previous guests had not even been cleaned out and was never cleaned during the period of my stay. There were hairs between the bedsheets, only 3 pillows were given despite 4 people occupying the room. No blankets were provided on the first night of our stay despite it being the end of December and the temperature in the low 30s. Overall there are far to many things complains can be raised upon to write on this review. By far this has been the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered.

Walked into the wrong facility, as there are two of the exact same brand right beside each other. The front desk agent was unacceptable and a poor representative of the brand. Will not recommend.

Room was sufficient for the evening we spent there. Just needed a place near Scotish Rite to place our heads for the night. Would return if needed.

My only negative comment would be that they need to publish the requirements for a credit card payments and non credit card payments. And make sure that the booking sites have the correct information regarding this otherwise you get their paid with a credit card and realize you still have to have another deposit.

Stayed here during a relocation. I left for a couple of days to go back home and handle some things, never checked out because it was cheaper to stay through. I ended up having all of my items I left in the room stolen. Manager was not on duty and I was informed he would not speak to me until the next morning. The person on duty could not locate any of my belongings. I filed a police report and spoke with the manager the next morning, he was not very apologetic or helpful at first but finally refunded part of my stay and canceled the rest (he would not cancel it at first and expected me to pay the full amount of my stay, after some argument back and forth he finally did). I never received any sort of apology or follow up from their management. Their claims company did call me and sent a check for the stolen items, they also mentioned that management at that location was not helpful in their investigation. As expected the police report is now filed as inactive. Needless to say I would not recommend staying at this location to anyone.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Great price. Only issue I had limited cable stations. Great Hotel. Great price.

There were No towels in the room, very poor breakfast.

Very comfortable… it's like a studio apt. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And the location is really nice.

There was a few minor things that off such as only having 3 bath towels instead of 4, and a bedsheet was missing, but I just simply went downstairs for another one. You can also smell what everybody has cooked / microwaved in the hallway over time. But other then those minor complaints, it's been a good place to stay, as the location was easy to find, was kept up, and I got a good deal for a two queen beds and a pull out sofa room for two days.

Easily one of the worst extended stays that I have been to. Very rickety and very dirty. Anything I touched had hair. The bed, blanket, towels, couch all hair laden. Rooms are tiny. Very dated. Begs for an upgrade. Only reason I gave the second star was the courteous lady at the reception. Otherwise surely a single star or less.

This hotel has some great amenities. Pool, small exercise room, kitchen, laundry, etc. However, there are some shortcomings. Guest services is very unreliable. Quite often, they promise to deliver something to my room, but it never shows up. Secondly, sometimes no one is at the desk even during their desk hours. Additionally, the breakfast is very limited (just coffee and snacks). Would give this 3 stars, but gave 4 due to the cheap price.

Melissa the manager was always so helpful, with anything we requested. Yolanda was always on point with anything we needed, and went above and beyond. The staff was attentive and I always felt at home. Mo was the man who always had a smile!

Bed was terrible. TV has old analog channels with lots of static. Internet is slow and mostly unusable even for email. Overall hotel is noisy and crowded.

Bas customer service, asked for towels and dishes for three days before getting them. Continental breakfast was a joke. Dirty areas and pool. Smoking section was right next to pool. Air conditioner made squealing noise all night. Housekeeper would listen to innapropriate music very loud while cleaning rooms.

Nice area, hotel is very low class for the area.

Up dated rooms and nice clean kitchen. Only thing is tubs are brown and mines was dirty but after staying at a bad extend stay this one wasn't bad. Clean sanitize and put a towel down.

Bad internet, literally speeds of. 5mbs, room cleaning is a hit or miss. Sometimes they don't even restock your towels or washclothes. When I asked for kitchen amenities they said they would bring them up shortly. I didnt recieve them till 11:30 at night after I was already in bed asleep since I was going to have to wake up at 5am. Only one burner on the stove works so when ever trying to cook something you have to swap your pans out to just keep the food warm.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not the best. Upon arrival, the person checking me in was asleep at the desk with headphones on and it took me over 15 minutes to wake him so I could actually check-in! This is unacceptable for a hotel! Then after ordering kitchen supplies, an employee said that they would bring them up in 15 minutes. After waiting 45, I return to the desk and they say it'll be done in just a minute and that I can pick them up. I also had supplies that I had requested that were missing and had to return yet again to get them. The "fitness center" only had 3 machines and the bike had a broken seat which made it practically unusable. I was also disappointed that they wanted to charge me to do my laundry! One of the reasons I wanted to use this hotel was so that I could do laundry at least once without having to pay a bunch of money. I guess I miss interpreted the guest laundry part on their website. I don't think I will be using them again for business trips.

Room stinks like an old folks home.

Nice staff and good price for the location but otherwise not a pleasant stay. Furniture and mattress were cheap and uncomfortable, sheets were thin, and the internet was super slow — taking 1-2 minutes just to load email! No hair dryer even though it is supposed to be an EXTENDED stay. AC was really loud too.
