People always write reviews when they have bad experience, but this is definitely not the case! Yesterday (Saturday) La Quinta Inn & Suites Perimeter helped in making my 13 year old daughter Luau themed sleepover birthday party the best. The staff was so helped with all of our needs. Breakfast for the girls was awesome. I would like to especially thank a few of the staff members for making my daughter's special day amazing. Ms. Cynthia, Ms. Elaine and a very special thank you to Mr. Al (thanks for doing a lot of extra running around for towels and blankets to make sure the girls were comfortable). You guys were awesome. I was so impressed with the customer service, cleanliness of the facility and the breakfast, that I would recommend this La Quinta Inn & Suites to anyone. Thanks again you guys. I was told over the phone they had 2 queen beds, but showed up to only full size. When I complained she said she would pull the call to see who told me and fire someone. I dont want anyone fired I want a comfortable room to sleep in!

This has always been my favorite LQ in Atlanta. The hotel has been renovated, and looks great! Love the new rooms! Friendly & accommodating staff.

This is my go to spot when coming to Atlanta for work. You get so much more than those economy hotels and you don’t have to pay those crazy high prices for so called Upscale hotels. Perfect for business or family travelers. Hotel is clean, staff is great, and the amenities are just what you need. To give an example, every time I stay here the front desk (remember my name) and treat me class. Clifton is the best, anything I need, he always goes out of his way. Just a great little hotel in the ATL!

This hotel was amazing! Everything was so clean! The FULL HOT breakfast had something for everyone and the breakfast attendance were very accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and with different types of pillows for different preferences. Check in was very simple and the front desk girl Lakesia was very sweet. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Andre when I checked inn, he was very professional and you could tell how proud he was of the property. It is always great to see with management. Everyone at this property was always smiling and made me feel very comfortable with the surroundings. All 10s across the board, would definitely return.

We got an amazing deal on this hotel and I wasn't disappointed. The lady on reception was lovely and very welcoming. The room was lovely spacious and exceptionally clean. Amazing stay I would definatley stay here again and recommend it.

Pets are free! Hotel was nice and clean. Full hot breakfast included. Hotel appeared to be in a safe area and shopping areas were nearby. Definitely would stay again.

I am a business owner in town for a week and booked a suite. It was so much bigger than I expected and very clean and beautiful. The employees are so friendly. I also brought our dog since it is pet friendly. I would definately stay here again!

Love how dog friendly they were. Me and my wife had to stay a night as we were relocating and were tired of the air bed. The hotel was amazing, and the beds were so incredibly comfortable.

La Quinta Inn: The front desk attendee helped us with any questions. The foyer looked very modern, well kept, the area looked very safe, quiet and the room prices were reasonable at $109/night for a 3 week stay. Also, it was near to Perimeter Mall and close to Costco. Trip Advisor ranks this hotel out of 7. Suites Atlanta Permeter — thos place is very expensive online. It is more expensive in person and you can stay at a 4 star hotel for those prices with better amenties. Trip Advisor ranks this hotel out of 10.

Wow, this beauty far exceeded our expectations. More than what the two of us needed but a pleasant way to relax after an 8 hr drive. It was immaculate and would highly recommend it.

Totally blown away with my room. Very different from other properties I have frequented. Breakfast beyond my expectations lobby beautiful outside sitting area a plus check in clerk amazing. Location of property well placed near lots of food places and shopping. Bed comfortable amenties plentiful. Highly recommend this hotel.

I read the reviews before coming here and I can tell you that I don't have a negative comment at all. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was updated, clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly.

Room was clean and spacious. The check in was quick and easy as I had my room pre booked. Free continental breakfast with pretty decent choices and on top of that, free Wi-Fi with a pretty decent speed. Ample parking spots with access to your rooms on either side of the building.

The staff was kind and attentive. The room was clean and welcoming. It looked clean. The only issue I did like 2as the feel of the bottom sheet on the bed. It was rough. Overall a bery nice experience.

Newly remodeled so it looks very nice! Also, very pet friendly! However, we also had problems with both those things. When we got to our room, there was a maintenance guy watching TV that said, "Oh, they didn't tell me anyone was staying in this one! " and walked out. The bathroom floor had water damage and was missing some of the tiles, the bathroom doors were missing a handle, and the handle to open the room didn't open the lock completely so you had to wiggle it and pull hard. As for the pet part, there were so many dogs! Unfortunately, our beagle heard the dog next door and started barking at it so our neighbors complained. The front desk called me and asked if it was okay if they took our beagle to the office behind the desk until we could get back and that was okay. The gentleman who gave him back was super nice and handed me a bag of jerky he had been feeding our dog to keep him busy. He apologized for doing that and I told him no worries and apologized for our beagle being so annoying. Moral of the story is, as long as your pet is good about ignoring other pets, you are all good. Overall, my main complaint is just that we ended up in a room that had so many remodeling issues. Otherwise, a nice hotel and comfy beds!

Nice, clean hotel. Free breakfast was much better than your standard hotel breakfast. Area is very nice, lots of shopping and restaurant options. Nice design for rooms. Seemed spacious even though it was pretty standard.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also good. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was we were in an ajoinin room and didn't know our neighbors and we could here them. Other than that it was a really nice stay. The area around the hotel was nice too.

I really enjoyed staying here! Room was very nice, although the shower door needed attention as it didn't keep the water inside. Elevator was old and super slow, but everything else has been recently renovated. I had plenty of time to get breakfast, there was a variety of foods, and it was all tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too. They accommodated my need for a crib almost immediately after checking in.

This hotel was amazing! Great area close to office buildings, shopping, nice restaurants, and I-285/GA-400. The place is clean with a tremendous lobby featuring a large breakfast! There are five floors which can be accessed with a nice elevator, plus my room was a nice size, cleaned out very well upon my arrival. Staff is pretty nice; they worked with me throughout my stay. Parking was also easy to manage. I liked this hotel because they give you great value for all you pay for. Stay here if y'all are coming to the Atlanta area! Also close to the MARTA station.

Upon entry to the hotel I was greeted with a smile and asked if I had booked a room told him that I did and he found my info quickly. Room was very comfortable and clean and bed slept nice. Looks as if they had an upgrade on the bathroom from the last time I stayed. Floors and sink counter were very nice Left a tip for housekeeping for the remarkable job on the upkeep of the room. One elevator was very slow as I waited about ten minutes then decided to go to other end. But great place to stay! Will recommend.

Do not stay here. Terrible hotel. Booked a suite for my wife and I for overnight and when we walked in our room, housekeeping had not touched the room from the previous guest. Room was a total wreck. We got moved to another suite, but when we walked in, we realized what a dump the place is these days. Only one lamp with one low wattage bulb in the sitting area for my wife to use to study for a professional exam she was taking the next morning. I had to take a bulb out of one of the falling sconces beside our bed and add it to the lamp to be able to halfway see in the room. Absolutely no other lighting. People smoking in the hallways, so cigarette smoke filled room all night. Room was very dirty… enough that we would not take off our shoes to walk around in the room. Only one TV out of two worked. The closet door came off the hinges when I opened it. Bath door would not completely close. People talking in hallway all night. Would not stay here again if my life depended on it. La Quinta, you permanently lost my business. Uggh.

Pet friendly hotels should devide the hotel with pet allowed and not permitted rooms. Or they should make a special cleaning for the guest rooms with pets. I do not have to sleep with fleas and this hotel has many of them. I will never stay in this hotel anymore. I recommend you to stay away from this hotel. Health department should inspect hotels more often.

Room was ok for the money. Breakfast was a joke, but you get what you pay for. Hot water did not work in room at first warmed up enough to get a quick shower after getting out the pool. Lots of parking, lot of restaurants near hotel, near mall.

Ok for the money. Check in guy was great lady working after 11 was horrible, not friendly at all. Breakfast was boiled eggs coffee yogurt and waffles. Pool was nice and no pet fee for my dog. So all in all you get what you pay for.

Unbelievable! Just spent over 20 minutes on the phone with this hotel "trying" to book a reservation for an upcoming two day seminar I have there this month. I was transferred to FOUR different places, and no one could actually make the reservation for me! I have never interacted with such unprofessional, incompetent staff in all my travels! It would have been very nice to actually be able to stay at the hotel where my seminar's will be… so much for customer service! I will clearly be staying elsewhere!

Nice location, close to everything we needed. Nice, clean rooms and a decent breakfast. Well worth what we paid for it.

I first arrived in my Room and it wasn't prepared, in other words it was a mess in there. During the room change we were treated rudely. After I wanted to use the gym I came to realise that it is unusable for anyone who lifts weight regularly. I guess it's fine if all you need is a treadmill and a floor matte. All in all, if this is your only option and all you have to do is sleep then go for it.

Very disappointed. In on business, stuck for 9 more days with rude and mean spirited management, and Unaccommodating, and asinine maid service. The best experience is with Odell kelly at the front desk. Calls were made to complain to management but no calls were returned. Next I will call corporate to complain about management being ugly and discriminatory toward guests staying 12 days and not repremanding housekeeping for their rudeness. I guess this hotel makes too much money off guests to be nice and accommoding towards its guests. Never again. 3/26/2016.

Dangerous for children! My 5 yr old can reach the lock on the window, and there is nothing stopping a fall from the 2nd floor or any other floor! My 2 yr old discovered the massive repair that needs to be made on the curb. He was excited about the big hole! There were several lights that did not work in our room. The vents in the bathroom allowed our room to be smoked out from someone smoking Marijuana. The hot water takes about 10 minutes to heat up. The breakfast gets wiped out quickly, and not restocked properly during breakfast hours.

Overall it was okay, the room and bedding were clean and the property felt safe. Minor annoyances: missing shower curtain, there mini fridge needs repair, the TV speakers did not function correctly and there was no Hdmi for my roku.

The TV didn't have an HDMI port for my work computer the walls are so thin I could hear the neighbors whispering and the edge of the door was sharp and cut my fingers when I tried to close the door that was jammed open. Terrible stay.

This place is surprisingly great. One time I needed to get to the office early, before their shuttle ran. The desk ordered and paid for a cab for me! The rooms are also great, clean, and have comfortable beds.

Surprisingly nice! Based on the price I was concerned about how I would find my room. It was quite nice! My only complaint is that the key cards did not work very well. I mentioned that to the clerk and he built me new cards that worked fine for my room but not well for the outside entrance closest to my room. Hot breakfast, clean room and friendly staff and free high-speed Wi-Fi. More than I should have expected for the price.

Possibly two stars at best. A lot of these rooms are run down, need maintenance that doesn't seem to get done. Was put into a room with a non working television. I asked the front desk if they can look into it at 5 p. M. Said they would. Came back later that night, was never taken care of. I then asked to be put into another room. Had to change room three more times to find a decent one before I could get to sleep. Water dripping from the ceiling bathroom in one, used towels in another. Was not very happy that I had to wait to get to sleep. Next time I'll be staying somewhere else.

Is great for spend the night. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is nothing amazing but it's good. I love the fact I can bring my dog.

Very nice hotel, but after 8am they let their employees scrounge up all the food and guests aren't even able to get any. This is unacceptable. Also for such a nice hotel, they should have better food items.

I had worked a 12 hour day out of town, had to stay at this laquinta because our boss for some reason likes them, and came in to the hotel to find out my card had been deactivated from where I extended my stay, I had just gotten back from work, couldnt get into my hotel room so I walk to the front counter and waited for 20 minutes with another guy behind me because the employee was trying to make the guy checking in all welcome, and it is almost 10 at night I just need a new card. I get to the front of the counter and the guy looked up my room and asked if I had been smoking, I told him it was a non-smoking room, he very rudely answered back I KNOW and asked how many people I had, wanted my address, i. D. And started getting very rude. He said the "maids" smelled smoke up there. I do not trust maids since hotels are not responsible for their actions so I leave my do not disturb sign in my door 24/7. If it wasnt for work I would not stay at any LaQuinta, and would not recommend this one to anyone. Especially if your a non-smoker, I mentioned something to the front desk lady in the morning anf she did apologize and was very nice and polite. It turns out the guy at the desk the night before is a "supervisor", which I couldn't believe as he was so rude, and could not handle the front desk at night by himself. If anything he needed a babysitter.

There were people screaming and throwing things at 3AM, which I was told was normal. I did not receive the requested wake up calls and had a difficult time getting in touch with the front desk as needed. While the rooms were huge, service was very subpar.

The room is nice and the bed is very comfortable… But what I don't like is that its very noisey at night. They just let anybody get a room. They people are loud as ever. Might not come back here!

We stayed here while I was receiving medical care at a local hospital. We had reserved a regular room at their medical rate, and were given a free upgrade to a suite upon arrival. Staff was excellent — always asking if we needed anything. Highly recommended. Would absolutely stay here again!
