A good clean place and very comfortable ummm breakfast lots to say as they had almost nothing but
it is understandable perhaps due to the contingency or the season but the rest very well.

My floor smelled like a weed factory its was so much smoking I believe I got a contact of it but the staff was extremely nice and courtesy a lot of dog barking.

I really like my room and the customer service was great.

Professional services, courteous and friendly staff and home style atmosphere and environment would highly recommended Hyatt Place in Buckhead as your stay away from home Great people!

It is a pleasant hotel, its rooms are very comfortable.

Staff was unapologetic about more then one hotel inconvenience… check out. No thank you, hope to see you back again… just Here you go and handed a receipt! If you don’t want to be considered second level don’t treat your guest like lower level.

The Front Desk ladies are amazing! The room is okay. The breakfast not so much, they do not offer fresh caged eggs but some kind of powdered egg product. Bacon is not served daily but they do have a processed sausage that resembles a hockey puck. Not quite sure where to find the breakfast advertised on Hyatt Place website but it definitely was at this one.

Do not stay here if you have a vehicle, your car will get broken into! I came home to visit my family in Georgia and stayed here and my car was broken into and my wallet, macbook, and beats by dre headphones were stolen. Management has since done nothing about it. My car was parked on the 3rd floor which is designated for hotel guests next to the security camera and elevator under a light so they clearly had to be targeting hotel guests only. Upon me finding my vehicle being… broken I then notified security of the incident who then advised me that they were already aware yet had not contacted the police nor informed me. I should not have to worry about these kinds of things at a hotel in Buckhead with onsite security staff. I am left to replace my belongings as well as repair my vehicle just because I stayed at this hotel. I will never stay at this place nor any Hyatt again.

The rooms in the hotel are large, however the bathrooms are extremely small. The receptionist at the front desk was warm and welcoming. I enjoyed the free breakfast, but found it to be a bit sparse. I also think it's only available on the weekends. There's a free shuttle that runs on a first come first serve basis, which is super convenient. Overall, a decent plane to stay in Buckhead.

My family and I came to Atlanta to celebrate my 40th birthday. The hospitality was incredible everyone acknowledged my birthday and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The food was very tasteful. The hotel was packed so the breakfast lines were long. The staff did a great job keeping the food restocked and still maintained a friendly demeanor. I’d really like to highlight Natasha the front desk Manager. Natasha was multitasking like none other with a smile. She gave me a run down of what to do then she ran back to answer the phones then she checked people in then she even made drinks and still smiled. I was in awe with how friendly the entire staff was as a whole and their relationship with each other was impressive also. I would really recommend this place for your first visit to ATL and I plan to revisit very soon and try all of Natasha’s recommendations.

Comfortable and clean with a wonderfully helpful staff and generous sized rooms. It's great to check in and feel honestly welcomed after a long trip. Everyone from the desk to maintenance was super nice, very helpful, and in the most genuine way. The breakfast was nice and varied in content from day to day, making it a step above other hotels at this, out some higher, price points. I will definitely stay here again.

Small pool area, nice area of Atlanta for shopping. Close to Piedmont Park but not walking distance. They offer shuttle services. Good breakfast. Courteous staff.

Firstly, we were greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful man behind the front desk named Clarence. He answered all of our questions in a hospitable way and gave us a lot of information up front without us having to ask. The parking garage is great and complimentary with the hotel stay. The room itself was clean with all necessary amenities. The breakfast, as at most Hyatt Place hotels, was far better than the average continental breakfast at a hotel. Each morning, we enjoyed eggs, pancakes, sausage and potatoes with peppers. The surrounding area is extremely nice, kind of like a mini Atlanta. It's about a ten minute walk to the metro which is pretty nice and takes you downtown easily. If you don't care to go downtown, there are plenty of nice restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. There were also amenities we didn't take advantage of like the pool, which looked genuinely very nice.

I was told there was "vegan" sausage for complimentary breakfast. The employees told me the sausage was "vegan. " There was no sign or list of ingredients for the sausage. On the third day there was a sign that said "veggie sausage. " I asked the lady serving the breakfast and was told it was "vegetarian sausage. " I am allergic to ALL animal products as well as an ethical vegan. I had really bad diarrhea, pain, and bloating for those two days and this was obviously the reason why!

The staff was okay. Free parking was nice, but having to unload your car and then have to go park yourself is annoying. The beds were so uncomfortable, Too hard… hardly slept, even tried to sleep on couch… it wasn't any better. Worst bed… won't stay there again, only because of bed. The room itself was great, clean and housekeeping was excellent.

Great breakfast bar selection, with a courteous staff who were willing to pick up after us once we were done. Didn't even have to ask where the trash can was because the staff came quickly to come and clean up after us.

Nope, nope, nope… please don’t waste your time or money. The price was very reasonable and should have been my big red flag. Almost everything on the website from the pictures, descriptions, amenities and almost everything really was a stretch of the imagination to put it VERY gently. The location was TERRIBLE (website says that was one of their biggest compliments)! You’ll need to spend a bit more for a decent place or please just stay comfortable at home.

So I had to go to ATL for a quick family visit, I did not make a reservation and was a little apprehensive because it was downtown and a Saturday night and thought they would be booked and my family & I would be out back after driving more than 8 hours to get there… Surprisingly, a double was available which included a sitting area and pull out sofa. I only had my husband and oldest son with me but had we also bought along the younger two children, we would have been well accommodated in the double. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious. I loved that they had a full breakfast included with our stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff. Room was OK. Very noisy; mechanical sounds within the hotel and lots of street noise. Breakfast was awful. Lobby always crowded.

It was adequate for a training event. Comfortable for the most part. Food didn't knock me out though. But parking was great!

Nice standard room with let out couch and refrigerator. What I found exceptional was the complimentary breakfast selection they had available in which it is a rotating menu based off the days of the week. I was pleased overall with the breakfast and the fact that they had a coloring and learning corner for kids to eat breakfast and be entertained. They even left out snacks for kids that may want something later or is a picky eater and only like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and juice and they even leave out kid books (believe you should return them). Also location was great if you are interested in staying in the Buckhead area however I would recommend you pinpointing what your activities will be while visiting and mapping them off so that you choose a hotel that is in your area or you will be left with lengthy commutes and trust me and ATL you do not want to go through that.

Hotel itself is pretty decent. Rooms are nice and big. Internet is free but unusably slow I got at most 200kbps.

We stayed here for our 2018 Spring Break. We had been wanting to visit Atlanta for such a long time. We found this place better to suit our needs. With free breakfast, and free parking. Close Proximity to restaurants and shopping. It was about a 20 min drive to midtown which didn't bother us it was nice to be driving in a city. The rooms were clean and the service was good. There isn't much room in the drawers provided for our clothing. The rooms were spacious for my husband, two kids and a toddler. Breakfast time is a bit hectic at this place I feel as though whoever engineered the entrance to this place was a complete moron for making the breakfast area the way it was. It's very crowded at breakfast there are people also checking in and out if the hotel during this time. The coffee is at the counter where you check in/out of the hotel. It was just frustrating for someone like me with kids to navigate through the whole breakfast process. Seems like the breakfast area should just be one side of the entrance and not every where. All in all, we had a good time staying here and if we were to visit Buckhead/Atlanta we would keep this place in mind.

Decent location if you want to stay in buckhead… free parking and breakfast however parking is only on the 3rd and 6th floor… breakfast sucked. It was too many people and not enough food or plates… breakfast is from 7-10… we went to breakfast at 8:30 and there was basically no food left and we were told that they were not going to make anymore… the walls are also thin and you can hear everything… the beds are decent but the shower area is small and drainage was horrible while taking a shower…

Room was really nice overall. The bathroom was super tiny because the sink is on the outside. The living room area was comfortable. They could stand to add a microwave to pair with the fridge.

Room was clean and very spacious. The bathroom/sink area was very odd. Sink and vanity on outside of bathroom. Toilet/shower door opened very strangely — you had to shimmy around the toilet to close the door. Had an issue our second night, a very loud group of people yelling/laughing in the hallway at 2am-for an extended period of time. Called the desk and they supposedly took care of it, only for them to start up again shortly after. Spoke with manager the next day, they didn’t really seem to care.

The room was great except the shower room was so small you could hardly get in and out. We were 2 families and so it gave no place for privacy for dressing. We were on the second floor and you were bothered all night by people being very loud. They need some sound proofing.

I arrived at this location to meet a patient in the area. It quickly became very obvious that there were so many people entering and exiting the building with genuine Smiles on their faces, and seemed to be having a sincerely enjoyable experience. There is a lot going on socially in this area for patrons to enjoy also, such as restaurants, bars, and many other forms of entertainment. This location is highly favorable, as it provides fairly reasonable, and convenient, quick access to all of the other nearby venues. The next time I choose to stay in a hotel, I shall certainly choose to stay in a Hyatt! ★☆★☆★

The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is near tons of different restaurants, bars, a mall and other fun things to do. I didn't get a chance to eat their breakfast bc I was so comfortable in the bed. It smelled good.

Meeting Room facility was well managed and efficient. Hotel Manager was attentive to various needs of the meeting participants. Food and Beverage were top notch. Well satisfied with all arrangements.

A very nice place with free parking. We had a room that faced Peachtree which was a little loud. Otherwise wonderful stay.

Beautiful accommodation's wish we could have stayed longer. Close to all stores and if you dont feel like driving ms. Mary will gladly take you in shuttle bus. Blessings.

Very good service! We stayed with our marching band for super regionals and we were all treated well. Highly recommend! Also, it's fairly quiet and relaxing. Keep up the good work!

My room was the normal King Bed Suite but the room was split between a bedroom and living room with a small office area and kitchen. It was more than I expected for the lowest level of room offered. I'll try to stay at this location for each business trip to Atlanta.

Wish I could give it LESS than 1 star. Flight landed early Sat. Morning and I had a reservation for Sat. Wouldn't let me check in early and the only room available was almost $150. Sat in the lobby for 7 HOURS. The staff did NOTHING to make me feel welcomed or as if they valued me and at one point a staff member asked if I was "tired of waiting" then laughed when I said yes. Then the MANAGER ON DUTY came to tell me that if I happened to fall asleep in her lobby I'd be put out. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Contacting Hyatt corporate offices IMMEDIATELY!

I had the extreme misfortune of thinking booking a room at the Hyatt would be a good idea. I was traveling to Atlanta for work and booked the Hyatt in Buckhead for two nights. I booked weeks in advance. Upon my arrival, which was a 4.5 hour drive, I was told they no longer had a room for me. When I asked how that was possible as I had a reservation I was told it's "first come first serve" by the woman at the front desk. I'm sorry? If it was first come first serve why would anyone ever make a reservation? It's not a suggestion. It's reserving a room because you either need or would like to stay at that hotel on that date. The hotel also knew they no longer had rooms available before I got there. Why did I not receive a phone call at that point? So we went back and forth for about 10 minutes and she let me know at this point they have a room for me at another Hyatt and I should be grateful because some people don't have rooms at all. I then ask if she has called the other hotel to confirm I have a room. She said she has and it is taken care of and hands me a slip of paper to show their front desk. When I ask her how far it is she responds 30-40 minutes. Then again reiterates I should be grateful. At this point I am exhausted and just want to go to bed so I head to the next hotel. What happens when I get there? You guessed it. They have no rooms. My slip of paper means nothing.

Difficult to find via navigating (Google Maps couldn't locate the right building), but large and clean rooms. The staff is welcoming if a bit over-taxed (several appeared to be multitasking). Aging TVs and some other points that show it to be a slightly older property, but for the price point it's excellent. A free shuttle within 2 miles is included. Great location directly next to a Gordon Biersch restaurant.

Pretty solid hotel. Staff is very good and the room is adequate. Bed is very comfortable. Wi-Fi is a bit weak and the mini fridge is in a place that to he door does not close easily.

Overall rooms are nice, staff is the best. Breakfast is sub par but is free. We use the shuttle service and appreciate the amenity.

Clean and nice. Shower water pressure is amazing. Parking was free and easy. Room two beds for me and a friend. Beds are nice and clean. Food after midnight menu was tiny but yeah its food. Overall I would stay again.

I stayed at this location this past weekend with my children. Lets just say I browsed pictures and read the reviews and was a bit skeptical. I went ahead and booked a room for 3 nights and have no regrets. The location is awesome! Within walking distance of stores and some restaurants. The shuttle dropped us off and picked us up from the mall. No complaints about the breakfast. Now let's talk about the staff! Everyone was polite, but my kids loved the second shift staff. They are all awesome though. I would recommend this hotel and we look forward to going back.

The location of the hotel was great! A lot of restaurants, bars and areas to wander and explore. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, my only issue was not having a closet to put our stuff in. However, it was nice to have a small desk, two sinks and a pull out bed in the couch in case you had extra guests. The front desk and house keeping were very sweet and accommodating, making sure we were well taken care of. Overall it was an awesome place to stay at and the location is what makes this hotel worth staying at.

I loved the area! It looked Very safe, which is one of my main characteristic when booking a hotel. Hotel price was very appropriate. The room was very clean and spacious! The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The area was a little busy so there was some noise at night, but it is a busy street, I knew that when booking, so I was ok with it. Many shopping centers around it! It was basically shopping heaven. From the regular Marshalls to the high end shops like Georgio Armani! I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly and provided a fast check in and check out. The only reason why I don't give it a 5 stars was because there was a weird smell next to the window. The room didn't smell at all when we walked in, only when I laid down, the bed was next to the window, and there was a weird smell, nothing to strong for me to complain, but was there. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

Nice, clean hotel at great location. Unfortunately even though we had an courtyard facing room, we could hear everything going on outside from the 4th floor.

The hotel is just like the other ones pretty clean and same amenities as the other Hyatt Place Hotel however this hotel comes with the rudest front staff I have ever encountered in my life the so called manager named misha is a terror I will never stay at this hotel again based off my experience with the front staff and I am a frequent hyatt place guest from Chicago Charleston Atlanta and this will definitely be my last time staying with this hotel I'm actually appalled that they even have someone like that working at their hotel. She definitely lowered the class of this hotel and it's a shame because we enjoyed staying at Hyatt place but I will not tolerate being disrespected by another member of their staff if they choose to hire and represent their hotel chain.

The continental breakfast was great. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. The front desk personnel went out of there way to help me with anything I needed or wanted. The room has a very eligant feel for a reasonable price. I would stay here again.

I have stayed here several times over the last couple years. Great service from the front desk and a shuttle that gets you anywhere within couple miles. Wi-Fi coverage is a lot better than most hotels I have stayed at giving a better connection, but speed is a joke as it is every other hotel. Lots of good food and shopping nearby.

The location was perfect. The rooms were great, and the service was good. My only complaint was the parking garage was a bit scary for a single woman.

Great hotel and location; close to restaurants and shopping (Lenox Mall is literally 5-6 minutes away). The rooms were extremely spacious and clean. The hotel staff were super nice and helpful. Free parking and breakfast is always a plus. I will definitely book this hotel again.

Horrible experience. Don't waste your time and instead stay at the Hyatt House downtown! After reserving a room online and traveling 2, 000 miles my husband and I, with three kids in tow, were told our room had been given away. No assistance was given; extremely rude and inconsiderate manager. She tried saying a reservation is only a request not a reservation, but my email confirmation explicitly says RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. The only room for the 5 of us was a king sized bed, that couldn't work. She had the nerve to say we could cancel our reservation and she would wave the penalty. My husband spent 20 minutes on the phone in our rental car with Hyatt customer service until they found us another room elsewhere (something the Buckhead manager could and should have done). What a mess!

The night staff was rude, short tempered, and inconsiderate. My wife and I were staying in the hotel and she decided to stay in bed while I went out and locked the bolt on the inside of the room, not thinking it would be an issue. When I returned later that evening and she was asleep, I couldn't get in my room with my key and Malcolm X on steroids told me that there was "no way I could get into the room, unless there was an emergency". Um I am stranded in a city that I don't live in and no where to stay. How is that for and EMERGENCY. Even after an hour of debating with them — trying to stay in a room that I rented with MY name on it — I had no choice but to pay for a cab and pay for another room in a different hotel. Such a bad experience I would stay anywhere but here next time I'M in Buckhead.

Clean Staff went out of their way to be helpful and considerate. Shuttle was a great perk.

I actually called hoping to locate a package we shipped to the Hyatt in error. Elisha took the time to locate the package and make sure that we'd be able to have FedEx retrieve it and delivery it correctly. She was friendly and helpful — based on that alone I would consider staying at the Hyatt Place Atlanta — Great service from friendly caring people really makes it worthwhile.

We generally love Hyatt Place hotels. Have had good experiences in the past at this one too. Our two night stay this time left us saying never again. First of all the staff is surly and rude although we observed they obviously overtly treated African American customers very nicely as opposed to us. My wife was waiting in line at the register to buy a bottle of water. The lady in front of her was also buying an identical bottle. The lady asked how much? The clerk told her to just take it. Then she told my wife hers was $2.70. My wife asked how the other lady's was Free. The clerk looked embarrassed and said. "go ahead and take it. " Breakfast bar pitcher of milk was Sour two days in a row. Got some more "Attitude" when I nicely pointed it out. Not all of the staff is rude and perhaps racist. But enough are to make it a place to avoid for some of us. The clientele here appears to be 50-50 black and white and the customers had no problems, totally harmony. But I think the staff has issues.

Update, they lie and are refusing to refund my money* NEVER AgAIN. Room was nice and food was good. However, the staff was not friendly, impatient, and couldn't get anything right. Gave me a piece of cheese cake after screwing up an order said it was FREE then proceeded to charge me anyway. They were rude to my boyfriend, and when I called corporate and complained they said they would take care of it, the refunded me for the cheesecake (finally) but was promised free nights at a hyatt until their manager blew me off. Spoke with corporate and got a full refund. I will NOT stay here again. They lie constantly. Not worth it.

I stayed for 3 nights and 2 days at the Hyatt Place this past weekend and my back is still hurting from the beds. I even changed rooms the first night because I woke up with back and hip pain and I am 23 years old. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious. Closet was small and didn't have a microwave. The refrigerator took 24 hours to get my huge water jug cold. The back pain is why I give the hotel a 3. Great location. Close to the Lenox Mall.
